minder tijd!\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Akmal Akpah, de Chief Technology Officer van het OKR Institute, en zijn team cre\u00eberden een OKR AI-generator die als een van de eersten op de markt kwam. Hij gebruikte LLM (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.techtarget.com\/whatis\/definition\/large-language-model-LLM\"><strong>Groot taalmodel<\/strong><\/a>), dezelfde generatieve AI achter Chat GPT, om de doelstellingen- en sleutelresultatengenerator van het OKR Institute te cre\u00ebren, met uiteindelijk als resultaat meer te bereiken in minder tijd en een revolutie teweeg te brengen in het stellen van doelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ik vroeg hem naar het doel van de OKR-generator: &#039;Het versterkt wat een OKR is en hoe gebruikers het kunnen opstellen&#039;, zei hij. Hij voegde eraan toe dat dit AI-product de focus van de gebruikers specificeert en hen helpt OKR-voorbeelden op maat te maken om aan hun behoeften te voldoen. Akmal legde uit dat, zoals veel mensen gemakkelijk leren door bijvoorbeeld te doen, deze AI-tool duidelijke voorbeelden biedt om van te leren en te verfijnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hij benadrukte dat deze tool niet perfect is en er niet is om OKR-settingworkshops op bedrijfs- en teamniveau te vervangen. De OKR-generator geeft voorbeelden als uitgangspunt; over het algemeen vereist het verder nadenken, verfijning en afstemming. Deze tool is ook niet bedoeld om zowel de co-creatie van OKR&#039;s als de samenwerkingsgeest die daarvoor nodig is te vervangen, het is er om een zekere mate van begeleiding en een startpunt te bieden. Het is nu aan ons om:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maak de OKR&#039;s meer resultaatgericht<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De belangrijkste resultaten kunnen worden omgezet in veelal dynamische statistieken en leidende indicatoren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En we kunnen collectief beslissen over geprioriteerde acties die ons zullen helpen om de OKR\/s te bereiken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit benadrukt het algemene clich\u00e9 van: &#039;Het gaat minder om de tool en meer om hoe je het toepast. Wanneer u als team de OKR&#039;s van de OKR-generatoren accepteert als de definitieve doelen en belangrijkste resultatenkaders die u onmiddellijk zult uitvoeren, handelt u niet in de geest van Agile en OKR&#039;s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Je bevordert geen co-creatie en samenwerking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U brengt de OKR&#039;s niet op \u00e9\u00e9n lijn om ervoor te zorgen dat de kaders de kloof tussen strategie en uitvoering overbruggen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U hebt niet herhaald om ervoor te zorgen dat uw OKR&#039;s zo optimaal mogelijk zijn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U heeft de verantwoordelijkheid en het eigendom overgedragen aan de OKR-generator, wat nooit de bedoeling van de tool was<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Samenvattend volgen hier eenvoudige stappen die u kunt nemen om de inherente voordelen van het gebruik van de software te optimaliseren <a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/nl\/\">AI OKR-generator<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:1\">\n<li>Genereer het eerste ontwerp van uw OKR-frameworks met behulp van de AI-tool<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Een workshop of workshops geven om:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verfijn de doelstellingen en maak ze op maat zodat ze passen bij de context van uw bedrijf en waar van toepassing meer resultaatgericht zijn. De OKR-spier van een bedrijf wordt in de loop van de tijd opgebouwd en snelkoppelingen zijn niet effectief. De OKR-generator kan uw OKR-instellingsproces verbeteren en vereenvoudigen en u tijd besparen, maar het zou anders moeten zijn dan de inspanningen van uw team om OKR&#039;s te
