OKR-implementatie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het succesvol implementeren van OKR&#039;s is geen kwestie van tools, maar van... <strong>systeemuitdaging<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Veel organisaties lanceren OKR&#039;s met de beste bedoelingen, maar merken dat ze na een paar cycli hun relevantie verliezen. Doelstellingen raken los van de strategie, teams focussen zich op activiteiten in plaats van resultaten, en OKR&#039;s worden een rapportageoefening in plaats van een drijfveer voor leren en
