class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Op het eerste gezicht lijkt de implementatie van OKR\u2019s eenvoudig. Het enige dat u hoeft te doen is objectieve verklaringen schrijven, ondersteunende sleutelresultaten defini\u00ebren en een actieplan uitvoeren. Er zijn echter een aantal lagen van complexiteit waarmee rekening moet worden gehouden als het gaat om de duurzaamheid en het succes van OKR\u2019s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uitlijning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capaciteit van hulpbronnen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De impact van de cultuur van de organisatie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weerstand tegen verandering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bij het OKR Institute hebben we het voorrecht gehad om meer dan vijfhonderd organisaties in meer dan vijftig verschillende landen te coachen, waardoor we de beste praktijken die we uit onze ervaring hebben geleerd, kunnen delen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoe we coachen en communiceren tijdens de inzet van OKR\u2019s bepaalt grotendeels hoe succesvol we op de lange termijn zullen zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/r.search.yahoo.com\/_ylt=AwrKA29Xd2hlV6ASSAHjPwx.;_ylu=Y29sbwNzZzMEcG9zAzEEdnRpZAMEc2VjA3Ny\/RV=2\/RE=1701373912\/RO=10\/RU=https%3a%2f%2fhbr.org%2f2019%2f09%2fcoaching-for-change\/RK=2\/RS=L0G0PlrbYG5tH2ROIha1Ccdv6CQ-\">Coaching<\/a> gaat over relevante communicatie en modellering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een best practice om te overwegen die verband houdt met de communicatie rond OKR&#039;s is om voorbereid te zijn op OKR-bijeenkomsten met grote vragen over wat je moet zeggen. Het is normaal dat je mensen wilt imponeren en motiveren met uitstekende toespraken, maar die vorm van inspiratie is meestal van korte duur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer we daadwerkelijk samenwerking en co-creatie bevorderen door positief nieuwsgierig te zijn en voortdurend goede vragen te stellen, zijn we erop gericht om gezamenlijk tot antwoorden te komen. Wanneer \u00e9\u00e9n persoon in een kamer al het woord doet, ontstaat de indruk dat hij of zij alle antwoorden heeft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hoe kan ik je het beste helpen?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wat cre\u00eberde het voorwaartse momentum voor een belangrijk resultaat?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Met welke blokkades wordt u geconfronteerd en welke rol denkt u dat ik kan spelen om deze te helpen overwinnen?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hoe kunnen we deze OKR meer resultaatgericht maken?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zijn onze OKR\u2019s afgestemd op de Strategie?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wat is het doel achter deze objectieve verklaring?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heeft iemand een afhankelijkheid opgemerkt binnen dit OKR-framework?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bovenstaande zijn eenvoudige vragen die gesteld kunnen worden om de samenwerking te bevorderen. Commando en controle sterven langzaam; in plaats daarvan moeten wij, als leiders, schouder aan schouder met onze teamleden samenwerken. Op die manier fungeren wij als rolmodel voor alle betrokkenen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is waarschijnlijk onze meest prominente verantwoordelijkheid als leiders om te handelen in overeenstemming met het waardensysteem van het bedrijf. Als onze acties niet consistent zijn met onze boodschap, verliezen we het vertrouwen van onze belanghebbenden, en zodra het vertrouwen verloren is, vertraagt alles en wordt het be\u00efnvloed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouw rapport, <a href=\"https:\/\/r.search.yahoo.com\/_ylt=Awr1SZ2fd2hlmr4RPMvjPwx.;_ylu=Y29sbwNzZzMEcG9zAzEEdnRpZAMEc2VjA3Ny\/RV=2\/RE=1701373984\/RO=10\/RU=https%3a%2f%2fwww.forbes.com%2fsites%2fwork-in-progress%2f2015%2f03%2f16%2fhow-to-get-real-buy-in-for-your-idea%2f\/RK=2\/RS=QoJzK23a3jvO0ZTmGYw81pLeWUU-\">Koop een buy-in<\/a> en co-cre\u00ebren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wat is volgens jou de beste manier om een goede verstandhouding op te bouwen wanneer vergaderingen beginnen? Een goede manier is om de uitspraken van anderen om te zetten in vragen. Wanneer u deze eenvoudige maar diepgaande techniek gebruikt, bewijst dit dat u:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zijn aan het luisteren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wilt u meer horen over het onderwerp dat wordt besproken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dat je oprecht ge\u00efnteresseerd bent in wat de ander zegt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laten we bijvoorbeeld zeggen dat een teamlid de volgende verklaring aflegt: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ik ben nog steeds in de war over wat het verschil precies is tussen KPI&#039;s en OKR&#039;s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We kunnen deze verklaring omzetten in een vraag:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wat is volgens u precies hetzelfde tussen KPI&#039;s en OKR&#039;s? Vertel me daar alstublieft meer over? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Door de voordelen van OKR\u2019s heel duidelijk te maken en te laten zien hoe OKR\u2019s en KPI\u2019s elkaar aanvullen, kunnen we al in een vroeg stadium buy-in krijgen van belanghebbenden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer mensen een overtuigende visie, een gedeeld doel en een waardensysteem koesteren, staan ze over het algemeen veel meer open voor delen en co-cre\u00ebren. Co-creatie wordt versterkt door het gezamenlijk positief in vraag stellen van de status quo,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De eerste stap bij het stimuleren van mensen rond gedeelde doelstellingen is communiceren op een zeer transparante manier. We moeten de rol van elke persoon heel duidelijk maken als het gaat om OKR&#039;s. Transparantie bevordert het vertrouwen. Vertrouwen is de basis voor innovatie en snelheid op de markt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In het geval dat strategie\u00ebn en de visie van het bedrijf explicieter moeten zijn, worden zowel afstemming als uitvoering een grote uitdaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/strategy-and-corporate-finance\/our-insights\/mastering-the-building-blocks-of-strategy\"><strong>Strategie\u00ebn zijn veel duidelijker als ze gezamenlijk worden gecre\u00eberd, in plaats van dat ze worden doorgegeven.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
