mentaliteit <\/a>is het startpunt voor de uitvoering van de strategie.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strategie-uitvoering gaat in de eerste plaats over de convergentie van mindsets: dezelfde houding waaruit strategie\u00ebn voortkomen, verschilt vaak van de mentaliteit van degenen die hetzelfde masterplan moeten uitvoeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer teamleden die uiteindelijk de strategie moeten uitvoeren vragen stellen, ervaren degenen die de strategie of strategie\u00ebn hebben bedacht, dit vaak als weerstand tegen verandering. Vaker wel dan niet, en over het algemeen gesproken, worden diezelfde vragen gesteld ter verduidelijking: als u onduidelijk bent over de strategie, hoe kunt u deze dan uitvoeren?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#039;Succes vandaag vereist de behendigheid en drive om voortdurend te heroverwegen, nieuw leven in te blazen, te reageren en opnieuw uit te vinden.&#039;<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite><strong>Bill Poorten<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een essenti\u00eble overweging zou kunnen zijn om de manier waarop we strategie\u00ebn cre\u00ebren en verwoorden en deze introduceren bij degenen die ze moeten uitvoeren, te heroverwegen en opnieuw vorm te geven. \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Door zoveel mogelijk strategie\u00ebn samen te cre\u00ebren (het IKEA-effect)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Door toe te staan dat de strategie\u00ebn in twijfel worden getrokken en hervormd door anderen die ze moeten uitvoeren:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We veranderen de traditionele aanpak en mentaliteit in het cre\u00ebren en uitvoeren van strategie\u00ebn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Strategie\u00ebn zijn nauwkeuriger wanneer ze worden gepresenteerd als een reeks keuzes<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strategie\u00ebn en doelen zijn verschillend, maar het komt voor dat leidinggevenden soms een lijst met doelen geven wanneer hen naar hun strategie\u00ebn wordt gevraagd.<br><br>Strategie\u00ebn zijn nauwkeuriger wanneer ze een duidelijke keuze of keuzes vertegenwoordigen. Als voorbeeld:<br><br>Netflix besloot tussen het streamen van de inhoud van andere studio&#039;s en het maken van hun eigen inhoud, en de rest is geschiedenis. Wanneer een speelgoedmaker speelgoed begint te veranderen in modellen van perfecte schaal, richten ze zich meer op volwassen hobbyisten dan op kinderen.<br><br>Het punt van het hebben van een strategie is om jezelf te onderscheiden van de concurrentie. De hoogste vorm van een strategie is het cre\u00ebren van onbetwiste marktruimte.<br><br>&#039;Inhalen&#039; met de concurrentie is puur &#039;inhalen&#039; en niet echt een strategie in de ware zin van het woord. Bij het inhalen bereik je pas een punt waar de concurrentie tegen die tijd waarschijnlijk al vertrokken is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2023\/02\/your-strategy-needs-a-story\">Een zakelijk overzichtsartikel van Harvard<\/a> onthult waarom we allemaal een verhaal nodig hebben voor onze strategie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wat is de eerste stap in elke transformatie?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moet de eerste stap in een transformatie de mentaliteitsverandering zijn? \u2013 Je moet transformeren naar een agile organisatie met een andere mindset dan je een traditionele organisatie hebt gecre\u00eberd.<br><br>Je hebt op zijn minst een ruimdenkende benadering van verandering nodig om veranderingsinitiatieven duurzaam te laten zijn:<br><br>De bewuste keuzes van Participatie boven Macht<br>Vooruitgang boven perfectie<br>Autonomie boven controle<br>Actie boven analyse<br><br>Vertegenwoordigt een verandering in mentaliteit. We moeten meeslepende ervaringen van Agile bieden aan ten minste de drie belangrijkste managementlagen om de bovenstaande keuzes te ondersteunen. De bovenstaande beslissingen, bijvoorbeeld Autonomie over controle, impliceren niet dat er geen controles zullen zijn (Zonder enige regels zal er chaos ontstaan); het is gewoon een duidelijk uitgesproken voorkeur en een centraal punt.<br><br>Beslissers proberen te overtuigen met alleen theorie zal niet duurzaam zijn. Een experimentele aanpak kan een startpunt zijn om OKR&#039;s in een organisatie te introduceren. Wanneer de organisatie een aantal jaren van slechte prestaties heeft meegemaakt, kan het verstandig zijn om eerst &#039;kleine overwinningen&#039; na te streven om weer momentum te krijgen voordat u zich richt op het bereiken van &#039;stretch goals&#039;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wat is een Agile mindset dan?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een Agile-mentaliteit kan worden omschreven als een optimistische en enthousiaste kijk op de toekomstige staat van ons bedrijf, gebaseerd op ons collectieve geloof in ons vermogen om een grote impact te hebben op hoe we de toekomst van ons bedrijf vormgeven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bewuste keuzes, zoals Progress over Perfection, vertegenwoordigen verder een Agile mindset. Een Agile-mindset is afgestemd op en gericht op het sneller cre\u00ebren van waarde voor mijn klant-eindgebruiker of klant, waarbij de voorkeur wordt gegeven aan Agile-methodologie\u00ebn zoals Scrum- en OKR-frameworks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een kernelement van een agile mentaliteit is het volledig omarmen van nuttige veranderingsinitiatieven. Een groeimindsetori\u00ebntatie (nauw verbonden met een interne locus of control) is bevorderlijk voor het bereiken van stretchdoelen en het inzetten van andere Agile-methodologie\u00ebn. Aan de andere kant is een vaste mindset (nauw verbonden met een externe locus of control) niet bevorderlijk voor samenwerking, agile methoden en succesvolle transformaties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een interne locus of control-ori\u00ebntatie betekent dat we verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor onze acties en de overtuiging koesteren dat we vanuit onze huidige positie kunnen verbeteren en groeien. Voor de duidelijkheid moet worden vermeld dat een extreem hoog niveau van interne locus of control contraproductief kan zijn. Het behouden van een balans is altijd de sleutel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een externe locus of control is een ori\u00ebntatie om externe factoren de schuld te geven van slechte prestaties - een te grote focus op dingen waarover u geen controle of invloed hebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Locus of control kan worden getest en u kunt worden gecoacht van een externe locus of control-ori\u00ebntatie naar een interne locus of control - hoewel dit in veel gevallen moeilijk te bereiken is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Met de buy-in van belanghebbenden en de Duidelijkheid van de Visie zullen strategie\u00ebn waarschijnlijk tot bloei komen.
