<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zijn de OKR&#039;s van uw bedrijf afgestemd op duidelijke en relevante strategie\u00ebn? \u2013 Is een zinvolle vraag om te stellen, omdat onze OKR&#039;s, bij gebrek aan zowel duidelijkheid over visie als strategie(n), heel goed afzonderlijk kunnen worden opgesteld, slecht op elkaar zijn afgestemd en uiteindelijk onbelangrijk zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het opstellen van resultaatgerichte en krachtige OKR&#039;s kan een belangrijke eerste stap zijn om uiteindelijk succesvol te zijn met het gebruik van OKR&#039;s in uw organisatie, maar het opstellen van OKR&#039;s op zich is geen garantie voor succes. Andere best practices om zowel het succes als de duurzaamheid van OKR&#039;s te waarborgen, zijn onder meer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>OKR&#039;s afstemmen op duidelijke en relevante strategie\u00ebn en uiteindelijk op de visie van het bedrijf<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OKR&#039;s afstemmen op een geoperationaliseerd doel (doel kan een krachtige drijfveer zijn bij het bereiken van verreikende doelen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capaciteit beoordelen \u2013 Welke personele capaciteit en financi\u00eble capaciteit hebben we, of moeten we opbouwen om onze OKR&#039;s te bereiken?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OKR&#039;s afstemmen op de cultuur van uw bedrijf (gebruik een ingebed waardesysteem als filter voor besluitvorming tijdens de implementatie van OKR&#039;s)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcg.com\/publications\/2023\/your-strategy-is-only-as-good-as-your-skills\"><strong>Vaardigheden capaciteitsopbouw - Uw strategie (en OKR&#039;s) zijn slechts zo goed als uw vaardigheden<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effectieve OKR-uitrol (aankoop van belanghebbenden cre\u00ebren)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duidelijke communicatie en transparantie \u2013 Duidelijke communicatie en vertrouwen vormen de lijm die alle elementen van OKR-prestaties bij elkaar houdt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voor de doeleinden van dit schrijven zullen we ons concentreren op de best practice van het afstemmen van OKRS op duidelijke en relevante strategie\u00ebn en uiteindelijk op de visie van het bedrijf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/1996\/11\/what-is-strategy#:~:text=It%20refers%20to%20any%20number,similar%20activities%20in%20different%20ways.\">Wat is strategie?<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strategie of strategie\u00ebn bestaan uit onderscheidende punten ten opzichte van onze concurrenten, die een grote impact hebben in onze branche en markten, die we kunnen behouden. Om duidelijker te zijn over wat strategie is, kunnen we ingaan op wat strategie niet is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Strategie of strategie\u00ebn zijn geen doelen of doelstellingen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strategie is geen operationele effectiviteit \u2013 Operationele effectiviteit is een essenti\u00eble capaciteit, maar is geen strategie. Operationele effectiviteit zal over het algemeen geen duurzaam concurrentievoordeel opleveren, aangezien al uw concurrenten of sommige van uw concurrenten dit kunnen nastreven.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strategie is geen visie of missie, noch een reeks waarden, maar strategie\u00ebn kunnen worden afgestemd op en\/of ge\u00efntegreerd met het bovenstaande. Een Visie kan echter worden gedestilleerd tot strategie of strategie\u00ebn.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hoe kunnen we duidelijkheid scheppen in Strategie\/Strategie\u00ebn?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aangezien de mentaliteit van degenen die strategie\u00ebn cre\u00ebren vaak verschilt van degenen die ze moeten uitvoeren, is een convergentie van mentaliteiten vereist om uitstekende strategie\u00ebn te formuleren en ze vervolgens uit te voeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Viking Kings, Yarls and Earls (leiders), samoerai-krijgsheren en Spartaanse koningen waren vaak met hun mannen op het slagveld te vinden, niet alleen observerend, maar gedeeltelijk ook fel aan het vechten om ervoor te zorgen dat hun voorgevormde oorlogsstrategie\u00ebn zouden worden uitgevoerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U hebt een &#039;strategie voor uw strategie&#039; nodig, dat wil zeggen een raamwerk voor strategieformulering en -uitvoering dat ervoor zorgt dat consistente en iteratieve actie wordt ondernomen om zowel de strategie tot leven te brengen als om er succesvol in te zijn. Een essentieel onderdeel van dit raamwerk is dat leiders niet los staan van de uitvoering van de strategie, maar er een integraal onderdeel van vormen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wanneer leiders strategie\u00ebn formuleren, maar zich losmaken van de uitvoering daarvan:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Bestempelen over het algemeen vragen met betrekking tot hun strategie\u00ebn die worden gesteld door degenen die moeten uitvoeren, als weerstand tegen verandering. Dit kunnen alleen verhelderende vragen zijn geweest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kan niet als voorbeeld dienen voor hun mensen met betrekking tot het behalen van strategische voordelen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mogen zelf een barri\u00e8re worden voor executie omdat ze misschien geen praktische ervaring hebben met, noch begrijpen wat hun mensen doormaken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het risico lopen te worden gezien als iemand die alleen een &#039;command-control&#039;-ori\u00ebntatie beoefent en hun mensen niet inspireert.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strategie\u00ebn kunnen duidelijker worden gemaakt door ervoor te zorgen dat leiders deelnemen aan de uitvoering ervan en door teamleden te betrekken bij het cre\u00ebren en formuleren van de strategie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hoe kunnen we onze teamleden meer betrekken bij het cre\u00ebren en formuleren van de strategie?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We kunnen onze teamleden uitnodigen om deel uit te maken van de creatie en formulering van de strategie door hen aangrijpende vragen te stellen, zoals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als je &#039;de wedstrijdmuts op zou zetten&#039;, hoe zou je ons dan verslaan?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wat ziet u op dit moment als onze topprioriteiten in termen van het verkrijgen van duidelijke concurrentievoordelen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wat zien we niet of overwegen we niet? (Wat zijn volgens jou onze blinde vlekken en zwakheden?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/positivepsychology.com\/strength-finding-tests\/\">Zijn onze sterke punten werkelijk nog steeds onze kracht?<\/a>hs? <\/strong>(Is alles waar we goed in zijn en waar we ons op richten nog wel echt belangrijk en relevant?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strategie\u00ebn en OKR&#039;s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om ervoor te zorgen dat onze OKR&#039;s zijn afgestemd op zowel de visie van het bedrijf als de strategie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>We kunnen onze Visie destilleren in strategie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maak vervolgens Strategische thema&#039;s of pijlers afgeleid van onze strategie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maak van die strategische thema&#039;s of pijlers Doelstellingen<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leer hoe u OKR\u2019s kunt
