maken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer we wijze en impactvolle woorden lezen die met ons resoneren, stroomt er dopamine en voelen we ons goed. Deze woorden zullen alleen een blijvende impact hebben op ons en op degenen die we be\u00efnvloeden als we er consequent naar handelen. Wat volgt zijn enkele bruikbare citaten die ons kunnen helpen een sprong voorwaarts te maken en onze OKR\u2019s te bereiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het bereiken van OKR\u2019s is geen eenvoudige opgave; het vereist visie, gedurfde actie en <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pulse\/importance-teamwork-when-striving-operational-paul-ware-mba-lssbb\/\">uitmuntendheid in teamwerk<\/a>.<\/strong> Het is echter zeker de moeite waard, omdat we een opwindende en gewenste toekomstige situatie voor al onze belanghebbenden cre\u00ebren door geprioriteerde en resultaatgerichte doelstellingen en belangrijkste resultaten te bereiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We hebben drie citaten gekozen die, wanneer ze tot leven worden gebracht door consistente actie, een enorm positief effect kunnen hebben op het bereiken van verreikende doelen zoals OKR\u2019s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Goede leiders bouwen producten. Grote Leiders bouwen culturen. Goede leiders leveren resultaten. Grote Leiders ontwikkelen mensen. Goede leiders hebben een visie. Grote leiders hebben waarden. Goede leiders zijn rolmodellen op het werk. <a href=\"https:\/\/leverageedu.com\/blog\/great-leaders-of-the-world\/\">Grote leiders<\/a> zijn rolmodellen in het leven.&#039;<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong>Adam Grant<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR\u2019s vereisen de aanwezigheid van sterk leiderschap om zowel succesvol als duurzaam te zijn. Wanneer we gezamenlijk positieve, hoogwaardige culturen vormgeven die inclusief, collaboratief en innovatief zijn, cre\u00ebren we een omgeving die bevorderlijk is voor het bereiken van doelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het bovenstaande wordt versterkt door een gedeeld en praktisch waardensysteem, een overtuigende visie en leiders die door hun gedrag de weg voorwaarts tonen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoe kunnen we ambitieuze OKR\u2019s bereiken als we niet over de vereiste vaardigheden beschikken om ze te bereiken? Leiders moeten de bestaande lacunes in vaardigheden beoordelen die moeten worden weggewerkt om onze doelstellingen te bereiken. Leiders ondersteunen voortdurend de ontwikkeling van hun mensen. Het gaat niet alleen om het bereiken van doelen, maar ook om het verrijken van levens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grote leiders stoppen nooit met aan zichzelf te werken en defini\u00ebren regelmatig nieuwe en verbeterde manieren om hun mensen te dienen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cSucces is van mislukking naar mislukking gaan zonder verlies van enthousiasme.\u201d<\/strong><br><br><\/p>\n<cite><strong>Winston Churchill<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Falen zien als een leermogelijkheid is optimaal en toch complex, omdat falen ernstige pijn kan doen, maar falen tot overwinningen kan leiden als we er goed mee omgaan. Als leiders moeten we een omgeving van voortdurend leren cre\u00ebren en deze lessen vastleggen tijdens elke OKR-check-in en reflectie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In dit opzicht is een sterke groeimindset vereist. A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wgu.edu\/blog\/what-is-growth-mindset-8-steps-develop-one1904.html#:~:text=A%20growth%20mindset%20means%20that,are%20all%20susceptible%20to%20growth.\"><strong>groeimindset <\/strong><\/a>Deze ori\u00ebntatie stelt ons in staat om alleen naar het verleden te kijken om van te leren en deze lessen vervolgens toe te passen ten behoeve van ons team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elke mislukking waarvan we leren en die in een succes wordt omgezet, moet grondig worden omarmd en gevierd, omdat dat waarschijnlijk de snelste en meest effectieve manier is om te leren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is aan degenen die ervoor kiezen om leiding te geven aan het cre\u00ebren van een omgeving waarin falen veilig is. Het zou ook goed zijn voor alle belanghebbenden om te onthouden dat falen alleen enorme waarde heeft als we de lessen ervan vastleggen en deze omzetten in zelfverzekerde actie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iedereen of elk bedrijf dat ooit een groot succes is geweest, kan verhalen vertellen over ernstige uitdagingen en mislukkingen en hoe diezelfde moeilijkheden een grote rol hebben gespeeld bij het maken van het bedrijf tot wat het nu is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Topsporters lopen elke keer dat ze &#039;de arena betreden&#039; het risico op blessures, en een tegenslag in hun persoonlijke leven kan op de loer liggen. Elite-ondernemers kunnen hun verhalen over ontberingen en vallen en opstaan delen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toppresteerders worden vaak getroffen door emoties als ze het winnaarspodium betreden en nadenken over de vreugdevolle ervaring van het strijden en winnen en alle opofferingen en uitdagingen waarmee ze worden geconfronteerd in de voorbereiding op &#039;de overwinning&#039;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#039;Het veranderen van een organisatie, een bedrijf, een land \u2013 of een wereld \u2013 begint met de simpele stap jezelf te veranderen.<\/strong><br><br><\/p>\n<cite><strong>Tony Robbins<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verandering is een uitdaging omdat ons wordt gevraagd duidelijke en ongemakkelijke stappen te zetten buiten de grenzen van onze comfortzones. Als we anderen vragen om te veranderen, dagen we ze uit; we vragen iets moeilijks van hen, wat niet als vanzelfsprekend mag worden beschouwd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer we, in plaats van alleen maar over verandering te praten, positieve veranderingen in ons gedrag als leiders toepassen, geven we een wenselijk voorbeeld om te volgen. Het is een sprong om mensen te vragen afstand te nemen van hun comfort en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.succeedonpurpose.com\/post\/moving-from-the-fear-zone-to-the-growth-zone\">angstzones<\/a> en naar hun leer- en groeizones. Daarom moeten we hen ondersteunen door gerichte prioriteiten te stellen, vaardigheden op te bouwen en door een gevoel van doelgerichtheid te bieden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onze ultieme plicht als leiders is om meer leiders te cre\u00ebren. Dat kunnen we doen door eerst met ons gedrag een duidelijk voorbeeld te geven. Ten tweede kunnen we anderen ondersteunen en coachen als ze hulp nodig hebben. Ten derde hebben leiders een sterke focus nodig om een positief en motiverend klimaat te cre\u00ebren waarin het gemakkelijker is om te presteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er zijn constanten die moeten veranderen \u2013 verandering is rommelig en moeilijk, maar prachtig als we volhouden en om de juiste redenen worden veranderd<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns
