INSTITUUT<\/a>: Het vieren van onze klanten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit artikel is voor u, onze gewaardeerde klanten, wij waarderen u, en daarnaast wensen wij u het grootste succes in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Door met u samen te werken in meer dan vijfhonderd organisaties in meer dan 50 landen hebben wij bij het OKR Instituut de allerbeste vorm van onderwijs gekregen en dat is: leren van ervaringen. Zonder jullie was dat niet mogelijk geweest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Door met u samen te werken hebben we een verzameling best practices opgebouwd die we delen met duizenden en duizenden mensen die onze cursussen volgen. De volgende Best practices lijken misschien heel eenvoudig, maar als u ze eenmaal toepast, zult u merken dat het een uitdaging is binnen de context van uw bedrijfscultuur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dat is de reden dat het OKR Instituut alle organisaties adviseert om uiteindelijk hun eigen \u2018OKR-playbooks\u2019 te schrijven die zowel het unieke als de complexiteit van uw bedrijfscultuur weerspiegelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/07\/how-to-focus-on-whats-important-not-just-whats-urgent\">Minder is meer<\/a>.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uw OKR-frameworks moeten de topprioriteiten van het bedrijf weerspiegelen. Deze prioriteiten moeten worden afgestemd op de visie, het waardensysteem en het doel van het bedrijf om duurzaamheid en succes te garanderen. Op strategisch niveau is het raadzaam om maximaal vijf OKR\u2019s op te stellen, op teamniveau drie per team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alle bovenstaande doelstellingen moeten de gewenste resultaten weerspiegelen die u wilt bereiken voor uw belangrijkste belanghebbenden, zoals uw klanten en het bedrijf zelf. Na voltooiing van de OKR-tekensessie op het strategische niveau van het bedrijf zult u wellicht merken dat u een groot aantal doelstellingen heeft. Binnen dit scenario is het raadzaam om deze doelstellingen gezamenlijk te rangschikken en de top vijf te behouden als de OKR\u2019s waar op het hoogste niveau van het bedrijf op wordt gefocust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als u als bedrijf te veel prioriteiten heeft en u probeert op al deze prioriteiten dezelfde mate van focus aan te brengen, is het onwaarschijnlijk dat u uw doelen ook daadwerkelijk zult bereiken. Een laserachtige focus op de allerhoogste en enkele meest impactvolle prioriteiten van het bedrijf cre\u00ebert een solide basis voor succes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voer regelmatig check-ins uit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een wekelijkse check-in biedt prachtige mogelijkheden om:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wees proactief en pak problemen aan voordat ze onbeheersbaar worden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Herhaal en verbeter de bestaande OKR-frameworks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cre\u00eber een teamethos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verdiep uw begrip van en leer meer over OKR&#039;s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als u er niet in slaagt regelmatig in te checken, leidt dit er vaak toe dat u in de loop van de tijd reactief wordt en het voorwaartse momentum met betrekking tot OKR&#039;s verliest. Bij goed uitgevoerde check-ins gaat het om het voeren van gezamenlijke gesprekken om onze OKR&#039;s te stroomlijnen en te verbeteren en om gezamenlijk de obstakels op onze weg te overwinnen. Als OKR Instituut vragen we onze klanten regelmatig om als facilitator deel uit te maken van de eerste check-ins, om de kwaliteit daarvan te waarborgen en invloed uit te oefenen op het succes van OKR&#039;s op de lange termijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schrijf uw eigen OKR-playbook<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ieder bedrijf is anders en de bedrijfscultuur is de context voor de prestaties van OKR. Alle bedrijven doen er goed aan om alle lessen met betrekking tot OKR\u2019s vast te leggen en deze lessen om te zetten in een specifiek OKR-draaiboek dat de complexiteit van uw organisatie weerspiegelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alle sectoren zijn verschillend en de manier waarop OKR\u2019s worden toegepast zal vari\u00ebren. Een relevant voorbeeld: binnen een sterk gereguleerde omgeving zoals de energiedienstensector zouden mijlpaalresultaten beter toepasbaar zijn dan in alternatieve industrie\u00ebn. Binnen een grote en traditionele organisatie die wil transformeren naar een wendbare organisatie kunnen we in eerste instantie gebruik maken van cascadering van OKR\u2019s om afstemming te garanderen, en deze aanpak zal waarschijnlijk niet worden gevolgd in een startup-context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">rekken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR&#039;s zijn per definitie ingewikkelde doelen en zijn moeilijk te bereiken. We zullen geen OKR\u2019s bereiken als we binnen onze comfort- of angstzones blijven. Het is echter waarschijnlijk dat we onze doelen zullen bereiken als we buiten onze angstzone reiken naar onze leer- en groeizones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een sterke groeimindsetori\u00ebntatie is een basisvereiste voor het bereiken van OKR\u2019s. Iedereen in het team zou dat moeten zijn <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/aclk?sa=l&amp;ai=DChcSEwjA2tr436mDAxVJaCsKHYY2C94YABABGgJzZg&amp;ase=2&amp;gclid=CjwKCAiAyp-sBhBSEiwAWWzTntUyDV5UhSkeSqQ8KOOmcjsx2vCA0jzT4vSyC8QpG1fiAPzoJ_wo2hoCjv0QAvD_BwE&amp;sig=AOD64_0S0s-Iu0hvWNjjSzHNuZEGgPyfXA&amp;q&amp;nis=4&amp;adurl&amp;ved=2ahUKEwi5wdX436mDAxUjSGwGHR2iAoUQ0Qx6BAgIEAE\">reikt verder dan hun aanvankelijke capaciteit. <\/a><\/strong>Stretchen gaat niet alleen over het verder reiken dan de mogelijkheden van ieder individu, het gaat meer over wat we gezamenlijk kunnen bereiken door middel van een gezamenlijke inspanning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We kunnen alleen moonshots bereiken als we bereid zijn elkaars sterke punten te identificeren en te benutten, en gezamenlijk de zwakke punten van individuen te overwinnen. Onze OKR Institute Leadership-cursus maakt duidelijk hoe je individuen en teams kunt coachen en &#039;gezamenlijk kunt stretchen voor geweldig&#039;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">volg de Leider als coachmodel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR\u2019s zonder leiderschap zijn over het algemeen niet duurzaam of succesvol. Consistent leiderschapsgedrag, zoals het ondersteunen van teamleden met hoogwaardige coaching, is vereist om de implementatie van OKR\u2019s succesvol te maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vaak worden strategie\u00ebn op het hoogste niveau van het bedrijf ontwikkeld en vervolgens doorgegeven aan teams om uit te voeren. Een veel verbeterd model is om de strategie schouder aan schouder met teamleden uit te voeren om hun buy-in in het leiderschap van het bedrijf te verkrijgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leiderschap gaat, binnen de context van een OKR-implementatie, ook over het bieden van duidelijkheid \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Helderheid van visie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duidelijkheid van communicatie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duidelijkheid over het gedeelde doel en het waardensysteem van het bedrijf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duidelijkheid over rollen en verantwoordelijkheden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wij ervaren dat een gebrek aan duidelijkheid over de strategie van het bedrijf en een gebrek aan duidelijke communicatie vaak de factoren zijn die diepgaande obstakels vormen voor de OKR-prestaties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een OKR- of Agile-leider moet, om als leider duurzaam succes te hebben, meer leiders cre\u00ebren. We kunnen meer leiders cre\u00ebren door hen te inspireren en te laten zien hoe het moet, in plaats van de grote hoeveelheden theoretische kennis te delen.
