transformatief proces zijn. Voor het management is het van cruciaal belang om de kernaspecten van dit raamwerk te begrijpen om een soepele en effectieve implementatie te garanderen. Dit zijn de belangrijkste vragen die het management zou moeten stellen bij het implementeren van OKR\u2019s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Wat zijn onze strategische doelstellingen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Identificeer en definieer de overkoepelende strategische doelstellingen die aansluiten bij de missie en visie van het bedrijf of bij de middellangetermijnstrategie\u00ebn (12-18 maanden).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Hoe gaan we OKR\u2019s binnen de hele organisatie op \u00e9\u00e9n lijn brengen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Communiceer strategische doelstellingen duidelijk en zorg ervoor dat de OKR&#039;s van het team aansluiten bij de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.
