sleutelresultaten die leiden tot uitstekende resultaten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het schrijven van geweldige sleutelresultaten die tot uitstekend leiden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indeed.com\/career-advice\/career-development\/business-outcomes\"><strong>uitkomsten<\/strong><\/a> vereist de praktische toepassing van geoptimaliseerde best practices. Sommigen zeggen dat OKR&#039;s &#039;zo eenvoudig&#039; zijn, en tot op zekere hoogte hebben ze gelijk. Op het eerste gezicht gaan OKR&#039;s eenvoudigweg over het schrijven van doelstellingen, het ondersteunen van de belangrijkste resultaten en een actieplan dat aansluit bij het bovengenoemde. Zodra we OKR\u2019s in de praktijk brengen, realiseren we ons echter over het algemeen het volgende:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Doelen die resultaatgericht zijn, hebben 30% meer kans om bereikt te worden (aangezien ze over het algemeen meer inspirerend en impactvol zijn) dan doelen die meer gericht zijn op output<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OKR&#039;s die ge\u00efsoleerd zijn opgesteld, wat betekent dat ze niet in overeenstemming zijn met de visie van het bedrijf, noch met de cultuur, en ook niet met andere teams, hebben de neiging te mislukken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Een gebrek aan leiderschap kan OKR&#039;s zinloos maken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Er zijn verschillende inherente motiverende mechanismen voor OKR&#039;s, maar we moeten ons er bewust op concentreren en ze tot leven brengen: betrokkenheid, samenwerking, meer samenwerking, creativiteit en meer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het niet opbouwen van de vereiste financi\u00eble en personele capaciteit en de vaardigheden die nodig zijn om een doel te bereiken, maakt een OKR waarschijnlijk een &#039;non-starter&#039;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zonder een hoge mate van duidelijkheid van visie en strategie\u00ebn, wordt het erg moeilijk om OKR&#039;s op elkaar af te stemmen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het schrijven van de meest optimale vitale resultaten kan een uitdaging zijn; Mogelijk hebben we meer relevante gegevens nodig. We moeten echter zoeken naar afhankelijkheden tussen onze belangrijkste ontwikkelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat de belangrijkste resultaten collectief in lijn zijn met de doelstelling. Al het bovenstaande gecombineerd kan tot geweldige vitale resultaten leiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Geweldige Key-resultaten<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Een algemeen sjabloon voor de belangrijkste resultaten =<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verhoog of verlaag een bepaalde waarde van _____ naar _____, bijvoorbeeld:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verhoog dagelijkse actieve gebruikers van 1500 naar 5000<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verlaag het klantverloop van 5% naar 2%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maar: welke criteria zorgen er zo goed mogelijk voor dat we de meest optimale sleutelresultaten schrijven?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ze moeten meetbaar zijn.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We zijn opgegroeid met dingen als:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Ga studeren voor je toets&#039;, maak je lijst met klusjes, zonder je te concentreren op het uiteindelijke voordeel ervan, en deze trend zet zich voort op school, universiteit en onze carri\u00e8res. Deze gewoonte is vaak de boosdoener die ervoor zorgt dat mensen outputgerichte sleutelresultaten schrijven, vooral wanneer ze beginnen met het schrijven van OKR&#039;s. Belangrijke resultaten, zoals de volgende, zijn gericht op output en niet gemeten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faciliteer coaching sessies voor onze Barista&#039;s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voer een klantonderzoek uit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maak een nieuwe FAQ-pagina aan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De uitdaging bij het schrijven van Key resultaten zoals de bovenstaande is dat ze niet verschillen van een takenlijst, lijst met projecten of initiatieven. Daarom zijn het helemaal geen sleutelresultaten. De belangrijkste gecombineerde resultaten zijn ons &#039;navigatiesysteem naar het bereiken van een doel&#039;. Om optimaal te zijn, moeten de belangrijkste resultaten een statistiek bevatten, zoals een getal of percentage. We doen er goed aan om te allen tijde in gedachten te houden dat geweldige sleutelresultaten verschillende dimensies hebben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ze moeten de voortgang in de richting van een uitkomst bijhouden<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een sleutelresultaat als &#039;faciliteer 5 trainingssessies&#039; is niet optimaal, omdat het eenvoudigweg duidt op een repetitieve activiteit zonder enige kwaliteitsborging; daarom houdt dit specifieke sleutelresultaat niet noodzakelijkerwijs de voortgang in de richting van een gewenst resultaat bij. Als we echter &#039;5 trainingen voor onze barista&#039;s faciliteren om de koffieserveertijd terug te brengen van vijf minuten naar twee minuten \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer we daadwerkelijk geleidelijk evolueren naar het verkorten van de serveertijd, komen we dichter bij het gewenste resultaat van tevreden klanten die van onze koffie houden<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ze zouden een stuk voor het team moeten vertegenwoordigen<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR&#039;s zijn van nature ambitieuze en verreikende doelen. Nadat we de belangrijkste resultaten hebben opgesteld, moeten we ze ondervragen om hun validiteit te verzekeren: vertegenwoordigt dit echt een &#039;stretch&#039; voor ons of is het gemakkelijk om dit belangrijkste resultaat te bereiken? Als het te gemakkelijk te realiseren is, wordt het waarschijnlijk genegeerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gezamenlijk moeten ze de doelstelling halen<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In sommige gevallen stellen teams belangrijke resultaten op en behalen ze deze, maar moeten ze de doelstelling nog steeds volledig verwezenlijken. In die gevallen bereidden ze geen optimale sleutelresultaten voor en zouden ze meer sleutelresultaten moeten toevoegen of de huidige sleutelresultaten moeten verfijnen; misschien moeten ze beide doen. Pas na grondig nadenken achteraf kunnen ze vervolgens grote vitale resultaten bereiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ze kunnen een mengsel zijn van <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/operations\/our-insights\/gauging-internal-efficiency-and-effectiveness-with-leading-and-lagging-indicators\">Voorlopende en achterblijvende indicatoren<\/a> (Dit is contextueel)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wat we in het algemeen hebben gezien, vooral als we kijken naar grotere en meer traditionele organisaties die in een sterk gereguleerde omgeving opereren maar agile praktijken willen opnemen in hun organisaties, is een voorkeur om OKR-frameworks te koppelen aan KPI&#039;s of een KPI (lagging indicator) op te nemen in hun OKR-kaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is geen &#039;of-of&#039;-scenario als het gaat om OKR&#039;s en KPI&#039;s (of een keuze tussen leidende en achterblijvende indicatoren), maar het is allebei, omdat ze elkaar aanvullen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schrijf u in voor onze OKR Practitioner-cursus en leer hoe u geweldige
