class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leiderschap als concept, specifiek <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/people-and-organizational-performance\/our-insights\/leading-agile-transformation-the-new-capabilities-leaders-need-to-build-21st-century-organizations\"><strong>Wendbaar leiderschap<\/strong><\/a>, er wordt veel over geschreven en gesproken. Hoe leiderschapsprincipes in actie kunnen worden omgezet, is de cruciale vraag die we moeten beantwoorden om een significante impact in deze wereld te maken. Dit artikel onderzoekt het vertalen van leiderschapsconcepten zoals betrokkenheid, communicatie en samenwerking in zelfverzekerde actie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als en wanneer leiderschap alleen als concept wordt besproken, maar er toch een leemte bestaat wat betreft leiderschapsgedrag, zullen OKR&#039;s waarschijnlijk niet succesvol en duurzaam zijn. Het leiderschapsgedrag van betrokkenheid, duidelijke en inspirerende communicatie en waardevolle samenwerkingen zijn essentieel voor robuust Agile Leiderschap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agile leiderschap gaat niet alleen over snelheid \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Snelheid naar de markt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.science.org\/doi\/10.1126\/sciadv.aat6107\"><strong>Innovatiepercentage<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sneller waarde leveren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agile Leiderschap gaat over het cre\u00ebren van vertrouwen en transparantie door uw afspraken na te komen, helder en bondig te communiceren en effectief samen te werken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inzet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commitment is een veelgebruikt woord, maar hoe ziet dat er in de praktijk uit? Betrokkenheid begint met de bereidheid om buiten uw comfortzone te stappen en uw potentieel tot het uiterste te benutten. De basis van Commitment is om je in je \u2018leerzone\u2019 en \u2018groeizones\u2019 te begeven, waarin je gunstige veranderingen omarmt en verder reikt dan het gebruikelijke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De kans is veel groter dat u betrokken bent als u ge\u00efnspireerd wordt door de overtuigende en collectieve visie en het doel van het bedrijf en als u handelt volgens het gedeelde waardensysteem van het team. Ze is echt toegewijd als een krijgskunstenaar haar lichaam op het spel zet en vecht met alles wat ze heeft. Hij is oprecht betrokken wanneer een teamlid het team boven zichzelf stelt en al zijn inspanningen richt op het verwezenlijken van de teamdoelstellingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een van de fundamentele elementen van Commitment is een groeimindsetori\u00ebntatie. Nuttige idee\u00ebn aandragen en deze met een positieve intentie en hard werken uitvoeren, is een engagement in actie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zonder toewijding kun je niet hebben<\/strong> <strong>diepgang in alles.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<cite><strong>Neil Strauss<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2022\/11\/how-great-leaders-communicate\">Communicatie<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ondanks agile praktijken vertellen de meeste managers mensen nog steeds wat ze moeten doen. De beste manier om resultaten uit vergaderingen te halen, is door voor elke opdracht uitstekende vragen voor te bereiden, in plaats van voorbereid te zijn op wat u moet zeggen. Toespraken moeten plaats maken voor open en collaboratieve gesprekken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voorbereiden op vergaderingen met positief geformuleerde \u2018wat\u2019- en \u2018hoe\u2019-vragen is een perfecte manier om proactieve en nuttige gesprekken op gang te brengen die tot actie leiden \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoe kreeg u momentum om verder te gaan met het belangrijkste resultaat? Met welke blokkades wordt u geconfronteerd en hoe kan ik u helpen? Hoe kan ik je beter helpen? Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is een essenti\u00eble best practice om een communicatieplan op te stellen ter ondersteuning van de realisatie van OKR\u2019s, dat betrekking heeft op:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De frequentie van en het kader voor check-ins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wanneer en hoe OKR-gerelateerde gemeentehuizen zullen worden gehouden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hoe coaching en een OKR-opleiding zullen worden gebruikt als basis voor OKR-succes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hoe we communiceren tijdens OKR-workshops<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beknopte, duidelijke en inspirerende communicatie is de hoeksteen van Agile leiderschap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">samenwerking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR\u2019s zijn bijvoorbeeld verreikende doelen, en het is onwaarschijnlijk dat individuen of kleine groepen moonshots zullen bereiken. Succesvolle samenwerking gaat niet alleen over individuen die als team samenwerken aan \u00e9\u00e9n doel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het gaat ook om cross-functionele samenwerking om het silo-effect te doorbreken en ervoor te zorgen dat verschillende teams dezelfde einddoelen nastreven. We bevorderen eigenaarschap binnen alle OKR-frameworks, en leden van andere groepen kunnen binnen \u00e9\u00e9n raamwerk eigenaar worden van de belangrijkste resultaten. Betekenisvolle samenwerkingen gaan over een gezamenlijke focus op wat er echt toe doet en &#039;de naald bewegen&#039; in de richting van duurzame prestaties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In plaats van anderen te vertellen wat ze moeten doen en ons bezig te houden met micromanagement, kunnen we samenwerken aan ons gezamenlijke succes door idee\u00ebn te
