class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In dit schrijven onderzoeken we wat leiders kunnen doen om het succes en de duurzaamheid van OKR\u2019s te be\u00efnvloeden. Sommige OKR- en Agile-leiders geven openlijk toe dat alleen het toepassen van de methodologie zelf geen succes garandeert. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR&#039;s zijn niet nieuw, maar zijn in veel Fortune 500-bedrijven best practices geworden. Leiderschap is de verantwoordelijkheid om meer leiders achter te laten en het vermogen om mensen te stimuleren rond een gedeelde visie en doelstellingen. Leiderschap is zowel een kunst als een voorrecht. Er zijn goed ontwikkelde leiderschapsvaardigheden nodig om OKR- en Agile-teams te ondersteunen op een manier die hen helpt verreikende doelen te bereiken. Laten we eens goed kijken naar de zeven eigenschappen van zeer effectieve OKR-leiders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Ze zijn nieuwsgierig, onverzadigbaar nieuwsgierig.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#039;Verkoop je slimheid en koop ontzag&#039; <\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong>Jalal ud din Rumi<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A <a href=\"http:\/\/orbes.com\/sites\/kevinkruse\/2019\/11\/05\/the-greatest-leadership-article-ive-ever-read\/?sh=5309b47e31ed\"><strong>echte dienende leider<\/strong><\/a> weet dat ze niet alles kunnen, en ook niet alles kunnen weten. Ze hebben een onwrikbaar vertrouwen in hun vermogen om collectieve besluitvorming en probleemoplossing te vergemakkelijken en benaderen elke opdracht met ontzag en nieuwsgierigheid. Ze begrijpen dat hun oprechte en enthousiaste nieuwsgierigheid het middel is tot co-creatie, creativiteit en groei. een hoge mate van nieuwsgierigheid met positieve intentie is de fundamentele gewoonte van de 7 gewoonten van effectieve OKR-leiders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ze komen vaak heel goed voorbereid naar vergaderingen met uitstekende vragen, in plaats van dat ze voorbereid zijn met uitstekende toespraken. Hun vragen stimuleren het denken, doen en samenwerken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Ze zijn goed in de &#039;Drie-eenheid van&#039; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acceladvisory.com\/post\/the-art-of-execution-why-strategy-is-only-the-beginning\">uitmuntende uitvoering<\/a>&#039; \u2013 Denken, praten en doen.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Executie uitmuntendheid gaat over het co-cre\u00ebren van formidabele strategie\u00ebn, het helder en consistent communiceren daarover, en, het allerbelangrijkste, het ondernemen van gedurfde actie. Vooral in deze volatiele tijden hebben leiders niet langer de luxe om zich af te scheiden van de uitvoering van strategie\u00ebn. Ze moeten gezien worden waar het ertoe doet. Het Japanse Lean managementprincipe van Genchi Gembutsu (Ga maar zelf kijken) is hier van toepassing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ze zijn aanwezig en voeren waar mogelijk schouder aan schouder met hun teamleden uit wanneer het er echt toe doet. Ze hebben de neiging actie te ondernemen op basis van strategie\u00ebn, problemen, veranderingsinitiatieven en het vergroten van de betrokkenheid van medewerkers in plaats van er \u2018lippendienst\u2019 aan te bewijzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Ze zijn zowel toegewijd als consistent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een hoge mate van betrokkenheid zorgt ervoor dat mensen enthousiast aan iets beginnen, maar consistentie zorgt ervoor dat je het tot het einde volhoudt. We zijn allemaal getuige geweest van verschillende strategische plannen, blauwdrukken voor de sector en bedrijfsplannen die op papier briljant leken, maar nooit &#039;het levenslicht zagen&#039;. OKR-leiders streven ernaar hun bedrijven te laten groeien via OKRS en de inherente motivatiemechanismen ervan, en ze zijn ook zeer consistent in het toepassen van OKR Best practices. Ze zijn consistent met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hun berichten rond OKR&#039;s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transparant zijn met betrekking tot strategie\u00ebn, doelen en doelstellingen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het bieden van meeslepende mogelijkheden voor het opbouwen van vaardigheden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het bieden van een carri\u00e8repad, een doel en een gemeenschap aan hun teamleden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Ze zien het grotere geheel, maar kunnen dit verbinden met het heden<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Visie zonder actie is een dagdroom. OKR en Agile Leaders zien het grotere geheel, maar te veel stilstaan bij het grotere geheel veroorzaakt slopende vertragingen in de uitvoering. OKR-leiders hanteren een evenwichtige aanpak om het grotere plaatje voor alle betrokkenen duidelijk te maken en vervolgens &#039;de punten met elkaar te verbinden&#039;, zodat &#039;uitmuntende uitvoering&#039; wordt bereikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het zien van het grotere plaatje betekent niet noodzakelijkerwijs dat je het ook gaat verwezenlijken. Het stimuleren van uw mensen rond een geoperationaliseerd doel en een overtuigende visie, het bijscholen van hen op een meeslepende manier en het cre\u00ebren van een motiverende omgeving voor hen in het heden is zowel een kunst als een noodzaak voor duurzame OKR-prestaties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Ze hebben empathie, maar zullen een standpunt innemen voor wat belangrijk is<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR- en Agile-leiders zijn inclusief, waarderen de inbreng van het team en leven zich in hun mensen in. Ze zijn echter niet &#039;overdonderd&#039;; zij zullen opkomen voor hun waarden en overtredingen van de bedrijfswaarden zeer serieus nemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Ze geven prioriteit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een van de meest essenti\u00eble leiderschapsvaardigheden is het vermogen om echte prioriteiten te identificeren en dienovereenkomstig te handelen. Agile leiders zorgen ervoor dat ze niet alleen maar bezig zijn. In plaats daarvan besteden ze het grootste deel van hun tijd aan dingen die er echt toe doen en impact hebben. Ze dagen zichzelf en anderen elke dag positief uit met geweldige vragen die hen helpen prioriteiten uit te voeren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Wat er toe doet?&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Waar moeten we ons op concentreren?&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Welke activiteiten, projecten, taken en initiatieven leveren de hoogste resultaten op in de richting van onze doelstellingen en de Visie?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Wie kan helpen?&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Wat is urgent en essentieel, en wat is niet nodig?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Dat zijn ze <a href=\"https:\/\/sloanreview.mit.edu\/article\/with-goals-fast-beats-smart\/\">Resultaatgericht<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ze denken voortdurend na over de impact en de waarde die ze kunnen toevoegen aan stakeholders. In plaats van bezig te zijn puur om het druk te zijn, richten zij zich op de waarde die zij kunnen toevoegen aan stakeholders. Ze stellen alle activiteiten, doelen en doelstellingen positief in vraag:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Wat is de gewenste impact of uitkomst van deze activiteit?&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Hoe gaan we dit project meten in termen van het behalen van de gewenste resultaten?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR-leiders leiden Agilely door samenwerking, autonomie, gedurfde actie en transparante strategie\u00ebn te bevorderen. Ze voeren consequent de bovenstaande zeven gewoonten uit.
