class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cGeloof in je oneindige potentieel. Je enige beperkingen zijn de beperkingen die je jezelf oplegt.\u201d<\/p>\n<cite>Roy T. Bennet<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wij hebben de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2016\/07\/what-foundations-are-missing-about-capacity-building\">financi\u00eble en menselijke hulpbronnen, capaciteit voor het opbouwen van vaardigheden<\/a><\/strong>en uitmuntende uitvoering om OKR&#039;s te bereiken. Waar we rekening mee moeten houden is dat we ook een hoge mate van zelfvertrouwen en teamvertrouwen nodig hebben om verreikende doelen te bereiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ongeacht indrukwekkende cv&#039;s en ervaring, twijfelen we eraan verreikende doelen te bereiken als we niet geloven dat we ze kunnen bereiken. Onze beperkingen zijn vaak alleen in onze geest vastgelegd en zijn over het algemeen valse verwachtingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vertrouwen hebben is het resultaat van verschillende factoren. We zijn menselijk en daarom feilbaar, maar door consistente en gerichte inspanningen kunnen we een sterk vertrouwen opbouwen in een visie, doelstelling of zaak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat is <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/r.search.yahoo.com\/_ylt=Awrx..rLb69l.w8M6FLjPwx.;_ylu=Y29sbwNzZzMEcG9zAzEEdnRpZAMEc2VjA3Ny\/RV=2\/RE=1706025035\/RO=10\/RU=https%3a%2f%2fwww.nytimes.com%2f2019%2f06%2f03%2fsmarter-living%2fhow-to-improve-self-confidence.html\/RK=2\/RS=X._.BjhXP9WErATQliwNCSFc9Fg-\">Vertrouwen?<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Volgens het Oxford-woordenboek is vertrouwen &#039;het gevoel of de overtuiging dat iemand vertrouwen kan hebben in of kan vertrouwen op iemand of iets.&#039; Hebben we nodig <strong>sociaal vertrouwen<\/strong> om samen te werken aan onze OKR\u2019s en deze te verwezenlijken. Sociaal vertrouwen is de overtuiging dat we samen, als team, grote dingen kunnen en zullen bereiken. Mijn teamleden zullen mij steunen, mijn zwakke punten aanvullen en mij helpen groeien, en ik zal hetzelfde voor hen doen, zodat we kunnen excelleren en samen vooruit kunnen komen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zelfvertrouwen is alleen duurzaam en voegt waarde toe aan anderen als we geloven in onze eigen capaciteiten, maar nooit toestaan dat we arrogant worden<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mensen zijn vaak verbijsterd door de extreem hoge mate van zelfvertrouwen van sommige individuen als ze hen in een sociale omgeving observeren. Deze individuen lijken moeiteloos mensen naar zich toe te trekken, hebben levendige, vermakelijke, interessante gesprekken en laten blijvende indrukken achter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De cruciale vraag is: ben je geboren met een bepaalde mate van zelfvertrouwen, en anderen hebben meer dan sommigen, of kun je vertrouwen opbouwen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het antwoord is dat zelfvertrouwen een vaardigheid is en dat je deze in de loop van de tijd kunt opbouwen, net als elke andere vaardigheid. Zelfvertrouwen op gedetailleerd niveau bestaat uit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Zelfvertrouwen.<\/strong>We doen allemaal beloften aan onszelf, maar hebben de neiging om te onderschatten welke impact de \u2018zelfbeloften die we doen\u2019 hebben op ons niveau van zelfvertrouwen: als we regelmatig beloften breken die we aan onszelf hebben gedaan, zoals: \u2018Ik ga harder werken\u2019 op maandag, &#039;ik ga maandag naar de sportschool&#039;, tast ons zelfvertrouwen na verloop van tijd aan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We zullen onszelf pas echt vertrouwen als we onze &#039;zelfbeloften&#039; serieus gaan nemen en ze nakomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. <strong>Meeslepende vaardigheden opbouwen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer we ons consequent concentreren op vaardigheden die een grote impact hebben op onze Visie, oefenen we ze dagelijks en verfijnen we ze in de loop van de tijd; het zal de groei van ons vertrouwen ondersteunen en onze kansen op succes dramatisch vergroten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. <strong>Mentorschap<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iedereen die de top bereikte en daar bleef, kreeg de hulp en steun van anderen. Het ontvangen van advies en begeleiding van een zeer ervaren mentor is de ideale aanvulling op het opbouwen van zelfvertrouwen en betekenisvolle vaardigheden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om het bewustzijn van de hoge waarde van kwaliteitsmentorschap te vergroten, is het de moeite waard om de volgende oefening te doen: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Google een leider, beroemdheid of beroemde sportman of -vrouw en vraag wie hun mentor was. Je zult een antwoord vinden omdat er niet zoiets bestaat als een &#039;self-made man&#039; of op een bepaald moment op hun respectievelijke reizen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De meeste leiders begrijpen dat ze meer leiders moeten cre\u00ebren en zullen waarschijnlijk oprechte verzoeken om begeleiding en mentorschap accepteren. Regelmatige en inzichtelijke gesprekken voeren met iemand bereikt een zeer hoog zelfvertrouwensniveau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Teamvertrouwen <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De basis van teamvertrouwen is zelfvertrouwen. Ik kan en zal consequent waardevolle bijdragen leveren aan het team. Teamvertrouwen is de overtuiging dat we samen onze doelen zullen bereiken omdat we:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Elkaar vertrouwen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wij delen dezelfde waarden<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>wij steunen en helpen elkaar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wij vullen elkaars zwakke en sterke punten aan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Goed presterende teams kenmerken zich doordat ze dichtbij zijn als ze met elkaar communiceren. Ze beschouwen de teamdoelen als belangrijker dan hun eigen doelen en zijn gesterkt rond een overtuigende teamvisie en -doel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onze OKR <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/courses\/okr-leadership-course\/\">Cursus leiderschap <\/a><\/strong>laat zien hoe je teamvertrouwen in jou als leider kunt opbouwen en hoe je je team &#039;naar de bergtop&#039; kunt begeleiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Veelgestelde vragen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wat is het belang van vertrouwen bij het bereiken van OKR\u2019s?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vertrouwen is cruciaal bij het bereiken van OKR\u2019s, omdat het individuen en teams in staat stelt te geloven in hun capaciteiten, uitdagingen te overwinnen en zich te blijven inzetten voor hun doelen. Zonder vertrouwen kunnen zelfs de meest bekwame en ervaren individuen wankelen als ze met obstakels worden geconfronteerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kan vertrouwen worden ontwikkeld, of is het een aangeboren eigenschap?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vertrouwen kan in de loop van de tijd worden ontwikkeld. Het is een vaardigheid die kan worden opgebouwd door middel van zelfvertrouwen, het consequent opbouwen van vaardigheden en mentorschap. Door zelfbeloften te stellen en na te komen, te focussen op impactvolle vaardigheden en begeleiding te zoeken bij mentoren, kunnen individuen hun zelfvertrouwen vergroten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hoe draagt zelfvertrouwen bij aan teamvertrouwen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zelfvertrouwen vormt de basis van teamvertrouwen. Wanneer individuen vertrouwen hebben in hun capaciteiten en bijdragen, is de kans groter dat ze hun teamleden ondersteunen en effectief samenwerken. Dit collectieve vertrouwen en deze steun leiden tot een hecht team dat gelooft in het bereiken van gedeelde doelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Welke rol speelt mentorschap bij het opbouwen van vertrouwen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mentorschap speelt een belangrijke rol bij het opbouwen van vertrouwen door begeleiding, ondersteuning en waardevolle inzichten te bieden van ervaren individuen. Mentoren helpen leerlingen om met uitdagingen om te gaan, hun vaardigheden te verfijnen en hun zelfvertrouwen te vergroten, waardoor uiteindelijk hun zelfvertrouwen toeneemt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hoe kunnen leiders het teamvertrouwen binnen hun organisaties bevorderen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leiders kunnen het teamvertrouwen bevorderen door een omgeving van vertrouwen, gedeelde waarden en wederzijdse steun te cre\u00ebren. Door een overtuigende visie te formuleren, open communicatie aan te moedigen en individuele en teamprestaties te erkennen, kunnen leiders een zelfverzekerd en goed presterend team opbouwen.
