verbeteren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2022\/04\/keeping-sight-of-your-companys-long-term-vision\"><strong>Verklaringen van visie, missie, doel en waarden van bedrijven<\/strong><\/a> worden vaak weergegeven op de muren van hun hoofdkantoor en individuele filialen of verkooppunten en op hun respectieve websites. Deze uitspraken blijven uitspraken tenzij ze daadwerkelijk in de praktijk worden gebracht en er duidelijke en consistente stappen worden gezet in de richting van het verwezenlijken van de visie van het bedrijf. \u201cClarity of Vision\u201d kan de OKR-gerelateerde prestaties binnen specifieke contexten dramatisch verbeteren, wat in dit artikel verder zal worden onderzocht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWij willen marktleider in Duitsland zijn\u201d, roept de CEO van het bedrijf uit. Wat betekent dat in praktische termen, en hoe zouden we dit intern defini\u00ebren om de betekenis voor alle teamleden duidelijk te maken?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Willen wij het beste, grootste en\/of meest winstgevende bedrijf in ons marktsegment zijn? En als we eenmaal hebben gekozen, op basis van welke maatstaf zal het dan bewezen worden dat we inderdaad het grootste, beste of meest winstgevende bedrijf zijn? Het hangt ook af van onze collectieve definitie, als bedrijf, van wat succes voor ons werkelijk betekent, bijvoorbeeld welke langdurige en positieve impact we willen hebben op:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maatschappij (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/tracybrower\/2021\/08\/22\/the-power-of-purpose-and-why-it-matters-now\/?sh=198c88cd163a\"><strong>ons doel<\/strong><\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het milieu (milieu-element van onze visie en ESG-gerelateerde OKR\u2019s)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onze mensen (Interne HR OKR\u2019s)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uitlijning van OKR&#039;s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zodra de bovengenoemde Visie gezamenlijk is gecre\u00eberd en\/of verduidelijkt, als deze al is gecre\u00eberd, biedt dit hoge niveau van duidelijkheid ons een unieke kans om onze OKR&#039;s op een eenvoudigere manier, verticaal, op \u00e9\u00e9n lijn te brengen. Verticale afstemming verwijst naar het afstemmen van team-OKR&#039;s op strategische OKR&#039;s en uiteindelijk op het afstemmen van onze strategische OKR&#039;s op de visie van het bedrijf. Als er sprake is van kwalitatieve verticale afstemming binnen uw organisatorische OKR\u2019s, betekent dit dat de actualisering van OKR\u2019s duidelijke stappen betekent in de richting van het actualiseren van de Visie van het bedrijf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als echter slechts een significante minderheid van de mensen binnen de organisatie de visie kent en weet hoe deze intern en duidelijk gedefinieerd is, zou het zeer moeilijk zijn om deze uiteindelijk te verwezenlijken. Er zijn vier elementen aan een visie die het veel eenvoudiger kunnen maken (maar niet eenvoudig aangezien een visie een verreikend doel is) om te bereiken:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Wanneer een visie duidelijk en gedefinieerd is, is deze gemakkelijker te begrijpen en uit te voeren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wanneer een visie overtuigend is, is het veel eenvoudiger om buy-in te verkrijgen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wanneer een visie voor de meesten in het bedrijf en de samenleving inspirerend is, is het een minder complexe taak om de visie te verwezenlijken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wanneer resultaatgerichte en krachtige OKR\u2019s verticaal op \u00e9\u00e9n lijn liggen met de visie van het bedrijf, wordt het veel waarschijnlijker dat de visie werkelijkheid wordt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer een hooggeplaatste professionele bokser de visie heeft wereldkampioen te worden, is het eenvoudig om zichzelf voor te stellen met de titelriem om zijn middel. Wanneer hij het titelgevecht wint en daadwerkelijk de felbegeerde titelriem om zich heen legt, weet hij dat hij zijn visie heeft verwezenlijkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De business case als het gaat om Visie is complexer dan ons voorbeeld uit de sportwereld en is misschien niet vanaf het begin zo duidelijk; daarom is het goed besteedde tijd aan het cre\u00ebren van meer duidelijkheid. Willen we qua marktkapitalisatie groter zijn dan Apple? Als dat het geval is, zullen we de marktkapitalisatie van $2,54 biljoen die Apple heeft bereikt, moeten verbeteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het grootste bedrijf zijn, betekent niet noodzakelijkerwijs dat u het meest winstgevend bent, en ook niet noodzakelijkerwijs de beste (die de beste service levert). Het gaat niet in op de impact die u wilt hebben (het cre\u00ebren van banen van hoge kwaliteit, het veranderen van levens ten goede, enz.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We zijn als luchtvaartmaatschappij misschien wel buitengewoon goed gefinancierd en hebben als gevolg daarvan de grootste vloot, maar ook dit betekent niet dat we de meest winstgevende of de beste in zijn soort zijn als het op service aankomt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zodra de gewenste eindtoestand die we voor ogen hebben duidelijk is gedefinieerd en we precies weten wat we uiteindelijk willen bereiken, wordt het duidelijker waar we ons op moeten concentreren als we aan strategische planning doen. Het is eenvoudiger dan het cre\u00ebren van OKR\u2019s en KPI\u2019s op basis van onze strategie\u00ebn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een van onze strategie\u00ebn om ons als luchtvaartmaatschappij te onderscheiden van de concurrentie zou kunnen zijn om de servicetrainingen op onze academie nog meer resultaatgericht (voor de passagier) en doelgerichter te maken (we zijn niet alleen maar vliegende mensen; we verbinden ze echt met elkaar) wat voor hen prioriteit heeft). Doelgericht zijn is een sleutelelement van OKR Performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Vanuit deze strategie, die duidelijk aansluit bij onze verduidelijkte visie, kunnen we nu resultaat- en servicegerichte OKR\u2019s schrijven om deze strategie te ondersteunen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Onze passagiers ervaren het ware plezier van reizen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KR#1 Verbeter de passagierstevredenheidsscore van 78% naar 95%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KR#2 Instaptijd verkorten van _____naar _______<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KR#3 Verkort de doorlooptijd voor vragen van passagiers van _____naar ________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/courses\/okr-leadership-course\/\"><strong>Volg de leiderschapscursus van het OKR Institute<\/strong><\/a>, dat in wezen gaat over duurzame OKR-prestaties om te leren hoe u de visie van uw bedrijf kunt verwezenlijken door middel van krachtige en afgestemde OKR&#039;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uiteindelijk is het gerichte, transparante, duidelijke en eenvoudige communicatie die de lijm vormt die de OKR-prestaties bij elkaar houdt. Het is aan de leiders binnen de organisatie om niet alleen duidelijkheid te verschaffen over de visie van het bedrijf, maar ook over het doel, de doelstellingen en het waardesysteem van het bedrijf
