doelen elkaar aanvullen.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U hoeft niet te kiezen tussen Agile-methodieken en kaders voor het stellen van doelen, zoals OKR&#039;s en KPI&#039;s, omdat ze elkaar allemaal aanvullen. Het is een kwestie van perspectief:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer je alle Agile-methodologie\u00ebn en goal-setting frameworks ziet als onderdeel van een groter prestatie-ecosysteem&#039;, zal deze bredere kijk je in staat stellen om alle bovengenoemde methodologie\u00ebn duurzaam en in groot voordeel voor het bedrijf te gebruiken en te integreren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Agile kan worden gedefinieerd als:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#039; Het is een manier van denken en een methode om innovatie te verbeteren door diepgaande samenwerking met klanten en adaptief testen en leren<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong>De Harvard Business-recensie<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR&#039;s en KPI&#039;s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er is een groot aantal debatten gaande over welke methodologie\u00ebn in termen van nieuwe manieren van werken en het stellen van doelen beter zijn dan andere:<br>Sommigen geven bijvoorbeeld de voorkeur aan KPI&#039;s boven OKR&#039;s. Het is geen debat dat de moeite waard is, omdat OKR&#039;s een aanvulling vormen op KPI&#039;s en vice versa. Sprints kunnen deel uitmaken van je actieplan om kritieke resultaten te behalen, en Epics en User stories kunnen deel uitmaken van je OKR-frameworks.<br><br>Wat betreft Agile-methodologie\u00ebn en kaders voor het stellen van doelen, het is geen &#039;of\/of-scenario&#039;; in plaats daarvan is het een kwestie van integratie en afstemming.<br><br>KPI&#039;s meten over het algemeen de gezondheid van uw bedrijf. Een &#039;ongezonde KPI&#039; zoals een omzetdaling kan via een OKR-raamwerk worden verbeterd en een geactualiseerde OKR kan een KPI worden.<br><br>Een geoperationaliseerd doel ondersteunt de OKR-prestaties, en OKR-raamwerken moeten worden uitgevoerd met het waardesysteem van het bedrijf als gedragsnormen om overeenstemming met de bedrijfscultuur te waarborgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als een duidelijk voorbeeld: Nokia had een zeer waardig doel om MENSEN TE VERBINDEN. Dit doel gleed helaas naar beneden in hun ranglijst van prioriteiten omdat ze zich in een robuuste acquisitiemodus bevonden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tegelijkertijd nam Apple het doel om MENSEN TE VERBINDEN ter harte en operationaliseerde het als een prioriteit; door hun apparaten eenvoudig te maken en door strakke en opvallende ontwerpen, hebben ze mensen echt met elkaar verbonden, en de rest is geschiedenis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer teams echt verbonden zijn met een geoperationaliseerd doel, kan dat op zichzelf een belangrijke drijfveer voor prestaties zijn - wanneer een stewardess zichzelf niet alleen ziet als een persoon die anderen op een vlucht bedient, maar als iemand die anderen verbindt met wat belangrijk is (hun families , banen, carri\u00e8res) zal ze waarschijnlijk meer aandacht besteden aan wat ze zegt en doet om anderen beter van dienst te zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR&#039;s, KPI&#039;s, Scrum en Agile-projectmanagement zijn optimaal wanneer ze zijn afgestemd op een groeicultuur die wordt ge\u00efllustreerd door de waarden van het bedrijf. Beslissingen die worden genomen tijdens de implementatie van een van deze methodologie\u00ebn, of een combinatie daarvan, moeten worden gefilterd door het waardesysteem van het bedrijf of de teams om validiteit en afstemming te garanderen. Bv, &#039;Kunnen we dit project uitvoeren volgens onze interne definitie van INTEGRITEIT en met een hoge mate van EXCELLENTIE (onze kernwaarden)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrum.org\/\"><strong>Klik hier <\/strong><\/a>om meer te begrijpen over andere agile methodieken zoals Scrum<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Traditionele functies en Agile Teams<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Traditionele functies van de organisatie kunnen ook een aanvulling vormen op alle Agile-methodologie\u00ebn en kaders voor het stellen van doelen wanneer bureaucratische lagen worden verwijderd. Bij een transformatie van een traditionele organisatie naar een Agile organisatie hoeven niet alle afdelingen te transformeren naar &#039;Agile&#039;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zo kunnen de afdelingen IT, softwareontwikkeling en HR transformeren naar Agile teams en werkwijzen. De financi\u00eble afdeling daarentegen kan functioneren zoals verwacht. Toch moet een nauwe communicatie en samenwerking tussen de bovengenoemde teams en de financi\u00eble afdeling de gebruikelijke lagen van bureaucratie doorbreken om ervoor te zorgen dat de benodigde financi\u00eble middelen op hoge snelheid worden ingezet voor Agile-projecten. <a href=\"https:\/\/ca.indeed.com\/career-advice\/career-development\/working-in-modern-organizations\"><strong>Hier zijn enkele nieuwe manieren van werken<\/strong><\/a> steeds vaker voorkomen in organisaties<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het bovenstaande moet worden ondersteund door een Agile-mindset en nieuwe manieren van werken op strategisch niveau van de organisatie. Volledige betrokkenheid van belanghebbenden bij Agile-methodologie\u00ebn is alleen mogelijk wanneer de toplagen van het management zich committeren aan en deelnemen aan meeslepende leerervaringen van Agile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Door :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>verhelderen van de verandering Visie,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>het maken van een klassement van teams,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>strategie\u00ebn prioriteren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>en het doorbreken van de bureaucratie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>operationaliseren van de purpose statement van de onderneming<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Het topmanagement ondersteunt nu nieuwe manieren van werken. &nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De balans Leiderschap\/management is een kritische succesfactor bij het duurzaam inzetten van Agile methodieken. Hoewel financi\u00eble controles zoals budgetten, HR-controles zoals verlof en salarisadministratie en operationele controles zoals standaard operationele procedures aanwezig moeten zijn om chaos te voorkomen, moeten lagen van bureaucratie worden verwijderd om Agile-werkmethoden te ondersteunen. Tegelijkertijd moet er sterk leiderschap aanwezig zijn om de praktijk van alle bovengenoemde methodologie\u00ebn levensvatbaar en duurzaam te maken:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teams moeten worden ge\u00efnspireerd en leiders moeten een omgeving van gedeelde waarden en vertrouwen cre\u00ebren waarin de teams kunnen innoveren en gedijen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
