impact<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tim fronste zijn voorhoofd terwijl hij zijn hoofd ophief om me recht in de ogen te kijken \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Ik heb gehoord hoe geweldig OKR&#039;s zijn, maar heb nog nooit de succesvolle implementatie ervan gezien. Ik denk dat het gewoon weer een rage is die doelen stelt, die na verloop van tijd zal vervagen. Wat is eigenlijk het echte verschil tussen OKR\u2019s en andere methoden voor het stellen van doelen? Voor mij lijkt het hetzelfde, het zijn gewoon mooi geformuleerde KPI&#039;s&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gelukkig heb ik het voorrecht gehad om dergelijke opmerkingen eerder te horen en was ik daarom goed voorbereid op de zorgen van Tim:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dat is een interessant standpunt en je bent niet de enige die zegt dat Tim, vertel me alsjeblieft meer over de vergelijkbaarheid van KPI&#039;s en OKR&#039;s. Door zijn uitspraken positief en oprecht in twijfel te trekken, kon ik een band met Tim opbouwen en alle informatie verzamelen die ik nodig had om hem zo goed mogelijk te be\u00efnvloeden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onze intentie en doel als OKR-coaches is niet om te proberen iemands gedachten direct met kracht te veranderen, maar in plaats daarvan proberen we anderen te be\u00efnvloeden, van hun ervaringen te leren en tot gezamenlijke oplossingen te komen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wat volgt zijn enkele krachtige OKR-coachingtips die kunnen leiden tot een enorme impact op individuen, teams en uw organisatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Coach, geef geen kritiek <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De meest effectieve manier om ervoor te zorgen dat je een geloofwaardige coach bent, is door een voorbeeld te zijn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zorg ervoor dat u samenwerkt met anderen en schouder aan schouder met teamleden werkt. Verbeter voortdurend uw vaardigheden en leervermogen. Een uitstekende benadering van het coachen van anderen is om samen met hen oplossingen te cre\u00ebren, in plaats van hen te vertellen wat ze moeten doen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We kunnen gezamenlijk tot antwoorden komen als we ons als coaches met goede vragen op elke sessie voorbereiden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Denkt u dat u lessen heeft getrokken uit uw ervaring met KPI&#039;s die u kunt toepassen op OKR&#039;s? Met welke belangrijke uitdagingen heeft u te maken gehad bij het behalen van de KPI\u2019s? Wat vind je dat je al heel goed deed? Wat kan volgens uw ervaring verbeterd worden? Met welke gewoonten met betrekking tot prestaties moeten we stoppen omdat ze ons niet dienen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een coachingsamenvatting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een andere OKR-coachingtip is om het hele gesprek aan het eind samen te vatten. Deze samenvatting stelt alle partijen bij het gesprek in staat eventuele misverstanden op te helderen en hun besluit om onmiddellijk actie te ondernemen te versterken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In plaats van te proberen de persoon die we coachen eenvoudigweg in te laten stemmen met alles wat we zeggen, terwijl we proberen autoriteit te vestigen, kunnen we het beter doen door gezamenlijk af te spreken om een collectieve samenvatting van de coachingsessie te maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nadat we een goede verstandhouding met onze cli\u00ebnt hebben opgebouwd en relevante positieve vragen hebben gesteld, kunnen we tegen het einde van de coachingsessie samenvatten wat er is gezegd. Dit geeft de persoon die wij coachen de mogelijkheid om de samenvatting te corrigeren en waar relevant aan te vullen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze samenvatting dient vervolgens als referentiepunt voor verdere actie en besluitvorming over de toekomst. In de geest van Agile leiderschap nemen we gezamenlijk deze beslissingen. Een akkoord over een samenvatting die is gemaakt en herzien, is over het algemeen veel krachtiger dan eenvoudige &#039;ja-antwoorden&#039; op vragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Coachen naar de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessnewsdaily.com\/3882-vision-statement.html\">Visie<\/a> van het bedrijf<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een coach moet altijd de potenti\u00eble impact waarderen die hij kan hebben op het verwezenlijken van de visie van een bedrijf. Wanneer wij, als coaches, anderen consequent helpen krachtige gewoonten op te bouwen die helpen om momenten voorwaarts te winnen in de richting van het bereiken van bedrijfsdoelstellingen, ondersteunen we de actualisering van strategie\u00ebn en de visie van het bedrijf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer we tijdens tekenworkshops het proces van het opstellen van zowel krachtige (resultaatgerichte) okrs faciliteren als zorgen voor afstemming op de visie en strategie\u00ebn van het bedrijf, dragen we direct bij aan het succes van het bedrijf terwijl we beginnen met de uitvoering. Door de visie, het doel, de missie en het waardensysteem te bespreken met degenen die we coachen en dit zeer transparant te maken, voegen we inspiratie toe aan ons coachingproces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mensen worden over het algemeen ge\u00efnspireerd door het verkrijgen van duidelijkheid over wat de visie en het doel van het bedrijf inhouden. Een hoge mate van duidelijkheid zorgt ervoor dat teamleden begrijpen welke impact hun individuele rollen en collectieve teaminspanningen hebben op de visie en strategie\u00ebn van het bedrijf. Op deze manier kunnen teamleden voelen dat ze op een zeer directe manier bijdragen aan het succes van het bedrijf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coaching gaat niet over het vertellen van anderen wat ze moeten doen, maar over het bieden van begeleiding aan anderen in termen van de mogelijke opties die ze hebben en hen helpen nieuwe perspectieven te verwerven. Idealiter is coaching een reis van empowerment, waarbij nieuwe praktische leertrajecten worden ontdekt die het individu, het team en het bedrijf dienen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer we collectief op weg zijn naar iets &#039;groter dan onszelf&#039;, zoals een bedrijfsvisie en -doel waarvan een groot aantal belanghebbenden profiteert, worden we niet alleen sterker, maar ook ge\u00efnspireerd. coaching speelt een centrale rol bij het bereiken van doelstellingen, strategie\u00ebn en de visie van het bedrijf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SAMENVATTING<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Communicatie en hoogwaardige coaching zijn de draden die hoogwaardige OKR-prestaties samenhouden. De bovenstaande OKR Coaching tips lijken misschien eenvoudig, maar ze zijn zeer krachtig, zoals we hebben ontdekt tijdens het opdoen van ervaring met het coachen van meer dan vijfhonderd bedrijven in meer dan vijftig landen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/courses\/okr-practitioner-course\/\">Het opstellen van krachtige en impactvolle OKR\u2019s <\/a>is een zeer goed begin, maar garandeert nog geen duurzame en succesvolle implementatie van OKR&#039;s.
