Met verspilling wordt niet alleen geldverspilling bedoeld, maar ook verspilling van tijd en moeite. Lean management heeft ook een sterke focus op continue verbetering.<br><br>Wanneer we echt resultaatgericht zijn bij het opstellen en nastreven van OKR\u2019s, voegen we waarde toe aan al onze stakeholders. Door onze focus te beperken op de topprioriteiten van het bedrijf en te meten wat er echt toe doet, verwijderen we verspilling uit de manier waarop we zaken doen. Terwijl we leren van onze fouten en mislukkingen en toepassen wat we weten, verbeteren we voortdurend door het gebruik van OKR&#039;s.<br><br><a href=\"https:\/\/leaders.com\/articles\/leadership\/transformational-leadership\/\"><strong>TRANSFORMATIONEEL LEIDERSCHAP<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De geschiedenis bezingt de lof van leiders die hun volk naar een gewenste toekomstige staat leiden.
