kunnen brengen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR&#039;s en zelfontwikkeling zijn synergetische elementen van het bouwen van een sterke en toekomstgerichte organisatie. We delen 5 &#039;Actionable Cliches&#039; in de vorm van citaten die u kunnen helpen om te profiteren van de motiverende mechanismen die inherent zijn aan OKR-frameworks. Het ding over Clich\u00e9s is dat ze vaak waar zijn, en met &#039;Actieve Clich\u00e9s&#039; bedoelen we deze dingen die keer op keer worden gezegd om te zetten in tastbare successen voor uw bedrijf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Word niet bitter; beter worden<\/h4>\n<cite>Tiger Woods<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bij ontvangst <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccl.org\/articles\/leading-effectively-articles\/review-time-how-to-give-different-types-of-feedback\/\"><strong>feedback <\/strong><\/a>die je als negatief ervaart, vooral als het onverwachte erg lastig kan zijn. Wat u zeker zelf kunt bepalen, is hoe u op de feedback reageert. Het is geen kwestie van &#039;of het moeilijk wordt&#039;, tijdens de inzet van OKR&#039;s is het alleen een kwestie van wanneer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wanneer we ervoor kiezen om de schuld af te schuiven als er iets misgaat in plaats van te vragen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Waar ging het bij mij (of het team) mis?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wat is de les hierin?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hoe kunnen we de lessen uit deze uitdaging onmiddellijk toepassen?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wie kan ons helpen?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is onwaarschijnlijk dat we iets nuttigs uit de ervaring halen. We zouden waarschijnlijk ook bitter worden en wrok koesteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Door eerst naar onszelf te wijzen, hebben we zowel oog voor zelfontwikkeling als voor teamontwikkeling. We moeten dit op een gezonde manier doen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We kijken alleen naar het verleden om ervan te leren, niet om onszelf in elkaar te slaan over fouten uit het verleden. Op deze manier maximaliseren we OKR&#039;s en zelfontplooiing op een synergetische manier. Door &#039;niet verbitterd te worden, maar beter te worden&#039; om te zetten in een bruikbaar clich\u00e9, vergroot je het zelfvertrouwen en de prestaties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beweeg, maar niet zoals angst je laat bewegen <\/h4>\n<cite><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rumi\"><strong>Roemi<\/strong><\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Angst kan slopend zijn en alles tot stilstand brengen, of in ieder geval aanzienlijk vertragen. Als mens is het absoluut normaal om angst te ervaren, maar uiteindelijk hebben we een keuze: leven in angst of leven in vertrouwen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer we een positieve teamdynamiek opbouwen, gezamenlijk gedeelde en gezamenlijk gecre\u00eberde doelen en visies nastreven, en transparantie, creativiteit en samenwerking bevorderen, bouwen we vertrouwen op in het cre\u00ebren van een gewenste toekomstige staat van het bedrijf. Hoe sterker het zelfvertrouwen (niet de arrogantie), hoe minder de angst zal zijn. Het succes van OKR&#039;s en zelfontplooiing is sterk afhankelijk van de mate van vertrouwen binnen uw organisatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beslissingen nemen met vertrouwen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uit alle macht actie ondernemen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Geloven in jezelf en je team<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zal je ondersteunen om &#039;Beweeg maar niet zoals angst je beweegt&#039; om te zetten in een bruikbaar clich\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nooit, nooit, nooit, nooit, nooit opgeven<\/h4>\n<cite>Winston Churchill<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zodra we onze visie, strategie\u00ebn en doelstellingen zorgvuldig hebben opgesteld en onze teams eromheen hebben gesterkt, moeten we volharden en gezamenlijk obstakels overwinnen - het is pas klaar als het gedaan is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opgeven is heel gemakkelijk, vooral als je je overweldigd voelt. Als je sterk gelooft in een doel en je hebt een uitstekend teamethos gecre\u00eberd, wordt het exponentieel moeilijker om op te geven. Bovendien, wanneer u uw belangrijkste belanghebbenden, zoals uw klanten, echt waardeert, doet u dit niet alleen voor uzelf, maar ook voor het grotere geheel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Veerkracht is geen idee, het is een vaardigheid. Met een sterke focus op prioriteiten, het doel en de belangrijkste belanghebbenden bouwen we aan de vaardigheid van veerkracht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meten Wat ertoe doet<\/h4>\n<cite>Jan Doerr<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het vermogen om voorzichtig en selectief nee te zeggen tegen wat er niet toe doet of minder impact heeft en ja te zeggen tegen wat er echt toe doet, is een kritische succesfactor voor zowel OKR&#039;s als zelfontwikkeling. Minder is echt meer als het gaat om OKR&#039;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een sterke focus op een paar prioriteiten die uiteindelijk in overeenstemming zijn met de visie van het bedrijf, is een essentieel onderdeel van het bereiken van excellentie. Bij het OKR Institute adviseren we om als best practice maximaal drie OKR&#039;s per team in te stellen om ervoor te zorgen dat je &#039;meten wat ertoe doet&#039; een &#039;Actionable Cliche&#039; maakt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer u uw actieplan bepaalt, is het ook raadzaam om te beslissen welke acties, programma&#039;s, initiatieven of taken de hoogste potenti\u00eble opbrengst hebben in termen van het behalen van uw belangrijkste resultaten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We zijn wat ons diepgewortelde verlangen is zoals onze gedachten zijn, zo zijn onze daden, en onze daden zullen in de eeuwigheid weerklinken<\/h4>\n<cite>Upanishads<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zorg voor een doel en een overtuigende visie. Stem uw gedachten en daden af op hetzelfde doel, dezelfde visie en doelstellingen en u zult een legendarisch bedrijf opbouwen. Dit is gemakkelijker gezegd dan gedaan, omdat de gemiddelde mens er tussenin zit <a href=\"https:\/\/healthybrains.org\/brain-facts\/#:~:text=You%20are%20your%20Brain&amp;text=Your%20brain%20is%20a%20three,that%20travel%20300%20miles%2Fhour.\"><strong>vijftigduizendzeventigduizend gedachten per dag<\/strong>,<\/a> waarvan zeventig procent negatief is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het maakt dan in hoge mate uit welk voorbeeld we als leiders stellen en hoe we een motiverend klimaat voor onze mensen cre\u00ebren. Bij het inzetten van OKR&#039;s zouden we er goed aan doen om een sterke focus te hebben op het tegelijkertijd opbouwen van een positieve teamdynamiek en het ontwikkelen van vaardigheden. Het opbouwen van vaardigheden omvat het opbouwen van vertrouwen, veerkracht en ori\u00ebntatie op een groeimindset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U kunt het succes van zowel OKR&#039;s
