toekomst kunnen praten op een manier die inspireert en motiveert\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een gebrek aan duidelijkheid in onze communicatie, gecombineerd met een eerdere ori\u00ebntatie in de manier waarop we mensen en problemen aanpakken, zijn er vaak de oorzaak van dat we onze verreikende doelen niet bereiken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR\u2019s zijn toekomstgericht en worden het best ondersteund door toekomstgerichte, positieve, motiverende en op dialoog gebaseerde communicatie. Hoe kunnen we over de toekomst praten op een manier die inspireert en motiveert? \u2013 Het is een kritische vraag die moet worden beantwoord door actie te ondernemen, aangezien de duurzaamheid en het succes van OKR\u2019s er grotendeels van afhangen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is een goed gedocumenteerd en onderzocht feit dat ondanks dat ze goed zijn opgeleid en denken dat ze uitstekend kunnen coachen, de meeste managers mensen nog steeds vertellen wat ze moeten doen. Dit kan hen niet worden verweten, aangezien:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Het is normaal om te denken dat de snelste manier om tot resultaat te komen is door mensen te vertellen wat ze moeten doen, in plaats van lange gesprekken te voeren over wat ze vervolgens moeten doen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De command-control managementstijl is een ingebakken gewoonte in veel bedrijfsculturen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lees het volgende <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/08\/most-managers-dont-know-how-to-coach-people-but-they-can-learn\"><strong>Harvard Business Review-artikel<\/strong><\/a> over de algemene communicatie- en coachingstijl van managers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een verandering in onze benadering van communicatie en mentaliteit is nodig om op de lange termijn succesvol te zijn met OKR\u2019s. Door hun aard zijn OKR&#039;s, omdat het om stretchdoelen gaat, niet eenvoudig te bereiken. Daarom vormt de kernbehoefte aan innovatie en samenwerking de kern van OKR\u2019s: Individuen kunnen, ongeacht hun talent en vaardigheden, verreikende strategische doelen niet alleen bereiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wees nieuwsgierig met een optimistische en zelfverzekerde intentie.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er zijn twee soorten vertrouwen waarop we ons in dit opzicht kunnen concentreren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Je kunt een kamer binnenlopen, geloven dat je alle problemen kunt oplossen en de antwoorden op alles zelf in handen hebben. Dit heet epistemisch vertrouwen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Je kunt een kamer binnenlopen en met absoluut vertrouwen geloven dat je de vaardigheid hebt om in de loop van de tijd de juiste en collectieve antwoorden van teamleden te faciliteren, uit te lokken en te ontdekken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is veel waarschijnlijker dat optie nummer twee in de loop van de tijd een omgeving van vertrouwen en samenwerking zal cre\u00ebren en tot betere &#039;OKR-prestaties&#039; zal leiden.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/positivepsychology.com\/self-confidence\/#:~:text=The%203%20types%20of%20self,public%20speaking%20or%20social%20situations\"><strong>Het soort vertrouwen<\/strong><\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/positivepsychology.com\/self-confidence\/#:~:text=The%203%20types%20of%20self,public%20speaking%20or%20social%20situations\">e<\/a> <\/strong>waarop in punt twee hierboven wordt gezinspeeld, wordt sociaal vertrouwen genoemd. Dit kan in de loop van de tijd worden opgebouwd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een goede manier om sociaal vertrouwen op te bouwen, is door goed voorbereid naar vergaderingen te komen met uitstekende vragen die de samenwerking bevorderen en een positieve intentie hebben. Houd de vragen eenvoudig en toch afgestemd op de vastgestelde OKR&#039;s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het was een uitstekende start van deze OKR, omdat we de duidelijke bedoeling opschreven van wat we wilden bereiken. Hoe kunnen we deze OKR resultaatgerichter maken en waarde toevoegen voor de klant?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoe kan ik helpen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ik ben erg ge\u00efnteresseerd om te weten wat u hebt gedaan om momentum te cre\u00ebren voor dit belangrijke resultaat?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit was uitstekend werk; Vertel me alsjeblieft hoe je dit precies hebt bereikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We hebben gefaald, maar dat is geweldig \u2013 falen is leren. Wat wisten wij? En wat kunnen wij anders doen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR&#039;s en toekomstgerichte communicatie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De meesten van ons hebben de neiging om op het verleden te hameren, wat begrijpelijk is omdat dit een realistisch referentiepunt is, en we niet precies weten wat de toekomst in petto heeft. Verwijzingen naar het verleden zijn echter alleen nuttig als we het gebruiken als een kans om er positieve lessen uit te trekken. Omdat OKR\u2019s toekomstgericht zijn, gaat dit hand in hand met <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.indeed.com\/career-advice\/career-development\/communication-goal-examples\">toekomstgerichte communicatie<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een voorbeeld van hoe we verledengerichte gesprekken kunnen omzetten in toekomstgerichte communicatie is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In plaats van te hameren op het gedrag uit het verleden van een teamlid dat u als onproductief heeft beoordeeld, kunt u zich afvragen: waar zou u graag om bekend willen staan?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In de context van het stellen van deze vraag met een positieve en ondersteunende intentie, kan dit in de hoofden van de teamleden een positief beeld scheppen van een gewenste toekomstige situatie. Het klimaat rond het gesprek zal positiever zijn als <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mentimeter.com\/blog\/stand-out-get-ahead\/how-to-create-open-ended-questions\"><strong>goed opgebouwde vragen<\/strong><\/a> zoals deze worden gevraagd. Het is waarschijnlijk nog negatiever als we herhaaldelijk uitspraken doen over het gedrag van teamleden in het verleden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het gebruik van toekomstgerichte communicatie tijdens OKR-gerelateerde bijeenkomsten, zoals gemeentehuizen, check-ins en beoordelingen, zal waarschijnlijk een motiverend klimaat rond OKR&#039;s cre\u00ebren, vooral wanneer je als team alleen naar het verleden verwijst als referentiepunt voor aan het leren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR&#039;s die zijn afgestemd op het geoperationaliseerde doel, de strategie\u00ebn en de visie van het bedrijf bestaan om een gewenste toekomstige situatie voor alle belanghebbenden te cre\u00ebren. Een sterke factor bij het duurzaam en succesvol maken van OKR\u2019s is het garanderen van positieve, transparante en toekomstgerichte communicatie.
