Agile Leadership accentueert de focus op mensen nog meer \u2013 Bij alles wat we doen, zou een essenti\u00eble vraag moeten zijn: welke impact heeft dit op onze klant\/klant\/gebruiker? Een mensgerichte en klantgerichte benadering van alles wat we doen is cruciaal voor ons duurzame succes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interne OKR&#039;s, zoals het cre\u00ebren van een motiverend klimaat voor onze teamleden en het zijn van een bedrijf bij uitstek om voor te werken, benadrukken een mensgerichte benadering en een verschuiving van theorie naar actie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onze essenti\u00eble stakeholders zijn onze mensen en onze klanten. Omwille van duurzame prestaties moet een laserfocus op onze cruciale stakeholders de rode draad zijn die ons denken en gedrag afstemt op de visie van het bedrijf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<em>\u201cHoe meer ik help, hoe succesvoller ik word. Maar ik meet succes af aan wat het heeft gedaan voor de mensen om me heen. Dat is de echte onderscheiding.<\/em><\/p>\n<cite>Adam Grant<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De brug tussen uw teamleden en gebruikers of klanten wordt in de eerste plaats gebouwd door uw mensen door middel van ontwikkeling in hun kracht te zetten. Hoe beter ze worden als individuen en teams, hoe beter ze klanten kunnen bedienen. Ten tweede, laat de &#039;stem van uw eindgebruiker&#039; luid klinken als het gaat om besluitvorming en het stellen van doelstellingen door middel van enqu\u00eates, focusgroepen, gedragsanalyse en directe interacties. De krachtige combinatie van al het voorgaande resulteert in een mensgerichte, klantgerichte en agile leiderschapsori\u00ebntatie binnen uw cultuur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verwijder obstakels en empower<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Binnen de context van Agile Leadership is &#039;de leider als coachmodel&#039; niet meer weg te denken. Onbewuste en bewuste beperkingen, budgetten, waargenomen en feitelijke beperkingen, de mentaliteit van uw mensen, voorwaarden en nalevingsproblemen kunnen stuk voor stuk stuk voor stuk prestatieblokkeringen worden. Uiteindelijk hebben &#039;performance blockers&#039; de meeste impact op onze belangrijkste stakeholders, onze mensen en klanten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het verwijderen van verspilling is een sterk thema van lean management dat door sommige Agile-leiders is overgenomen. Afval verwijst niet alleen naar verspilling van materialen of gereedschappen binnen de context van de maakindustrie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het verwijst ook naar een verspilling van tijd en van menselijke hulpbronnen door te veel van uw tijd toe te wijzen aan mindere prioriteiten, uitstelgedrag, overdenken en vergaderingen die te lang duren, zijn allemaal voorbeelden van kritieke tijdverspillers. Verandering omarmen met een hoge mate van vertrouwen, snel nieuwe vaardigheden ontwikkelen en een oplossingsgerichte ori\u00ebntatie ondersteunen een snellere uitvoering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sommige problemen of obstakels kunnen zelfs polariteiten of dilemma&#039;s zijn waarvoor geen onmiddellijke oplossing bestaat en die in plaats daarvan in de loop van de tijd goed moeten worden beheerd om te verbeteren, duidelijke probleemstellingen te cre\u00ebren en vervolgens problemen te identificeren en duidelijke probleemstellingen te formuleren en vervolgens gezamenlijk tot effectieve oplossingen te komen. essenti\u00eble verantwoordelijkheid van de Agile leider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Meten wat ertoe doet binnen een agile raamwerk is niet het enige punt van prioritering, er moet ook nadruk liggen op het prioriteren van het oplossen van de problemen of het managen van de dilemma&#039;s waar we samen voor staan =<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Het oplossen van X problemen levert (of mogelijk als u niet zeker bent en moet experimenteren) X resultaten op voor mijn mensen en gebruikers\/klanten<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er zijn verschillende tools en methodologie\u00ebn voor probleemoplossing en dilemmabeheer. De eerste stap bij het oplossen van problemen is het duidelijk defini\u00ebren van het probleem en het vinden van de oorzaak. Als de oorzaak van het probleem niet wordt vastgesteld, lopen we over het algemeen het risico om alleen de symptomen van het grotere probleem aan te pakken en zo het probleem te verergeren. Hier is een model dat binnen Lean Management-kringen wordt gebruikt om de oorzaak te vinden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/asq.org\/quality-resources\/fishbone\">https:\/\/asq.org\/quality-resources\/fishbone<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Empowerment gaat over zoveel meer dan coaching en training: andere cruciale elementen van empowerment zijn dat wel <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-qubely-advancedlist qubely-block-3a6a69\"><div class=\"qubely-block-advanced-list  qubely-alignment-left\"><ol class=\"qubely-list qubely-list-type-ordered qubely-list-bullet-check-circle-outline\"><li>Inclusiviteit<\/li><li>Cre\u00ebren van een motiverend klimaat<\/li><li>Impact maken (een gevoel van doel en betekenis)<\/li><li>Werkzekerheid en werkplezier<\/li><li>Vanaf het begin een duidelijk carri\u00e8repad bieden<\/li><li>Faciliteren van een positieve teamdynamiek<\/li><li>Uitlijning<\/li><\/ol><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vanwege de inherente brede reikwijdte van de term empowerment is effectieve samenwerking vereist om ervoor te zorgen dat onze mensen een gevoel van autonomie hebben, zich veilig voelen in hun werk, zelfverzekerd zijn, het gevoel hebben ergens bij te horen en te werken in een motiverende omgeving. Deze mensgerichte benadering zal een positieve invloed hebben op onze andere belangrijke belanghebbenden, onze klanten of gebruikers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agile leiders zijn visionairs en coachen en ondersteunen hun teams om uiteindelijk hun collectieve visie te realiseren. Een visie realiseren is makkelijker gezegd dan gedaan. Maar in het geval van alle elementen van het &#039;prestatie-ecosysteem&#039; ge\u00efntegreerd met uw cultuur en klimaat, wordt het zeer waarschijnlijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er zijn verschillende elementen in het &#039;prestatie-ecosysteem&#039; en een brandende vraag is: hoe schaal ik op in termen van het vermenigvuldigen van agile teams? Deze vraag wordt beantwoord door een uitstekend Harvard Business Review-artikel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/05\/agile-at-scale\">https:\/\/hbr.org\/2018\/05\/agile-at-scale<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sleutelelementen van het &#039;prestatie-ecosysteem zijn&#039;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-qubely-advancedlist qubely-block-6260ec\"><div class=\"qubely-block-advanced-list  qubely-alignment-left\"><ol class=\"qubely-list qubely-list-type-ordered qubely-list-bullet-check-circle-outline\"><li>Inspirerend en dienend leiderschap<\/li><li>Een groeicultuur ondersteund door een algemene groeimindsetori\u00ebntatie<\/li><li>Een Poolster (Doel, impact waar het hele team naar streeft)<\/li><li>Actiegerichte positieve, inclusieve en actiegerichte communicatie (het verwijderen van afval is essentieel voor effectieve communicatie<\/li><li>Klantgericht zijn in alles wat we doen<\/li><\/ol><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meet wat ertoe doet en uw mensen en klanten doen er toe, ze doen er eigenlijk heel veel toe.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interne OKR&#039;s, zoals kaders met betrekking tot de betrokkenheid van teamleden, zijn erg belangrijk geworden. De kosten van het aannemen van een nieuwe werknemer wegen normaal gesproken op tegen de kosten om ze te behouden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dat gezegd hebbende, laten we de &#039;bureaukosten&#039; van een medewerker even vergeten en ons concentreren op iets dat nog belangrijker is: de magie wordt gecre\u00eberd en een groeicultuur wordt uiteindelijk gevormd door een team of teams die bekwaam, zeer betrokken, gemotiveerd, ge\u00efnspireerd, zelfverzekerd, verandervaardig en die opereren op &#039;de snelheid van vertrouwen&#039;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We hebben hoogopgeleide Agile-leiders nodig om teams te stimuleren rond een inspirerende visie. Zeer succesvolle veranderinterventies komen niet toevallig tot stand, ze zijn ontworpen. Essenti\u00eble vragen die gesteld moeten worden bij het opstellen en afstemmen van OKR&#039;s zijn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wat wordt de onbetwiste waarde toegevoegd aan onze klanten\/opdrachtgevers\/gebruikers? Kunnen we dit raamwerk nog klantgerichter maken? Het algemene doel van het hebben van een strategie is om ons te onderscheiden en de uiteindelijke strategie resulteert in het cre\u00ebren van onbetwiste marktruimte, waarmee we bewijzen dat we waarde toevoegen aan onze belangrijkste belanghebbenden die niemand anders kan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objectief<\/strong>: Wees het meest gewilde bedrijf om voor te werken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een interessante observatie is dat bedrijven met een vrijwel onbeperkte financi\u00eble en personele capaciteit er soms niet in slagen om perfect opgestelde OKR&#039;s uit te voeren, om verschillende redenen, maar vooral omdat hun intenties verkeerd waren -<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stel dat we de meest gewilde plek willen worden om voor te werken als onderdeel van onze strategie om koste wat het kost te winnen en dat we niet oprecht om onze mensen geven. In dat geval kan ons systeem uiteindelijk op zichzelf imploderen. We zijn menselijk en we hebben gebreken; introspectie van onze intenties is niet om fouten in onszelf te vinden, maar om de focus en aandacht opnieuw af te stemmen op wat belangrijk is; zorg voor en
