Hoop hebben kan een heel goed gevoel zijn, maar dat vertaalt zich niet noodzakelijkerwijs in positieve resultaten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Napoleon zei ooit: \u2018Leiders zijn handelaars in <a href=\"https:\/\/psychcentral.com\/blog\/the-psychology-of-hope#what-is-hope\"><strong>hoop<\/strong><\/a>\u2019, maar als hoop niet wordt geschraagd door strategie, een sterke basis van kennis en vaardigheden, kan het zinloos zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een van de belangrijkste rollen die de <a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/nl\/\"><strong>OKR Instituut <\/strong><\/a>Wat we spelen is het verzamelen van beste praktijken van over de hele wereld en het delen van wat werkt en wat niet. In onze ervaring is het opstellen van OKR&#039;s als verlanglijstjes, hoop en dromen niet voldoende; in plaats daarvan zouden we in een OKR-raamwerk alleen datgene moeten opnemen wat binnen onze controle ligt of op zijn minst binnen onze invloedssfeer ligt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In paniek laten sommigen de rede varen en implementeren OKR\u2019s, terwijl ze hun beperkte capaciteit en verschillende andere complexiteiten waarmee de organisatie wordt geconfronteerd negeren. In de hoop dat OKR&#039;s de meeste of al hun problemen zullen oplossen, denken sommige organisaties niet zorgvuldiger na en beginnen ze onmiddellijk met implementaties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wat kunnen we dan doen om ervoor te zorgen dat we niet alleen op succes hopen, maar onze dromen ook onderbouwen met praktische en effectieve maatregelen die ons in de goede richting sturen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zorg voor consistentie bij het opstellen van OKR\u2019s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit is opnieuw een herinnering dat hoop geen strategie is; het kan een potentieel rampzalige aanpak zijn om door te gaan en teams te vertellen hun OKR\u2019s op te stellen binnen de context van minimale OKR-ervaring of training \u2013 de meeste teams zullen dan zeer waarschijnlijk outputgerichte OKR\u2019s (in feite takenlijsten) opstellen, die dan zouden falen het doel van de introductie van OKR&#039;s. Erger nog: sommige teams kunnen OKR\u2019s opstellen die gemakkelijk te bereiken zijn en risico\u2019s vermijden, terwijl andere teams verreikende doelen kunnen voorbereiden \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze indescrepties kunnen vervolgens chaos en conflicten veroorzaken wanneer deze teams proberen samen te werken. Consistentie bij het opstellen van OKR\u2019s kan worden gecre\u00eberd door:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zorgen voor een doorgaande OKR-opleiding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Van tevoren gezamenlijk beslissen wat onze aanpak bij het opstellen van OKR&#039;s zal zijn. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consistentie en uitmuntendheid bij het faciliteren van het opstellen van workshops.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR-frameworks zijn geen &#039;zilveren kogels&#039;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR&#039;s kunnen niet op magische wijze al uw problemen oplossen. Als u als bedrijf een lange geschiedenis van slechte prestaties heeft doorstaan en moeite heeft met de middelen, moet u niet overwegen om OKR&#039;s onmiddellijk in te zetten; in plaats daarvan is het het beste om eerst een reeks kleine overwinningen na te streven en een voorwaarts momentum te cre\u00ebren voordat u OKR&#039;s introduceert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We moeten ons bewust zijn van de manier waarop we de organisatiecultuur vormgeven als we OKR\u2019s inzetten en ervoor zorgen dat onze OKR\u2019s aansluiten bij onze cultuur. OKR&#039;s kunnen de &#039;pijlers van succes&#039; zoals een op waarden gebaseerde cultuur en inspirerend en effectief leiderschap niet vervangen. Bij gebrek aan een overtuigende en transparante visie, bij gebrek aan draagvlak en bij solide weerstand is het onwaarschijnlijk dat OKR\u2019s zullen gedijen. Daarom is het een uitstekende gelegenheid om energie te steken in het cre\u00ebren of verduidelijken van een overtuigende visie, het verkrijgen van buy-in en het doorbreken van weerstand tegen verandering als voorbereiding op een succesvolle OKR-uitrol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een andere mogelijkheid die een OKR-implementatie biedt, is het co-cre\u00ebren van effectieve strategie\u00ebn en het op \u00e9\u00e9n lijn brengen van OKR&#039;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Samenvatting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoop is geen strategie.
