Het gaat erom het &#039;nee&#039; onder de knie te krijgen en te begrijpen wat de weg naar overeenstemming is<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Christopher_Voss\">C<strong>H<\/strong>Ris Vos<\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Townhalls, wekelijkse check-ins, coachingsessies en reviews zijn allemaal \u2018touchpoints\u2019 die we kunnen gebruiken om het volgende te communiceren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reden voor het inzetten van OKR\u2019s (ons waarom)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De impact op onze klanten, opdrachtgevers of gebruikers die we cre\u00ebren via OKR\u2019s en de werkelijke waarde die daaraan wordt toegevoegd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mogelijkheid om te herhalen en te verbeteren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Urgentie en belang van wat we doen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Topprioriteiten van het bedrijf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bedrijfsvisie en strategie\u00ebn met een hoge mate van transparantie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Successen die we hebben behaald, maar ook de lessen die we uit onze fouten hebben getrokken<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Door overwegend positieve, open en op samenwerking gerichte communicatie kunnen we een motiverend klimaat cre\u00ebren dat het voor teamleden eenvoudiger maakt om te presteren en de impact van hun rol te begrijpen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om via bijeenkomsten positieve resultaten te bereiken, is het een kernbehoefte om samen te werken aan afspraken over de volgende stappen, wat we moeten vermijden en wat we moeten verbeteren. Door onze status quo als team positief en gezamenlijk in vraag te stellen en de aandachtsgebieden voor continue verbetering te communiceren, gevolgd door actie en iteraties, ontstaat een pad naar het bereiken van uitmuntendheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onze prioriteiten moeten op een transparante manier in onze communicatie tot uiting komen. De kern van het stellen van prioriteiten is het zorgvuldig afwegen van waar we nee tegen moeten zeggen en waar we ja tegen moeten zeggen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Communicatieplanning \u2013 Meestal de ontbrekende schakel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een kwalitatief goed OKR strategisch uitrolplan kan de basis vormen voor een succesvolle en duurzame OKR-uitrol. Het strategische uitrolplan moet echter ook een communicatieplan omvatten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om een succesvolle uitrol te ondersteunen kan een communicatieplan dieper ingaan op:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De ideale communicatiefrequentie (bijvoorbeeld wekelijkse check-ins)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Welke herinneringen moeten worden verzonden (en wie is verantwoordelijk voor het verzenden ervan)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hoe je samenwerking kunt bevorderen door middel van communicatie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De communicatietraining die nodig is om effectieve interne coachingsessies te garanderen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Een contactlijst van alle verschillende OKR-deelnemers<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leiderschap begint met <a href=\"https:\/\/greatergood.berkeley.edu\/article\/item\/the_six_keys_to_positive_communication\">Inspirerende communicatie<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om verreikende doelen te bereiken is een hoog niveau van inspiratie nodig. Teamleden hebben de neiging te volgen waar leiders en managers zich op concentreren. Door een sterke focus op een overtuigende visie, transparante en betekenisvolle strategie\u00ebn, inspirerende communicatie en het goede voorbeeld geven, kunnen leiders de prestaties van het OKR-team be\u00efnvloeden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uitstekende OKR-communicatie richt zich op:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Helderheid van visie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co-gecre\u00eberde en duidelijke strategie\u00ebn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bijbehorende signalen om psychologische veiligheid te helpen opbouwen (oprechte signalen, zoals &#039;Uw bijdragen zijn waardevol voor het team&#039;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ik stel positieve vragen die de samenwerking bevorderen in plaats van het voorbereiden van lange toespraken. (Hoe kan ik u beter ondersteunen? Wat kunnen we beter doen?)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prioriteiten (We moeten defini\u00ebren waar we ja tegen moeten zeggen en waar we nee tegen moeten zeggen)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uw team zover krijgen dat ze een samenvatting bespreken en ermee akkoord gaan, is veel krachtiger dan een &#039;ja&#039;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is een best practice van &#039;OKR Communication&#039; om aan het einde van de vergadering een korte samenvatting van de vergadering te maken. Deze samenvatting kan de volgende voordelen opleveren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Het dient als herinnering aan wat er tijdens de bijeenkomst is gezegd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het is een kans om wat er gezegd is, om te zetten in actiepunten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Na een discussie overeenstemming bereiken over de samenvatting is krachtiger dan wanneer iemand alleen maar praat en de rest het simpelweg eens is door voortdurend ja te zeggen tegen alles.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vergaderingen hebben vaak weinig waarde, vooral als er geen duidelijke en gerichte agenda is afgestemd op de resultaten en er geen summiere overeenstemming of verduidelijkte actiestappen zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Samenvatting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;OKR-communicatie&#039; bevordert samenwerking door het positief en collectief ter discussie stellen van de status quo. &#039;OKR-communicatie&#039; moet ook prioriteiten weerspiegelen en afgestemd zijn op een overtuigende visie en doel.
