Het is van cruciaal belang om doelstellingen vast te stellen die duidelijk en doelgericht zijn, maar het afstemmen ervan op de algehele strategie kan vaak een hindernis zijn die moet worden overwonnen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om deze uitdaging te overwinnen, begint u met het uitvoeren van een grondige analyse van de visie en missie van uw organisatie. Begrijp wat er echt toe doet en wat u op de lange termijn wilt bereiken.
