class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR&#039;s en &#039;timemanagement&#039; zijn onderwerpen die in hoge mate van elkaar afhankelijk zijn. Iets om diep over na te denken is dat je de tijd niet kunt beheren, omdat we allemaal evenveel tijd hebben: 24 uur per dag. U kunt echter binnen 24 uur de manier waarop u met uzelf omgaat, verbeteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Door uw planning goed te beheren, verhoogt u niet automatisch uw prestaties en die van uw team. De meest essenti\u00eble elementen om jezelf goed te managen zijn prioriteiten stellen en consistente actie ondernemen. Dezelfde twee factoren zijn van cruciaal belang voor de duurzaamheid en het succes van OKR&#039;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We kunnen elke techniek gebruiken, zoals timeboxing, maar als we niet aan de vastgestelde prioriteiten werken, zal timeboxing niet zoveel helpen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prioritering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In de context van OKR\u2019s is het stellen van prioriteiten geen individuele oefening, maar een gezamenlijke teamoefening om onze duidelijke prioriteiten vast te stellen. Duidelijkheid over het belang kan echter alleen worden bereikt met een duidelijke visie en strategie\u00ebn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wij aan de top van de organisatie kunnen alleen van anderen verwachten dat ze zichzelf goed managen als:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wij hebben samen een visie gecre\u00eberd en overduidelijk gemaakt wat de visie is<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We hebben gezamenlijk strategie\u00ebn ontwikkeld, en degenen die deze moeten uitvoeren weten glashelder wat de strategie is<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We hebben gezamenlijk besloten wat de topprioriteiten zijn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We hebben strategische OKR\u2019s opgesteld die krachtig, betekenisvol en op elkaar afgestemd zijn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We koesteren echt zowel samenwerking als vertrouwen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wij hebben praktisch gegeven <a href=\"https:\/\/clickup.com\/blog\/team-building\/\">ervaringen voor het opbouwen van vaardigheden voor onze teams.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vragen om over na te denken over &#039;Zelfmanagement&#039;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Zelfmanagement&#039; wordt eenvoudiger als we door zelfontdekking, ervaring en advies van anderen tot de antwoorden op de volgende vragen zijn gekomen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wat zijn onze huidige prioriteiten?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Welke tijd moeten we besteden aan \u2018business as usual gerelateerde activiteiten\u2019, en welke tijd moeten we besteden aan OKR\u2019s?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoeveel bijeenkomsten zijn essentieel, en hoe kunnen we die bijeenkomsten effectiever maken?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als Performance Coach is het eerste wat ik met een cli\u00ebnt doe het beoordelen van hun planning, wat zeer onthullend is in termen van feitelijke prioriteiten en zelfmanagement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We bekijken gezamenlijk of sommige vergaderingen volledig kunnen worden verwijderd, en zo niet, hoe we die vergaderingen kunnen stroomlijnen zodat ze minder tijd in beslag nemen. Maak tijd vrij door u te concentreren op prioriteiten en kortere maar krachtigere vergaderingen te houden met een duidelijk rendement op uw tijd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gary Vaynerchuk onthult dat dit een van zijn kernactiviteiten is <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hubspot.com\/marketing\/productivity-hacks\">productiviteitshacks<\/a> is om in het algemeen vergaderingen van 15 minuten te houden. De meeste mensen zouden vergaderingen houden die ruim een uur duren. Gemiddeld kunt u minimaal tien uur per week besparen door prioriteiten te stellen en gericht te vergaderen, tenminste als u momenteel de neiging heeft om vergaderingen te houden die over het algemeen te lang duren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Door uw tijd vrij te maken voor wat er echt toe doet, kunt u meer tijd besteden aan het belangrijkste onderdeel van OKR\u2019s, zoals, maar niet beperkt tot:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Faciliteren van krachtige OKR-tekenworkshops en het uitvoeren van proactieve en iteratieve wekelijkse check-ins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Overweldigd door te veel ontmoetingen is er weinig tot geen gelegenheid voor zelfreflectie en zelfontwikkeling. Zowel reflectie als de ontwikkeling van vaardigheden zijn essenti\u00eble factoren voor de duurzaamheid en het succes van OKR&#039;s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Het cre\u00ebren van zelforganiserende teams en het bevorderen van autonomie zijn slechts woorden totdat we alle teamleden ondersteunen door middel van praktische coaching op het gebied van zelfmanagement. Al deze termen, zoals \u2018timemanagement\u2019, zelfmanagement en meer, zijn relatief:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zijn vader vroeg aan Sam: Wat heb je deze week gedaan?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sam antwoordde trots: Ik ben klaar <a href=\"https:\/\/simonsinek.com\/\">Simon Sineks<\/a>&#039; Finding You Why, en ik schreef een opdracht over Purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De vader van Sams glimlachte en vroeg: Wat heb je van wat je deze week las en schreef in praktijk gebracht? Kun je me een voorbeeld geven?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Volgende week ga ik er iets aan doen, papa. Ik had het te druk met lezen en schrijven over het doel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We zijn vaak zo druk bezig met vergaderingen dat we weinig tot geen tijd hebben voor de uitvoering. Zelfmanagement gaat over het cre\u00ebren van kansen voor jezelf om effectief te worden in de uitvoering door verspilling uit je planning te verwijderen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit is over het algemeen makkelijker gezegd dan gedaan, omdat we gewoontedieren zijn. Prioriteiten stellen is een gewoonte en vaardigheid die we dagelijks moeten oefenen en verspilling uit onze carri\u00e8res en schema&#039;s moeten verwijderen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hoe beginnen we?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We kunnen beginnen met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meten wat er echt toe doet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Niet alleen actieplannen opstellen, maar ook actieplannen prioriteren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Laat de tijdsbesteding onze prioriteiten weerspiegelen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bespreek niet alleen de volgende stappen, maar zet ze in volgorde van prioriteit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Opstellen van krachtige OKR\u2019s op basis van prioriteiten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leidinggeven aan uw team op de meest effectieve manier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ondersteuning van uw team door middel van geprioriteerde en effectieve coaching<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prioriteit geven aan activiteiten voor het opbouwen van vaardigheden die ons helpen onze doelstellingen te bereiken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p
