class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om OKR&#039;s duurzaam te laten werken, zijn uitstekend teamwork en dynamiek kernvereisten. Uitstekende teamdynamiek heeft verschillende elementen, zoals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Een gevoel van thuishoren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Een gedeeld doel en waardesysteem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transparantie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vertrouwen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effectieve capaciteitsopbouw van vaardigheden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uitstekende communicatie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En meer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;<strong>WAAROM AGILE FOUT GAAT<\/strong>&#039; \u2013 Een artikel in de Harvard Business Review van Lindsay McGregor en Neel Doshi biedt doordachte inzichten over de manier waarop Agile-praktijken fout gaan, maar ook over hoe specifieke krachtige strategie\u00ebn teamwerk en prestaties kunnen versterken:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039; In plaats van een proces waarbij \u00e9\u00e9n persoon eisen schrijft (zelfs kleine) terwijl een ander ze uitvoert, allemaal zonder een strategische North Star, zou een team dat streeft naar echte wendbaarheid een proces zonder overdracht moeten hebben versus een proces waarbij \u00e9\u00e9n persoon eisen schrijft terwijl de ander ze uitvoert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In een no-handoff-proces zijn de productmanager en de ingenieurs (en eventuele andere belanghebbenden) van begin tot eind samenwerkingspartners bij het ontwerpen van een functie.&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Op basis van praktische ervaring met OKR&#039;s stellen we dezelfde aanpak voor bij het ontwerpen van kaders voor doelstellingen en kernresultaten: geen hand-offs, maar een gezamenlijke aanpak om elk onderdeel van het raamwerk samen te cre\u00ebren, van de doelstellingen tot de belangrijkste resultaten en het ondersteunende actieplan, waardoor een hoge mate van transparantie wordt gegarandeerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/10\/why-agile-goes-awry-and-how-to-fix-it\">Lees hier het volledige artikel.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No-handoffs zijn een van de vele technieken om teamwerk en samenwerking te bevorderen. Agile- en OKR-coaches zouden een arsenaal aan deze technieken moeten hebben om de duurzame inzet van OKR&#039;s, Scrum en Agile-projectmanagement te garanderen om te voorkomen dat een ori\u00ebntatie op commando-controle agile ontwikkeling in zijn sporen stopt. Dit omvat het doorbreken van de lagen van bureaucratie tussen traditionele afdelingen (die geen Agile-transformatie ondergaan) maar toch Agile-teams moeten ondersteunen -<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hoe kan het HR-team of de afdeling de duurzaamheid van OKR\u2019s en Agile-methodieken ondersteunen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een lid of leden van de financi\u00eble afdeling (hopelijk een vrijwilliger) kunnen worden toegewezen aan een OKR-team met dien verstande dat zij of hij de normale processen moet versnellen en verfijnen om het team beter te ondersteunen.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Niet noodzakelijkerwijs zullen alle afdelingen volledig transformeren <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/people-and-organizational-performance\/our-insights\/leading-agile-transformation-the-new-capabilities-leaders-need-to-build-21st-century-organizations\">van een traditionele aanpak naar een Agile aanpak<\/a>; dit hangt allemaal af van de context, zoals bijvoorbeeld de omvang van de organisatie en of de organisatie binnen een sterk gereguleerde omgeving opereert of niet.<br><br>Ter ondersteuning van de succesvolle implementatie van OKR&#039;s en andere Agile-methodologie\u00ebn, kan het zeer nuttig zijn voor de HR-afdeling om te transformeren van &#039;Functionele HR&#039; (verwerking van salarisadministratie en verlof, regelen van training, enz.) naar &#039;Strategische HR&#039; (Agile aanwerving en onboarding, co-creatie van interne OKR&#039;s, gedrag afstemmen op de cultuur en visie van het bedrijf door meeslepende vaardigheden op te bouwen).<br><br>Wanneer een groot deel of zelfs de hele HR-afdeling OKR&#039;s kent en toepast, kunnen ze praktische ondersteuning bieden aan OKR- en Agile-teams en beter begrijpen hoe ze de juiste mensen kunnen aannemen die zouden gedijen in een meer Agile-omgeving.<br><br>Bij het OKR-instituut hebben we bijvoorbeeld steeds evoluerende wervings- en onboardingpraktijken ontwikkeld waarbij we functiebeschrijvingen maken met nieuwe medewerkers door middel van een unieke samenwerkingsoefening.<br><br>Als de HR-afdeling ge\u00efsoleerd is van de inzet van OKR&#039;s en Agile-methodologie\u00ebn, zullen ze het extreem moeilijk vinden om, indien mogelijk, effectief aan te nemen, te trainen en te coachen ter ondersteuning van Agile-ontwikkeling en -prestaties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018&#039;\u2018<strong>Talent wint wedstrijden, maar teamwerk en intelligentie winnen het kampioenschap<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong>Micha\u00ebl Jordaan<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er is veel meer nodig dan individueel talent en vaardigheden om de Visie van een bedrijf te realiseren. We hebben veel voorbeelden gezien in de zaken- en sportwereld van zeer getalenteerde individuen die falen vanwege hun onvermogen om de behoeften van het team boven die van henzelf te stellen.<br><br>Omdat OKR&#039;s ambitieuze doelen zijn, wat inherent betekent dat het moeilijk te bereiken is, kunnen individuen het niet alleen. Sterk leiderschap dat een krachtige combinatie vormt met creatieve en collaboratieve teamdynamiek zijn cruciale elementen voor de duurzaamheid van OKR&#039;s.<br><br>Maar nog belangrijker dan al het bovenstaande is om OKR&#039;s om de juiste reden uit te voeren. Iets belangrijkers dan individuele of teamprestaties moet de belangrijkste drijfveer zijn van &#039;OKR Excellence&#039;.<br><br>Doelgerichte, impact- en resultaatgerichte OKR&#039;s zijn duurzamer. Waarom? Simpelweg omdat ze meer klant\/klant\/gebruiker centraal staan en de focus verleggen naar onze belangrijkste stakeholders.<br><br><strong>Intelligente OKR&#039;s zijn:<\/strong><br><br>\u2705 Uitgelijnd<br>\u2705 Gefocust (minder is meer)<br>\u2705 Geprioriteerd (&#039;Meet wat ertoe doet)<br>\u2705 Resultaatgericht<br>\u2705 Doelgericht (afgestemd op een geoperationaliseerd doel<br>\u2705 teamgericht (creativiteit, samenwerking en eigenaarschap worden aangemoedigd)<br>\u2705 meetbaar (bevat voornamelijk leidende en dynamische indicatoren)<br>\u2705 Dynamisch \u2013 Activiteiten rond OKR&#039;s, zoals Check-ins, zijn proactief<br>\u2705 Waardengericht (zorgt voor afstemming op de bedrijfscultuur)<br>\u2705 transparant<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bovenstaande lijst is niet zomaar een vakje om af te vinken. In plaats daarvan is het een steeds evoluerende, creatieve en gezamenlijke inspanning om de praktische toepassing van de bovenstaande principes in combinatie te waarborgen om de duurzaamheid van
