class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er worden talloze leiderschapsworkshops en -cursussen aangeboden en leiderschap is een onderwerp waar al eeuwen over geschreven wordt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De Romeinen hadden Augustus Ceasar en Marcus Aurelius, Genghis Khan was een beroemde Mongoolse leider, Margaret Thatcher, Catharina de Grote en Cleopatra gaven kleur en moed aan geschiedenisboeken. Leren van voorbeelden is een van de vele geweldige manieren om je ontwikkeling uit te breiden. Welke kerncompetenties op het gebied van leiderschap onderscheiden grote leiders van de rest? En welke kerncompetenties van leiderschap zijn het belangrijkst als het succes van OKR\u2019s en de duurzaamheid ervan in ogenschouw wordt genomen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ondanks al het bovenstaande doemt de complexe uitdaging van het ontwikkelen van leiders, het cre\u00ebren van zinvolle strategie\u00ebn, het garanderen van de uitvoering en het handhaven van normen voor operationele uitmuntendheid groot op en blijkt deze voor de meesten vaak overweldigend te zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er zijn talloze leiderschapscompetenties, binnen de context van Agile en OKR-leiderschap zijn de volgende volgens onze ervaring het meest relevant en belangrijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vertrouwen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als wij als leiders geen vertrouwen hebben in onszelf of onze OKR\u2019s, hoe kunnen we dan van anderen verwachten dat ze vertrouwen in ons hebben? OKR\/Agile-leiders hebben een groot vertrouwen in de kracht van OKR\u2019s en zichzelf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het type vertrouwen dat het meest relevant is voor het behalen van OKR wordt sociaal vertrouwen genoemd. Sociaal vertrouwen betekent dat wanneer ik als leider een kamer binnenloop die gevuld is met mijn medeteamleden, ik een onwrikbaar vertrouwen heb in het feit dat we gezamenlijk tot oplossingen voor onze uitdagingen zullen komen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vertrouwen mag nooit worden verward met arrogantie. Arrogantie is wanneer je gelooft dat je beter bent dan anderen. Vertrouwen kan in de loop van de tijd worden opgebouwd en is een functie van de inspanning en focus die u daaraan besteedt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het opbouwen van vertrouwen begint met het opschrijven van de beloften die u aan uzelf en anderen doet en deze na te komen. Uw gebroken beloften ondermijnen zowel uw zelfvertrouwen als het vertrouwen dat anderen in u hebben. Zelfvertrouwen is een vaardigheid die kan worden ontwikkeld en is een van de vele kerncompetenties van leiderschap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Communicatie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om effectief te zijn, moet de communicatie met betrekking tot OKR\u2019s duidelijk, consistent, gemakkelijk toegankelijk, beknopt en inspirerend zijn. Communicatie moet ook worden afgestemd op de visie, de bedrijfscultuur en een duidelijk rendement op de ge\u00efnvesteerde tijd in communicatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inconsistenties in de communicatie in combinatie met een gebrek aan duidelijkheid kunnen zowel verwarring als schade aan het behalen van doelen veroorzaken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Communicatie moet open, vrijelijk gedeeld en collaboratief zijn. Iedereen in de organisatie moet een stem hebben. De communicatie tijdens check-ins, gemeentehuizen en beoordelingen moet niet alleen duidelijk maar ook positief geori\u00ebnteerd zijn. Een zeer hoge communicatiestandaard is waarschijnlijk de belangrijkste leiderschapscompetentie en de vaardigheid met de meeste impact op OKR-prestaties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bevoegdheid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR-leiders moeten een grondige OKR-opleiding achter de rug hebben. U kunt alleen in uw organisatie voor OKR&#039;s pleiten als u allebei een reeks OKR-cursussen hebt gevolgd en de opgedane kennis praktisch hebt toegepast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een OKR-leider moet een OKR-kampioen zijn binnen zijn organisatie \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een OKR-kampioen is iemand die een diepgaand niveau van praktische kennis heeft rond OKR&#039;s, een inspirerende voorstander is van OKR&#039;s en bereidwillig eigenaarschap koestert (is bijvoorbeeld een doel- of sleutelresultaateigenaar)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR-leiders moeten zeer bekwaam zijn in het coachen en moeten hun mensen coachen met een positieve intentie in plaats van kritiek. De kern van coaching ligt in samenwerking naar succes. Coaching is een gezamenlijk ontdekkingsproces van prioriteiten en hoe deze te verwezenlijken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inzet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Omdat OKR&#039;s verreikende doelen zijn en per definitie moeilijk te verwezenlijken zijn, vereisen ze een hoge mate van inzet om ze te verwezenlijken. Apathie of gewoon betrokken zijn kan niet volstaan; volledige inzet van alle teamleden is een fundamentele vereiste voor de duurzaamheid en het succes van OKR\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het niveau van betrokkenheid van teams wordt weerspiegeld door een culminatie en combinatie van:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Middelen en inspanningen voor capaciteitsopbouw<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De mate waarin een motiverend klimaat wordt gecre\u00eberd door het leiderschapsteam<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De betrokkenheidsniveaus van teamleden<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een gezamenlijk gecre\u00eberde en overtuigende visie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een geoperationaliseerde doelverklaring<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een gedeeld waardensysteem<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zorgzaam<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als mensen het gevoel hebben dat er niet voor hen gezorgd wordt, kunnen de onzekerheden welig tieren, en onder die omstandigheden is het erg moeilijk om OKR\u2019s te bereiken. Empathie is een van de vele leiderschapscompetenties die bijzondere aandacht verdienen. Over het algemeen willen mensen binnen een organisatie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Een carri\u00e8re<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als wij als leiders het carri\u00e8repad, de mogelijkheden voor bijscholing, de beloningen en de methoden voor prestatiemanagement heel duidelijk maken voor alle teamleden, is de kans groter dat ze ge\u00efnspireerd raken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Een oorzaak<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over het algemeen willen mensen weten dat het werk dat ze doen impact heeft en een echte betekenis heeft. Individueel en collectief maken zij een verschil in de samenleving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Een gemeenschap<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als we echt het gevoel hebben dat we deel uitmaken van iets dat groter is dan wijzelf en we een praktisch waardensysteem delen met onze teamleden in een omgeving van co-creatie, is de kans veel groter dat we samen geweldige dingen bereiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Veelgestelde vragen over \u201cLeiderschapscompetenties vereist voor OKR-succes\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wat zijn de meest kritische leiderschapscompetenties voor het behalen van OKR-succes?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De meest cruciale leiderschapscompetenties voor het bereiken van OKR-succes zijn vertrouwen, communicatie, competentie, toewijding en zorgzaamheid.
