O OKR foi projetado para ajudar as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es a definir metas de longo prazo em dias em vez de meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A natureza do OKR tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 diferente. OKR tem propriedades mensur\u00e1veis, flex\u00edveis, transparentes e aspiracionais. Normalmente, as metas s\u00e3o estabelecidas por um l\u00edder e, posteriormente, todos os membros da equipe podem descobrir o que os outros membros da equipe est\u00e3o fazendo para atingir essas metas. Ent\u00e3o, se eu puder definir OKR como um m\u00e9todo sistem\u00e1tico usado para determinar metas (defini\u00e7\u00e3o de metas) e como medir o alcance dessas metas.
