class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;OKR-drukte&#039; en &#039;OKR-succes&#039;, wat is het verschil en waarom maakt het uit? Doelstellingen en Key results kunnen alleen worden behaald als onze teams consequent bezig zijn met de &#039;juiste dingen&#039; die resultaten opleveren. In de context van OKR-prestaties vereisen de termen &#039;drukte&#039; en &#039;productiviteit&#039; een hoge mate van verduidelijking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>drukte<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het mag eerlijk zijn om te zeggen dat veel mensen niet kunnen wachten om ons te vertellen hoe druk ze het hebben. &#039;Ik heb het extreem druk&#039;, is een &#039;buzz-zin&#039; geworden om de clich\u00e9vraag &#039;Hoe gaat het?&#039; te beantwoorden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MAAR<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zijn we echt druk?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zijn we bezig met prioriteiten of gewoon willekeurige taken om te bevestigen dat je het druk hebt?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zijn we gefocust of bezig met activiteiten over een breed spectrum en kunnen we ons niet focussen op kwaliteit?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produceren we de gewenste resultaten door druk te zijn?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maken we er een gewoonte van om druk te zijn of regelmatig na te denken over wat wel en niet werkt \u2013 passen we ons aan?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zijn we bezig om samen aan een gedeelde visie te werken of zijn we actief om het actief te zijn?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2011\/05\/the-busyness-trap\">Een recent artikel in de Harvard Business Review <\/a>&#039;ontvouwt&#039; het concept van drukte, hoe het een statussymbool is geworden en hoe het de prestaties be\u00efnvloedt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We zouden bezig moeten zijn met prioriteiten en activiteiten waar we controle over hebben of activiteiten die we kunnen be\u00efnvloeden om onze doelstellingen te bereiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>productiviteit<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2021\/01\/productivity-is-about-your-systems-not-your-people\">productiviteit<\/a> kunnen ter verduidelijking worden gedistilleerd in de begrippen &#039;effici\u00ebntie&#039; en &#039;effectiviteit&#039;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Effici\u00ebntie is &#039;het juiste doen&#039; \u2013 Het is het juiste om marketingcampagnes te voeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Terwijl<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Effectiviteit is &#039;het juiste doen, op de juiste manier, zodat het resultaten oplevert&#039; \u2013 Het uitvoeren van dezelfde marketingcampagnes op basis van eerder succesvolle campagnes en grondig marktonderzoek kan de gewenste resultaten opleveren. Het produceren van de juiste resultaten is vaker wel dan niet een iteratief proces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het produceren van de juiste resultaten is gebaseerd op prioritering en afstemming \u2013 Afstemming op de gedeelde visie en prioritering van de meest impactvolle doelstellingen, statistieken en activiteiten op de visie van de organisatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Netflix heeft de duidelijke strategische keuze gemaakt om zijn eigen originele inhoud van hoge kwaliteit te cre\u00ebren in plaats van de inhoud van andere studio&#039;s te streamen en heeft zijn prioriteiten, doelstellingen en doelen afgestemd op deze keuze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR-prestatie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het implementeren van OKR&#039;s en het bereiken van OKR&#039;s zijn verschillende concepten, maar de manier waarop u OKR&#039;s implementeert, heeft natuurlijk een grote invloed op het bereiken ervan. Drukte zoals het in dit artikel wordt beschreven, zal waarschijnlijk niet de naald bewegen bij het bereiken van OKR&#039;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verschillende mensen en bedrijven stellen takenlijsten op in plaats van OKR&#039;s, maar noemen dezelfde takenlijsten nog steeds OKR&#039;s. Ze zijn niet de schuld, maar conditionering wel. Over het algemeen zijn we van jongs af aan geconditioneerd om takenlijsten op te stellen en af te vinken zodra we ze hebben voltooid \u2013 dit zorgt voor een &#039;dopaminehit&#039;, een gevoel van voldoening en het bewijs dat we het inderdaad druk hebben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als we dezelfde taken zouden prioriteren in volgorde van de mate van impact op de belangrijkste statistieken (belangrijkste resultaten) en hoe ze uiteindelijk onze gedeelde doelstellingen be\u00efnvloeden, hebben we onze kansen op OKR-prestaties positief vergroot:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afstemming, check-ins, het opstellen van krachtige OKR&#039;s en &#039;OKR&#039;s doen&#039; zijn allemaal succesfactoren van Objective en key results frameworks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&#039;OKR&#039;s doen&#039;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wat zorgt (voor zover mogelijk) voor OKR-succes? We kunnen perfecte OKR&#039;s opstellen, maar uiteindelijk gaat het erom wat we gezamenlijk doen als team dat van het grootste belang is om OKR&#039;s te bereiken. We moeten doen wat moeilijk is - dat wil zeggen te veel comfort vermijden door voortdurend te doen wat we gewend zijn te doen en in plaats daarvan te doen wat nodig is om te bereiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onze takenlijsten ter ondersteuning van het actualiseren van belangrijke resultaten zouden daarom niet onze favoriete activiteiten moeten vertegenwoordigen, maar in plaats daarvan de meest effectieve projecten, taken en initiatieven (of waarschijnlijk de meest effectieve), of we het nu leuk vinden of niet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onmiddellijke actie is een extra belangrijke factor voor prestatie en duurzaam OKR-succes. Zelfs als we klein beginnen en van daaruit verder bouwen, moeten we onmiddellijk actie ondernemen nadat we OKR&#039;s hebben opgesteld. Hoe langer de vertraging tussen het ontwerpproces en de actie culmineert in het risico van niet-starten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We moeten &#039;opgewonden ongemakkelijk&#039; zijn tijdens de inzet van OKRS -<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enthousiast over de nieuwe reis en dat we als team verreikende doelen gaan behalen. Ongemakkelijk, want echte en duurzame groei gebeurt alleen buiten onze comfortzones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een combinatie van sterk leiderschap, toewijding en discipline kan zorgen voor de voortdurende uitvoering van OKR&#039;s. Consistente berichtgeving, ondersteuning en coaching van het leiderschap, discipline in het hebben van wekelijkse productieve check-ins en continue actie zijn meer ingredi\u00ebnten van &#039;OKR-succes&#039;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als we bijvoorbeeld een zeer inspirerend stadhuis ervaren om OKRS te &#039;aftrappen&#039;, gevolgd door een &#039;command and control&#039; en een negatieve omgeving tijdens onze check-ins, zal het buitengewoon moeilijk voor ons zijn om dit te bereiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR&#039;s zijn inspirerend, toekomstgericht en actiegericht. Wij, als teams, moeten ons gedrag afstemmen op het karakter van OKR&#039;s, door al het bovenstaande in overweging te nemen en ernaar te handelen, kunnen we collectief &#039;duizelingwekkende
