class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beheer door <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/featured-insights\/mckinsey-explainers\/what-is-an-effective-meeting\"><strong>vergaderingen<\/strong><\/a> is nog steeds aan de orde van de dag. Als we duurzaam succes willen cre\u00ebren voor ons bedrijf en voor onszelf, doen we er goed aan om rekening te houden met te veel tijd die we besteden aan vergaderingen en, nog belangrijker, zeer voorzichtig te zijn met vergaderingen waarbij geen rendement op de investering wordt behaald op onze communicatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is slechts een van de vele stappen om resultaatgerichte en op elkaar afgestemde OKR&#039;s vast te stellen. Er is echter meer aan de hand van het duurzame succes van OKR&#039;s, en positieve, oplossingsgerichte en transparante communicatie speelt hierbij een cruciale rol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039; <strong>Probeer eerst te begrijpen voordat je begrepen wilt worden<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/r.search.yahoo.com\/_ylt=Awr1TbKeeThl2McZH6jjPwx.;_ylu=Y29sbwNzZzMEcG9zAzEEdnRpZAMEc2VjA3Ny\/RV=2\/RE=1698228766\/RO=10\/RU=https%3a%2f%2fwww.franklincovey.com%2fthe-7-habits%2f\/RK=2\/RS=ByPL2SkKTu04ysgwWOePyCRjN5s-\">Stephen R Covey<\/a><\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een veel gestelde vraag aan onze deelnemers aan de OKR Leiderschapscursus is: Vindt u dat het in uw organisatie nog steeds regelmatig voorkomt dat slechts weinig mensen in het team verreweg het meest aan het woord zijn tijdens vergaderingen en de rest alleen maar knikt? ? Inmiddels geeft ruim negentig procent van onze deelnemers aan dat bovenstaand scenario nog steeds geldt binnen hun organisatie. Er zijn verschillende uitdagingen voor dit scenario:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Het is geen inclusieve benadering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je leert alleen als je luistert, niet als je praat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het is geen gezamenlijke aanpak<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het is een command-and-control-benadering en geen omgeving waarin oplossingen samen worden gecre\u00eberd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je zou niet weten wat anderen denken als ze niet kunnen bijdragen aan de vergadering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het is potentieel gevaarlijk om tijdens vergaderingen talloze verklaringen af te leggen, omdat ze moeilijk terug te nemen zijn. Vragen stellen in het kader van &#039;positief onderzoeken&#039; bevordert echter de samenwerking en stimuleert positief en oplossingsgericht denken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We hebben de neiging om vergaderingen voor te bereiden met wat we moeten zeggen. Wanneer we die gewoonte transformeren door in plaats daarvan uitstekende discussievragen voor te bereiden, zullen we de resultaten van onze vergaderingen verbeteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wij kijken vaak niet <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alert-software.com\/blog\/improve-internal-communications\">communicatie als prestatiemaatstaf<\/a>.<\/strong> Als we echter de uitkomsten van elke opdracht nauwlettend in de gaten houden, of het nu gaat om vergaderingen, OKR-check-ins of coachingsessies, zullen onze ogen worden geopend voor de manier waarop en de frequentie van communicatie de prestaties be\u00efnvloeden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bedenk eens hoeveel tijd we verspillen door &#039;probleemgericht&#039; te zijn (over-communiceren van problemen en de negatieve impact daarvan) in plaats van oplossingsgericht te zijn (kort problemen benoemen en ons vervolgens richten op mogelijke positieve oplossingen) en hoe het ons moreel be\u00efnvloedt wanneer we onszelf overweldigen met een negatieve ori\u00ebntatie in onze communicatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lees het volgende Harvard Business Review-artikel over <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2022\/11\/how-great-leaders-communicate\"><strong>hoe geweldige leiders communiceren.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR-succesfactoren<br><br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er zijn nogal wat succesfactoren voor OKR&#039;s zoals, maar niet beperkt tot:<br><br>\u2705 Een resultaatgerichtheid<br>\u2705 Een sterke focus op prioriteiten<br>\u2705 Transparantie<br>\u2705 Uitlijning<br>\u2705 Strategie-uitvoering<br><br>Aangezien er een aanzienlijk aantal elementen van OKR-succes is waarmee rekening moet worden gehouden, vergeten we misschien de nadruk te leggen op hoe we communiceren tijdens de implementatie van OKR&#039;s. Communicatie is eigenlijk &#039;de lijm die alle bovenstaande elementen bij elkaar houdt&#039;.<br><br>Als leiders en coaches doen we er goed aan na te denken over de invloed van communicatie op onze OKR-prestaties. Binnen de &#039;geest&#039; van Agile en OKR&#039;s moeten we:<br><br>\u2795 Stem onze vergaderingen (gemeentehuizen, vergaderingen, check-ins, coachingsessies) af op de resultaten<br>\u2795 Wees inclusiever in onze vergaderingen \u2013 Geef iedereen een stem. Een houding van gezamenlijk ontdekken wat de beste weg vooruit is, door samenwerkingsvragen te stellen, in tegenstelling tot overmatig praten door een of twee individuen, is meer bevorderlijk voor zowel positieve teamdynamiek als hoge prestaties<br>\u2795 Beperk de tijd besteed aan vergaderingen door te focussen op wat er echt toe doet en weinig maar belangrijke agendapunten te hebben.<br>\u2795 Oplossingsgericht zijn in onze communicatie \u2013 we moeten het goede voorbeeld geven als leiders en coaches.<br>\u2795 Wees transparant. Hoe kunnen onze teams en teamleden hun OKR&#039;s afstemmen op de visie en strategie\u00ebn van het bedrijf als dat niet duidelijk is?<br><br>Door gefocust te zijn op hoe we communiceren en hoe effectief onze communicatie is, kunnen we een sterke &#039;return on investment&#039; cre\u00ebren van onze tijd besteed aan coachingsessies, check-ins en gemeentehuizen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoe we communiceren (zowel verbaal als non-verbaal) is het meest zichtbare en impactvolle onderdeel van onze cultuur. Wanneer alle teamleden effectieve communicatiecoaching krijgen, inclusief inzicht in het omgaan met conflicten, zal dit alle belanghebbenden ten goede komen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
