mentaliteit te transformeren en uw dromen te verwezenlijken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De ware kracht van OKR\u2019s reikt veel verder dan alleen het Goal-Setting Framework, aangezien het er meerdere bevat<br>inherent <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2020\/04\/how-to-keep-your-team-motivated-remotely\"><strong>motiverende mechanismen.<\/strong><\/a> OKR&#039;s bieden elk bedrijf unieke kansen en dat is het ook<br>om te kapitaliseren op doelstellingen en belangrijkste resultaten als een trechter voor strategie-uitvoering en bevordering<br>nieuwe manieren van werken die de betrokkenheid, samenwerking en uiteindelijk de effectiviteit vergroten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR\u2019s hebben de neiging om te gedijen in omgevingen waarin een groeimindset overheerst en in het algemeen<br>onderwerpt zich aan een snelle dood binnen organisaties waar een fixed mindset-ori\u00ebntatie aan de orde is<br>de dag. Door zorgvuldig de juiste omstandigheden te cre\u00ebren waarin OKR\u2019s kunnen gedijen als leider en strateeg<br>kan uw mentaliteit transformeren en uw dromen verwezenlijken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Momenteel is er wereldwijd een buzz rond OKR\u2019s en Agile manieren van werken, en terecht<br>Wanneer methodologie\u00ebn effectief worden toegepast, is de kans groter dat ze resulteren in creatieve, collaboratieve en<br>inspirerende werkomgevingen. Op commando en controle gerichte organisaties die dit weigeren<br>hun manier van doen veranderen, sterven over het algemeen in sommige gevallen en in andere gevallen een langzame en pijnlijke dood<br>ze worden snel tot as verbrand door behendige concurrenten met hoge innovatiepercentages en snelheid<br>markt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>MAAR<\/strong><br>In de afwezigheid van:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Een overtuigende visie, doel en missie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inkoop van belanghebbenden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Een positieve en op groei gerichte cultuur, ondersteund door een groeimindset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HR-praktijken in synergie met de punten 1 tot 3 hierboven<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agile methodologie\u00ebn en agile methodologie\u00ebn voor het stellen van doelen, zoals OKR&#039;s, kunnen eenvoudig worden gerealiseerd<br>niet effectief.<br>Het werk van Caroline Dweck over mindset maakt op prachtige wijze onderscheid tussen een groeimindsetori\u00ebntatie<br>en een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/growth-mindset-carol-dweck\/s?k=growth+mindset+carol+dweck\"><strong>vaste mentaliteit<\/strong><\/a> ori\u00ebntatie. Meer over het boek hier:<br><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als consultant, bedrijfseigenaar en coach, werkzaam in meerdere sectoren en in verschillende culturen, ben ik<br>hebben de afgelopen twintig jaar mindsettests gebruikt en er komt een zeer interessante observatie in me op<br>op het moment dat ik dit schrijf:<br>Ongeacht intellectuele capaciteiten, praktijkervaring of achtergrond, mensen met een fixed mindset<br>ori\u00ebntatie neigt naar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Toon een externe locus of control \u2013 Ze hebben de neiging anderen of andere entiteiten de schuld te geven van hun situatie<br>mislukkingen en vermijd naar binnen te kijken naar antwoorden en mogelijkheden om te verbeteren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Steek tijdens bijeenkomsten alleen de hand op om problemen te benoemen, zonder mogelijke oplossingen aan te bieden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weersta verandering, zelfs als het een zeer nuttig en noodzakelijk veranderingsinitiatief is<br>Aan de andere kant hebben mensen met een gezonde interne locus of control de neiging om:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kijk naar binnen voor antwoorden en verbeterpunten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Niet verbitterd worden, maar in plaats daarvan beter worden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Omarm nuttige veranderingsinitiatieven<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doe vrijwilligerswerk als het gaat om het stellen van ambitieuze en inspirerende doelen<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>De geest heeft een krachtige manier om dingen aan te trekken die ermee in harmonie zijn, goed en slecht.\u201d<br><\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong>Idowu Koyenikan<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het zou heel moeilijk, zo niet onmogelijk zijn om consistente positieve resultaten binnen de organisatie te cre\u00ebren <br>een overheersende fixed mindset-ori\u00ebntatie gecombineerd met een hoge mate van pessimisme. Als gevolg van<br>Met deze redenering raden wij sterk aan om mensen niet alleen aan te nemen vanwege hun vaardigheden en intelligentie, maar, nog belangrijker, vanwege hun mentaliteit en houding; dit gaat samen met de herinnering daaraan<br>mindset kan zowel worden getest als gecoacht. (Weliswaar het begeleiden van een transformatie van perspectieven<br>is geen gemakkelijke opgave)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR&#039;s implementeren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Door OKR\u2019s in te zetten, zendt u als leider of leiderschapsgroep een krachtige boodschap uit:<br>We koesteren een optimistische kijk op de toekomst en samen kunnen we onze gewenste toekomst verwezenlijken<br>staat.<br>Deze boodschap moet consistent zijn met uw acties en zal alleen door het hele team serieus worden genomen<br>leden als u deze boodschap echt serieus neemt en volhardt, zelfs als het moeilijk wordt<br>(en het zal moeilijk worden).<br>Hoewel &#039;hoop geen strategie is&#039;, zenden OKR&#039;s een boodschap van hoop uit wanneer ze effectief worden ge\u00efntroduceerd. Hoop<br>is nog geen strategie een veel beter startpunt dan een ori\u00ebntatie op wanhoop.<br>Het succes en de duurzaamheid van OKR\u2019s zijn sterk afhankelijk van de volgende factoren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Afstemming \u2013 Niet alleen op de Visie van het bedrijf, maar afstemming op effectief geformuleerd<br>strategie\u00ebn en de bedrijfscultuur op een zeer transparante manier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doel en impact \u2013 het is een goed onderzocht feit dat mensen niet alleen op zoek zijn naar een carri\u00e8re, maar ook naar een carri\u00e8re<br>ook een zaak en een gemeenschap. Door een transparante afstemming met die van het bedrijf<br>geoperationaliseerde doel en door samenwerking te bevorderen kunnen we die kansen bieden<br>aan onze teamleden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Een groeimindset-ori\u00ebntatie en een over het algemeen positieve houding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.developgoodhabits.com\/process-goals\/\"><strong>resultaatgerichtheid<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 een focus op resultaten voor alle belanghebbenden, maar vooral voor de klant<br>zorgt voor een motiverend klimaat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verander de vaardigheid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning \u2013 Beschikken we over de menselijke hulpbronnen, de financi\u00eble capaciteit en de noodzakelijke vaardigheden?<br>capaciteit opbouwen om onze OKR\u2019s te verwezenlijken?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HR-praktijken, van aanwerving tot onboarding tot het opbouwen van vaardigheden en beloningen, liggen ten grondslag aan dit alles<br>bovenstaande factoren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doorzettingsvermogen en discipline. Doorzettingsvermogen en discipline zijn niet alleen principes<br>Vaardigheden die aangeleerd kunnen worden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevantie \u2013 zijn we verouderd en spelen we alleen maar een inhaalslag op de concurrentie of zijn we de toekomst<br>geori\u00ebnteerd en een voorsprong nemen op de concurrentie door middel van slimme strategieformulering<br>en uitvoering via OKR-frameworks?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column
