em sua empresa. Supondo que voc\u00ea tenha feito um treinamento (ou feito sua pesquisa) e todos entendam e estejam a bordo dos OKRs, escolha sua abordagem para o primeiro ciclo de OKR com muito cuidado. A primeira vez que voc\u00ea tentar um ciclo de OKRs, provavelmente falhar\u00e1. Esta \u00e9 uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o perigosa, pois sua equipe pode ficar desiludida com a abordagem e relutar em realiz\u00e1-la novamente. Voc\u00ea n\u00e3o quer perder uma ferramenta forte simplesmente porque leva um pouco de tempo para domin\u00e1-la. Existem tr\u00eas abordagens que voc\u00ea usar\u00e1 para reduzir esse risco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Fa\u00e7a com que uma equipe adote OKRs antes que toda a empresa o fa\u00e7a.<\/strong> Escolha uma equipe independente que tenha todos os talentos para realizar seus objetivos. N\u00e3o escolha um time quebrado; escolha uma equipe saud\u00e1vel e de alto desempenho que ame a melhoria cont\u00ednua. Espere um ou dois ciclos at\u00e9 que eles aperfei\u00e7oem sua abordagem e ent\u00e3o alardeie seu sucesso. As equipes estar\u00e3o ansiosas para experimentar o mesmo tipo de sucesso e aclama\u00e7\u00e3o e estar\u00e3o mais dispostas a adotar OKRs. Ao longo dos anos, esta provou ser a abordagem mais bem-sucedida para a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de OKRs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Comece com apenas um OKR para toda a empresa.<\/strong> Ao definir uma meta f\u00e1cil para a empresa, sua equipe v\u00ea a equipe principal se mantendo em um alto padr\u00e3o. N\u00e3o ser\u00e1 surpresa quando no pr\u00f3ximo trimestre eles forem solicitados a tentar um equivalente. E, ao n\u00e3o coloc\u00e1-lo em cascata, voc\u00ea simplifica a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o e v\u00ea qual grupo alinhar\u00e1 seu trabalho ao OKR e quem precisar\u00e1 de coaching. Esta \u00e9 uma boa abordagem se voc\u00ea for uma empresa relativamente pequena que precisa de foco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Comece aplicando OKRs aos projetos, de forma a treinar as pessoas no mindset de Objetivo-Resultado.<\/strong> Toda vez que voc\u00ea tiver uma proposta de projeto, pergunte: \u201cQual \u00e9 o objetivo deste projeto?\u201d e \u201cComo todos saberemos se fomos bem-sucedidos?\u201d Essa abordagem funciona bem com empresas que n\u00e3o est\u00e3o acostumadas a serem orientadas por dados. Depois que as pessoas aprenderem a avaliar suas atividades di\u00e1rias medindo o impacto que causam, voc\u00ea poder\u00e1 introduzir os OKRs como uma forma de conduzir a estrat\u00e9gia em toda a empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ao come\u00e7ar pequeno e focar em aprender como os OKRs funcionar\u00e3o em sua organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, voc\u00ea aumenta as chances de sua empresa adotar uma abordagem baseada em resultados e reduz o perigo de uma equipe desiludida. N\u00e3o tente implementar OKRs em toda a empresa de uma s\u00f3 vez. Ao longo da \u00faltima meia d\u00fazia de anos ajudando empresas a adotar OKRs, continuo recebendo a mesma hist\u00f3ria. Pego o telefone e ou\u00e7o: \u201cTentamos OKRs e deu errado. As equipes n\u00e3o querem mais us\u00e1-los\u201d. Eu j\u00e1 disse antes, OKRs s\u00e3o simples e dif\u00edceis. Correr uma maratona tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 simples e dif\u00edcil. Voc\u00ea n\u00e3o tenta fazer isso de uma s\u00f3 vez. Voc\u00ea constr\u00f3i para isso. As empresas tentam pular no fundo do po\u00e7o com OKRs. Em seguida, diminui a produtividade e frustra toda a empresa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 melhor come\u00e7ar com um pequeno piloto e evitar alguns destes problemas: As equipes de suporte t\u00eam dificuldade em se alinhar aos OKRs da empresa. Isso faz sentido, j\u00e1 que finan\u00e7as, RH e suporte ao cliente est\u00e3o muito mais preocupados em manter as luzes acesas. Nos primeiros meses de mudan\u00e7a para OKRs, \u00e9 melhor deixar as equipes de suporte focadas em Health Metrics e n\u00e3o se preocupar com OKRs. \u00c9 dif\u00edcil descobrir quais Key Results s\u00e3o bons indicadores de sucesso. Muitas empresas querem usar OKRs para se tornarem mais informadas por dados, mas isso \u00e9 um retrocesso. Voc\u00ea precisa aprender quais m\u00e9tricas s\u00e3o importantes antes de decidir quais deseja aumentar e quais deseja proteger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muitas empresas que adotam OKRs querem experiment\u00e1-los perfeitamente. Mas a perfei\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma ilus\u00e3o que o impede de chegar a um ponto de partida simples a partir do qual voc\u00ea pode crescer. Pergunte a si mesmo: \u201cQual \u00e9 a menor linha de partida poss\u00edvel para iniciar minha jornada para o sucesso?\u201d Ent\u00e3o fa\u00e7a isso, aprenda com a experi\u00eancia e confira as etapas subsequentes. Ser\u00e1 mais lento, mas tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 melhor e mais robusto e ter\u00e1 maiores retornos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"
