De absolute noodzaak van vaardigheid vormt samen met OKR\u2019s de brug tussen strategie en uitvoering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wendbaar leiderschap en een op waarden gebaseerde cultuur zijn andere belangrijke elementen van het &#039;prestatie-ecosysteem&#039; die de inherente capaciteiten hebben om uw bedrijf en zijn mensen in staat te stellen niet alleen te overleven maar ook te bloeien. Binnen de context van dit schrijven zijn de focuspunten OKR&#039;s als brug tussen strategie en uitvoering en het opbouwen van vaardigheden als een sleutelcomponent van de strategie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In de eerste plaats hebben bedrijven niet op dezelfde manier over hun mensen als activa gesproken als over zeer gewaardeerde activa zoals olie- of vastgoedportefeuilles, en hadden ze ook niet noodzakelijkerwijs een sterke focus op de langetermijnimpact en resultaten van hun programma&#039;s voor het opbouwen van vaardigheden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wellnessprogramma&#039;s,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/sustainability\/our-insights\/does-esg-really-matter-and-why\"><strong> ESG-,<\/strong><\/a> en DEI-programma&#039;s zijn erg belangrijk en moeten hun rechtmatige plaats binnen alle organisaties hebben, maar om de een of andere reden heeft het ontwikkelen van op resultaten gebaseerde vaardigheden de neiging om een klein deel van de schijnwerpers te nemen vergeleken met de media-aandacht en focus van het c-suite die aan de andere bovengenoemde programma&#039;s wordt besteed. programma&#039;s. Het vormgeven van een Agile groeicultuur en een motiverend klimaat zijn kritische succesfactoren om positieve transformaties en OKR-frameworks te laten &#039;blijven hangen&#039;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;De noodzaak van vaardigheden&#039; benadrukt dat een goede strategie, het vormgeven van een groeicultuur en het opstellen van krachtige OKR&#039;s gezamenlijk een springplank voor groei vormen, maar dat de juiste collectieve vaardigheden binnen uw organisatie vereist zijn om uitmuntend uit te voeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het kan zowel uitdagend als lonend zijn om mensen te vragen buiten de grenzen van hun comfortzone te &#039;strekken&#039;. Het is normaal om &#039;onaangenaam opgewonden&#039; te zijn tijdens het opstellen en uitvoeren van OKR&#039;s, aangezien deze toekomstgericht zijn en ons vragen om tegelijkertijd de manier waarop we werken te veranderen. Doelstellingen en kernresultatenkaders reiken verder dan &#039;Business as usual&#039; (BAU) en daarbij vraagt u van uw mensen meer dan de norm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doelen stellen binnen die dubbelzinnige ruimte tussen ons prestatieplafond en prestatielimiet is een kunst met verschillende elementen, maar hier is het goede nieuws:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Met de juiste hoeveelheid focus kan elk bedrijf dit doen, en de succesvolle inzet van OKR\u2019s kan tot ongekende groei leiden. OKR&#039;s en immersieve programma&#039;s voor het opbouwen van vaardigheden vormen een krachtige combinatie die groei kan stimuleren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een recent artikel van de Boston Consulting Group getiteld <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/on.bcg.com\/3HzzCsX\">&#039;Uw strategie is slechts zo goed als uw vaardigheden&#039;<\/a>,<\/strong> laat zien dat een strategie alleen op een duurzame manier kan worden uitgevoerd, wanneer de teams die de strategische intentie moeten waarmaken, ofwel over de vaardigheidscapaciteit beschikken ofwel actief de vereiste vaardigheidscapaciteit ontwikkelen om het masterplan te actualiseren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De traditionele manier om vaardigheden op te bouwen was en is goed, maar zal niet volstaan in deze zeer volatiele wereld waarin we onze activiteiten uitoefenen. Generieke training en coaching hebben hun plaats, maar tijdens de inzet van OKR&#039;s moeten zeer gerichte en meeslepende leerervaringen van topkwaliteit worden gecre\u00eberd om essenti\u00eble &#039;agile skills&#039; te ontwikkelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De belangrijkste vaardigheden die nodig zijn om OKR-frameworks duurzaam te maken en de verwachtingen te overtreffen en programma&#039;s voor het opbouwen van vaardigheden binnen organisaties om uw vaardigheidsprogramma&#039;s te laten werken en om uw mensen uit te rusten en te empoweren om op een duurzame manier te slagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We moeten op maat gemaakte programma&#039;s ontwerpen die slank, impactvol, meeslepend, meetbaar en resultaatgericht zijn. Deze programma&#039;s moeten niet alleen de geprioriteerde vaardigheden aanleren die absoluut essentieel zijn voor Agile leiderschap en het behalen van onze collectieve doelstellingen, maar teamleden in staat stellen deze vaardigheden onmiddellijk toe te passen. Uiteindelijk moeten uw mensen persoonlijke groei ervaren die niet alleen het bedrijf ten goede komt, maar ook hun leven en gezinnen verrijkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Met Lean-programma\u2019s betekende dit dat we:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-qubely-advancedlist qubely-block-5ca799\"><div class=\"qubely-block-advanced-list  qubely-alignment-left\"><ul class=\"qubely-list qubely-list-type-unordered qubely-list-bullet-check-circle-outline\"><li>Stop met het verspillen van de tijd van mensen door onnodige vaardigheden te leren<\/li><li>Stop met het verspillen van de tijd van mensen met te veel theorie<\/li><li>Stop met het verspillen van de tijd van mensen met generiek materiaal dat zich niet onmiddellijk vertaalt naar hun e<\/li><li>Geef prioriteit aan vaardigheden die van belang zijn voor het verwezenlijken van de bedrijfsdoelstellingen en die de carri\u00e8res en het persoonlijke leven van uw mensen verrijken<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Met meeslepende programma&#039;s bedoelen we dat deelnemers de mogelijkheid moeten krijgen om hun leerresultaten onmiddellijk en consistent toe te passen op bestaande projecten, en met meetbaar bedoelen we dat de resultaten van de training moeten worden gemeten in termen van waarde en duurzame impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR-frameworks zijn ideale hulpmiddelen om de vaardigheden waarover teams en individuen beschikken af te stemmen op de doelstellingen van het bedrijf. Wanneer u sterke OKR-kaders opstelt, is het nodig om zeer specifiek te zijn in zowel het prioriteren als het defini\u00ebren van de acties, initiatieven en projecten die aansluiten bij de belangrijkste resultaten en uiteindelijk bij de doelstellingen binnen uw kaders. Dit hoge niveau van specificiteit zorgt ervoor dat u relatief eenvoudig kunt defini\u00ebren welke vaardigheden nodig zijn om verder te gaan dan de norm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
