class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.workpath.com\/magazine\/okr-google\"><strong>Het succes van Google met het gebruik van OKR&#039;s<\/strong><\/a> is goed gedocumenteerd. Netflix voerde zijn strategie uit om nieuwe wegen in te slaan door de originele inhoud gedeeltelijk te cre\u00ebren door OKR&#039;s in te zetten. Andere wereldberoemde bedrijven zoals Tesla, BMW en Microsoft gebruiken OKR&#039;s als een agile methodologie voor het stellen van doelen. Ze winnen de Business Game met Global OKR Best Practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sommige deelnemers van de OKR Institute Practitioner- en Leader-cursussen geven aan dat ze hebben gelezen over de succesvolle implementatie van OKR&#039;s door beroemde bedrijven, maar dat ze dit zelden hebben gezien of meegemaakt. Onze algemene feedback op de bovenstaande opmerking is dat er veelgemaakte fouten worden gemaakt bij het implementeren van OKR&#039;s die kunnen worden voorkomen of verholpen door best practices voor OKR te volgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als OKR-instituut hebben we het geluk gehad om OKR&#039;s over de hele wereld te coachen en te implementeren in veel industrie\u00ebn. We hebben verschillende best practices geleerd en toegepast die OKR&#039;s duurzaam en succesvol maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een veelvoorkomende valkuil bij OKR&#039;s is dat sommige teams in eerste instantie denken dat het een kwestie is van het effici\u00ebnt instellen van OKR&#039;s en dat de rest vanzelf gaat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR&#039;s passen heel goed bij nieuwe en inspirerende werkwijzen waarbij mensen meer verbonden zijn met elkaar en met hun werk. De meeste teamleden vragen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Welke methodieken kunnen het beste worden gebruikt? Moeten we agile methoden, OKR&#039;s en KPI&#039;s gebruiken, of moeten we bijvoorbeeld alleen OKR&#039;s gebruiken? Het simpele antwoord is, je kunt het allemaal gebruiken, omdat ze elkaar allemaal aanvullen. Zo kan een ongezonde KPI, zoals een omzetdaling, via een OKR-framework worden omgezet in een gezonde KPI. Aan de andere kant kan een afgeronde OKR een KPI worden als je als team hebt bewezen dat je dit verreikende doel kunt bereiken en nu precies weet hoe het moet, nu kan het &#039;business as usual&#039; worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wat volgt zijn onze aanbevolen best practices voor OKR. We hebben deze praktijken samengesteld op basis van onze wereldwijde ervaring met het coachen en implementeren van OKR\u2019s in meerdere sectoren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR-best practices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>&#039;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/forbescoachescouncil\/2022\/02\/17\/the-great-prioritization-managing-workload-when-there-are-fewer-people-to-do-the-work\/?sh=1acd3eb54aa8\">Minder is meer<\/a>&#039; <\/strong>\u2013 Zorg voor tussen de drie en vijf OKR&#039;s per team. &#039;Meten wat er echt toe doet&#039;. Focus is een kritieke succesfactor voor het bereiken van doelen en de focus verwatert met elk extra doel dat wordt gesteld. Het is ook verstandig om tussen de twee en vijf belangrijke resultaten te hebben.<br><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2. <strong>Wees resultaatgericht. <\/strong>Onderzoek heeft aangetoond dat mensen met resultaatgerichte doelen dertig procent meer kans hebben om ze te bereiken dan mensen met outputgerichte doelen, omdat:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resultaatgerichte doelen geven het voordeel, de toegevoegde waarde en de impact voor belanghebbenden duidelijk aan, terwijl outputgerichte doelen puur op activiteiten zijn gebaseerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resultaatgerichte doelen zijn zowel meer inspirerend als ambitieus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resultaatgerichte doelen laten u duidelijk zien waar u naartoe gaat en geven de gewenste eindbestemming aan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3. <strong>Transparantie<\/strong> \u2013 Wanneer de afstemming op andere OKR&#039;s, alle relevante sleutelresultaten en daaraan gekoppelde taken zichtbaar zijn voor alle betrokken teamleden, helpt dit hen om hun OKR&#039;s op een effectieve manier te herhalen en het &#039;grotere plaatje&#039; te begrijpen.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4.  <strong>Wekelijkse check-ins.<\/strong> Met wekelijkse check-ins kunt u &#039;de vinger aan de pols houden&#039; van OKR&#039;s. Door alle elementen van een OKR bij te werken, zoals de voortgang van de belangrijkste resultaten, kunt u eventuele uitdagingen proactief oplossen en alle relevante lessen met betrekking tot OKR&#039;s vastleggen. Wekelijkse check-ins zijn de beste praktijken van OKR die discipline en consistentie vereisen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bedrijven en teams hebben de neiging om na verloop van tijd reactief te worden met betrekking tot OKR&#039;s wanneer ze niet regelmatig check-ins uitvoeren, wat resulteert in een verlies aan momentum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5. <strong>Vaardigheden capaciteitsopbouw<\/strong> is een essentieel element voor de duurzaamheid van OKR&#039;s. &#039;Uw strategie is zo goed als uw vaardigheden&#039;. Sommige teams en bedrijven vragen niet:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beschikken we over de nodige personele middelen, financi\u00eble middelen en vaardigheden om onze OKR&#039;s te bereiken? Het niet duidelijk beantwoorden van deze vraag en het toewijzen van de nodige middelen om een OKR of OKR te bereiken, is vaak zeer nadelig voor het bereiken van een OKR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6. <strong>Cre\u00eber &#039;OKR-kampioenen&#039;.<\/strong> Een OKR-kampioen is in de eerste plaats iemand die rotsvast gelooft in de kracht van OKR\u2019s. Het is ook een persoon die een uitgebreide training over OKR&#039;s heeft gehad en bijvoorbeeld een reeks cursussen heeft gevolgd om onze praktische kennis op te bouwen. Deze OKR-kampioenen zullen er vervolgens voor zorgen dat, voor zover mogelijk, de best practices van OKR worden gevolgd volgens het draaiboek van de organisatie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een aantal OKR-voorvechters in uw organisatie kan helpen om het succes van OKR&#039;s te stimuleren en weerstand tegen verandering van anderen in de loop van de tijd te overwinnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>7. <strong>Gebruik het stellen van doelen als een positief psychologisch hulpmiddel.<\/strong> OKR&#039;s hebben verschillende inherente motiverende mechanismen.
