Agile tijdsbestekken worden gemeten in weken en maanden, niet in jaren.\u201d<br><\/strong><\/p>\n<cite>Michael Hugos, Agile systeemarchitect<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De valkuil van het vastlopen in oude gedragspatronen, puur omdat daar een zekere mate van comfort in schuilt, moet worden vermeden als we nieuwe kansen eerst helder willen onderkennen en er vervolgens actie op willen ondernemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wij opereren in een snelle en uitdagende omgeving. Theorie alleen zal, ook al is deze intellectueel stimulerend, de kloof tussen strategie en uitvoering niet doorbreken. Wat de meesten van ons nodig hebben, zijn principes en instrumenten die we onmiddellijk kunnen toepassen en die ons helpen onze mensen te leiden naar het verwezenlijken van onze gezamenlijke visie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het vermogen om snelle en kwalitatieve beslissingen te nemen, nuttige veranderingen te omarmen en door de volatiele externe marktkrachten en economische omstandigheden te navigeren, is belangrijker dan ooit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Duidelijkheid over de toekomstige gewenste staat en communicatie<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Twijfels, angsten, beperkende overtuigingen en onzekerheden kunnen onder de meeste omstandigheden de prestaties schaden en de snelheid van uitvoering dramatisch vertragen. Hoewel snelheid naar onze mening belangrijker is dan perfectie, moet de snelheid van uitvoering goed in balans zijn met kwalitatieve en verbetermaatregelen om ook de duurzaamheid te waarborgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elk project, prestatiekader, nieuwe productlancering of nieuwe onderneming moet vanaf het begin met zoveel mogelijk duidelijkheid worden doordrenkt \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Helderheid van visie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Met opzet duidelijkheid (het waarom achter dit alles)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duidelijkheid over rollen en verantwoordelijkheden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duidelijkheid over prioriteiten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duidelijkheid over meetbare zaken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duidelijkheid van communicatie (eerst proberen te begrijpen voordat we begrepen willen worden)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De buy-in van teamleden zal gedeeltelijk of langzaam zijn of zelfs niet bestaan als twijfel de doordringende emotie is onder teamleden<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Snelle besluitvorming \u2013 zekerheid cre\u00ebren binnen onzekerheid<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1 Verzamel informatie en stel prioriteiten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een aanzienlijk aantal leiders staat onder zware druk en draagt dagelijks veel verantwoordelijkheid, waardoor zelfzorg kan worden verwaarloosd. Het zal ons goed van pas komen als we handelen op basis van het feit dat we de best mogelijke beslissingen zullen nemen als we ons in een kalme, gefocuste en ge\u00efnspireerde toestand bevinden. Zelfontwikkeling en zelfzorg voor leiders zijn net zo belangrijk als het welzijn van alle teamleden en hebben invloed op ons vermogen om goede en impactvolle beslissingen te nemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als je wacht tot je 100% aan informatie hebt om een &#039;perfecte beslissing&#039; te nemen, zul je waarschijnlijk eeuwig wachten. Agile leiders geven prioriteit aan informatie en verzamelen deze zo snel mogelijk, wetende dat ze in de meeste situaties waarschijnlijk slechts over maximaal 60% van de beschikbare informatie beschikken (als ze geluk hebben) om een beslissing te nemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Neem de beslissing en handel<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stel snelle vragen: doet dit er echt toe? En welke specifieke positieve impact kunnen we hiermee maken? Hebben we de capaciteit om dit te doen en doen we het goed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Filter activiteiten\/beslissingen via het waardensysteem van het bedrijf om ervoor te zorgen dat dit niet het geval is: hoe kunnen we dit met integriteit en met uitmuntende klanten uitvoeren? (onze waarden)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als er weinig of geen antwoorden komen, kun je beginnen met het uitvoeren van een experiment, maar de sleutel hier is om denkprocessen zo snel mogelijk in daden om te zetten zonder de kwaliteit te verwaarlozen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1 Prioriteiten stellen, focussen, consistente actie ondernemen en meten wat belangrijk is<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De rol van agile leiders is het identificeren en op \u00e9\u00e9n lijn brengen van nuttige verbeter- en veranderingsinitiatieven, en deze te prioriteren op basis van het hoogste potenti\u00eble rendement dat wordt geboden voor het bedrijf en de belanghebbenden (de belangrijkste zijn klanten\/cli\u00ebnten) zonder concessies te doen aan het waardesysteem van het bedrijf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zorg voor meetbare maatregelen, zoals OKR-frameworks, om te helpen bij het overbruggen van de kloof tussen strategie en uitvoering. Het verkrijgen van &#039;buy-in&#039; van alle relevante belanghebbenden is een cruciale eerste stap om consistente actie te garanderen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neem deel aan onze
