deze kunt oplossen) <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We maken allemaal eerlijke fouten bij het nastreven van praktische oplossingen, en strategie\u00ebn moeten worden toegejuicht omdat ze de beste leermogelijkheden bieden. Elke dag is een kans voor leiders om een omgeving vorm te geven waarin het heel goed is om fouten te maken; Zolang ze eerlijk zijn en worden geformuleerd als leermogelijkheden waarop onmiddellijk wordt gereageerd, zijn het perfecte en precieze stappen richting succes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lees het volgende inzichtelijk <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2011\/04\/strategies-for-learning-from-failure\">Harvard Business Review-artikel<\/a> <\/strong>over hoe je mislukkingen of fouten kunt omzetten in leerervaringen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er zijn fouten die we moeten vermijden als we willen slagen met OKR&#039;s. Deze fouten zijn over het algemeen zeer schadelijk voor de prestaties:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Geen psychologische veiligheid cre\u00ebren in uw teams<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mensen in de overlevingsmodus, die nog steeds aan het uitzoeken zijn welke relaties ze moeten opbouwen en hoe ze uitstekend kunnen zijn in hun rol, zullen waarschijnlijk ambitieuze doelen nastreven zodra ze een gevoel van psychologische veiligheid ervaren. Als leiders is het aan ons om doelbewust een omgeving van veiligheid, vertrouwen en inspiratie te cre\u00ebren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oprechte lof en wachtrijen zoals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Jij bent essentieel voor dit team&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Ik heb veel vertrouwen in je<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Het werk dat je hebt gedaan om momentum te krijgen voor dit belangrijke resultaat was buitengewoon&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moet een basisproduct zijn <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quantumworkplace.com\/future-of-work\/create-psychological-safety-in-the-workplace\"><strong>in uw teamcommunicatie<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Niet inchecken betekent waarschijnlijk dat het niet lukt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Met wekelijkse OKR-check-ins kunt u de vinger aan de pols houden over OKR&#039;s en kunt u proactief zijn in het herhalen van uw belangrijkste resultaten en acties. We raden u aan een wekelijks ritme van korte maar krachtige OKR-check-ins aan te houden. Regelmatig inchecken heeft vaak tot gevolg dat u reactief bent en uw OKR&#039;s niet haalt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Gebrek aan meeslepende ervaringen met OKR&#039;s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Slecht opgeleide teamleden met weinig tot geen kennis van OKR&#039;s zullen waarschijnlijk niet enthousiast zijn over OKR&#039;s en zullen waarschijnlijk slecht zijn in het opstellen van krachtige OKR&#039;s. Een kritische succesfactor bij de uitrol van OKR is het bieden van meeslepende ervaringen (wat betekent dat ze de vaardigheden van het werven van OKR&#039;s en het afstemmen ervan binnen workshops al oefenen) aan alle betrokken teamleden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Gebrek aan inspanning om voldoende buy-in te verkrijgen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zonder een hoge mate van betrokkenheid bij het idee en de motiverende mechanismen van OKR\u2019s zullen OKR\u2019s binnen uw organisatie waarschijnlijk niet succesvol en onhoudbaar blijken. Door talloze OKR-kampioenen en pleitbezorgers in uw organisatie te cre\u00ebren en het doel en de voordelen van OKR&#039;s grondig aan alle betrokkenen te &#039;verkopen&#039;, heeft u betekenisvolle stappen gezet in de richting van het verkrijgen van buy-in. Het eenvoudigweg beheersen van de weerstand tegen verandering en het laten zien hoe OKR&#039;s aansluiten bij de overtuigende visie en uitstekende organisatiestrategie\u00ebn zijn aanvullende maatregelen om een optimale buy-in te garanderen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Gebrek aan een beoordeling van de middelen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 We moeten beoordelen of we over de financi\u00eble capaciteit, de noodzakelijke capaciteiten op het gebied van personeelszaken en de vaardigheden beschikken die nodig zijn om een specifieke OKR te bereiken om uw doelen te bereiken. Een grondige beoordeling van de capaciteit van de middelen bij het opstellen van OKR&#039;s is een essenti\u00eble best practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Terugkeren naar commandocontrole als er iets misgaat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR&#039;s is een &#039;spier&#039; die je in de loop van de tijd opbouwt, en teams hebben tussen de twee en vijf OKR-cycli nodig om uitmuntendheid te bereiken op OKR&#039;s. In sommige gevallen wordt het topmanagement heel snel ongeduldig als ze geen onmiddellijke positieve resultaten zien van OKR&#039;s, en vallen ze vervolgens terug naar het standaardprincipe van &#039;command and control&#039;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Een leegte als het erop aankomt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/tracybrower\/2021\/08\/22\/the-power-of-purpose-and-why-it-matters-now\/?sh=24cfd362163a\">doel<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mensen willen over het algemeen een carri\u00e8repad, een gemeenschap en een doel (doel) waardoor ze echt betrokken kunnen zijn op het werk. Wanneer mensen een gebrek aan betekenis en impact in hun werk ervaren, is het onwaarschijnlijk dat ze ambitieuze doelstellingen nastreven. Mensen een geoperationaliseerd doel bieden is een andere essenti\u00eble succesfactor, niet alleen als het gaat om OKR\u2019s, maar ook als het gaat om organisatieontwikkeling als geheel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Outputgericht zijn<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We zien veel outputgerichte objectieve uitspraken zoals &#039;Maak een nieuwe functie&#039;, &#039;Bouw een nieuwe website&#039; en meer. Daarom bieden deze uitspraken niet de toegevoegde waarde en het gewenste effect van deze activiteiten, en zijn ze niet inspirerend. De kans is groter dat we doelen bereiken die meer resultaatgericht zijn, omdat ze inspirerender en transparanter zijn in termen van voordelen en toegevoegde waarde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Geen strategie of een vage strategie hebben<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strategie bestaat uit punten van differentiatie ten opzichte van de concurrentie die waardevol en betekenisvol zijn voor alle belanghebbenden en verschillen die we kunnen behouden. Strategie is geen lijst met doelen, en er wordt ook geen gebruik gemaakt van specifieke tools zoals Agile-methodieken. Iedereen kan het toepassen. Daarom moet het duidelijke en betekenisvolle verschillen met de concurrentie vaststellen. Als onze strategie moet worden verduidelijkt, hoe kunnen we onze doelstellingen er dan succesvol op afstemmen? We kunnen onze strategie\u00ebn eenvoudiger maken door ze samen te cre\u00ebren en ze als keuzes te presenteren. Netflix heeft er bijvoorbeeld strategisch voor gekozen om originele inhoud te cre\u00ebren in plaats van alleen de inhoud van anderen te streamen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Gewoon volgen en niet uw eigen OKR-playbook maken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elke organisatie is uniek en heeft zijn eigen levenscyclus, cultuur en uitdagingen. Het volgen van de manieren van anderen om OKR&#039;s in uw organisatie te introduceren is een vergissing. Ja, het is goed om de best practices van OKR te volgen om op zijn minst een &#039;flexibel raamwerk&#039; te hebben bij het uitrollen van OKR&#039;s, maar uiteindelijk moet je eindigen met een draaiboek dat jouw unieke organisatie weerspiegelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leer een praktische aanpak om algemene OKR-fouten te vermijden door ons cursusaanbod te
