bedrijfsleiders hebt u over OKR&#039;s gelezen. U heeft de voordelen begrepen van wat u hebt gelezen en bent onder de indruk van de ontzagwekkende resultaten die sommige bedrijven hebben bereikt. We willen dat doelstellingen en kritische resultatenkaders een betekenisvolle en blijvende impact hebben op onze organisatie. Wanneer u echter begint na te denken over de uitrol van OKR\u2019s binnen uw organisatie, kunnen er verschillende twijfels rijzen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zal het werken in ons bedrijf?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wat als we te veel middelen inzetten en richten op OKR\u2019s en falen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Waar te beginnen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Maken we gebruik van consultants en coaches? En wie te gebruiken?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR&#039;s kunnen voor elk bedrijf binnen elke branche werken. Het is echter aan ons als leiders om een omgeving te cre\u00ebren die bevorderlijk is voor de introductie en duurzaamheid van de doelstellingen en raamwerken voor belangrijke resultaten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bij twijfel kun je het beste beginnen met een bestaand project dat jullie gezamenlijk als zeer impactvol en betekenisvol beschouwen. Binnen zo&#039;n project ben je al op de hoogte van de benodigde input, de betrokken squad of teamleden en verschillende cross-functionele teams die hun vaardigheden toepassen om het project te realiseren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We kunnen ons dan collectief concentreren op alle gewenste resultaten voor alle verschillende categorie\u00ebn belanghebbenden en dienovereenkomstig OKR&#039;s opstellen. Dit is een natuurlijk startpunt; je hebt al momentum en toegepaste middelen, en er is al een realistische basis gelegd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit bestaande project wordt vervolgens tegelijkertijd omgezet in een OKR-pilot, en de verdere planning van de middelen wordt eenvoudiger en beter beheersbaar gemaakt. Als we deze optie aanbieden aan &#039;OKR-nieuwkomers&#039;, ervaren we vaak een gevoel van opluchting, omdat ze uiteraard geen idee hadden wat het uitgangspunt bij OKR&#039;s zou moeten zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het gebruik van externe OKR-coaches, zelfs als u ervaren agile coaches binnen uw organisatie heeft, is over het algemeen een uitstekend idee, omdat &#039;specialistische, ervaren en frisse ogen&#039; de innovaties, energie en kennis van uw organisatie kunnen doordringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proefuitrolplan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Binnen het pilotprojectscenario zoals hierboven geschetst, zou het uitrolplan er mogelijk als volgt uit kunnen zien:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schakel externe OKR-coaches\/consultants in om de huidige status van de organisatie uit te leggen, inclusief de status van het huidige project dat is ge\u00efdentificeerd als startpunt voor de OKR-uitrol. Door zoveel mogelijk context te bieden, kunnen succesvolle en duurzame OKR-frameworks worden gecre\u00eberd. Het delen van de bedrijfsvisie, het doel en de missie, evenals het waardensysteem en andere elementen van de bedrijfscultuur die voor de consultants nuttig zijn om te kennen, kan een katalysator voor succes zijn. Consultants kunnen onnodige fouten maken en enorm veel tijd verspillen zonder de noodzakelijke informatie die de context en het volledige beeld biedt voor een succesvolle uitrol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het kiezen van de juiste consultants\/coaches is essentieel voor de succesvolle uitrol van OKR in uw bedrijf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoe een potenti\u00eble OKR-uitrol met de focus op het starten met een bestaand en impactvol project er mogelijk uit zou kunnen zien:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.<\/strong> Context cre\u00ebren: Wat is de huidige prestatie- en cultuurstatus van het bedrijf?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wat is de taxonomie (classificatie) en met welke projecten zijn ze bezig?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om welke projecten gaat het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.workplace.com\/blog\/cross-team-collaboration\">kruis-samenwerking<\/a> en worden gezien als zeer invloedrijk op de toekomstige koers van het bedrijf?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wat is het niveau van blootstelling aan en gebruik van agile methodieken?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wat zijn momenteel de belangrijkste obstakels in verband met deze projecten?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.<\/strong> Zodra de context is gecre\u00eberd en het OKR-pilotproject is ge\u00efdentificeerd, kunnen we ons concentreren op het verkrijgen van buy-in voor OKR&#039;s door een OKR-opleiding aan te bieden aan het topmanagement en de vele betrokkenen bij het geselecteerde project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3<\/strong>. Zodra het algemene niveau van de OKR-kennis voldoende is om met het projectteam een OKR-tekenworkshop te kunnen geven, kunnen we de begeleiding daarvan plannen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.<\/strong> Na voltooiing van de tekenworkshop kunnen we een middelenbeoordeling uitvoeren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beschikken we over de personele middelen en de financi\u00eble capaciteit om deze OKR succesvol uit te voeren?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beschikken we over de vereiste vaardigheden om deze OKR\/OKR&#039;s te bereiken? Zo niet, hoe kunnen we deze vaardigheden dan parallel aan de inzet van de OKR opbouwen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.<\/strong> We kunnen beginnen met cre\u00ebren <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.trginternational.com\/what-okr-champion-and-why-they-crucial\">OKR-kampioenen<\/a> door ze cursussen te laten volgen die verder gaan dan het inleidende OKR-onderwijs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. <\/strong>De externe consultants\/coaches kunnen de implementatie van belangrijke best practices faciliteren om de duurzaamheid en het succes van de OKR-pilot te garanderen, zoals het faciliteren van de eerste wekelijkse check-ins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. <\/strong>Discipline is een cruciaal onderdeel van het cre\u00ebren van een succesvolle OKR-pilot. Het lijdt geen twijfel dat er, in ieder geval op een gegeven moment, ontberingen zullen worden geconfronteerd, maar de motivatie en discipline om ondanks uitdagingen door te gaan is een vereiste voor uiteindelijk succes. Daarom hebben we OKR-kampioenen en -advocaten nodig die anderen altijd steunen, maar vooral in moeilijke tijden<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8.<\/strong> We valideren de hypothese via OKR&#039;s. Een zeer sterke focus op het bevorderen van samenwerking, iteratie, innovatie en het bieden van de nodige ondersteuning is uiterst nuttig bij het bereiken van OKR\u2019s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
