je waarom vindt, hoef je niet meer op snooze te drukken!<\/p>\n<cite>Erik Tomas<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ik cre\u00eber een ongerepte omgeving voor anderen om hun werk met meer gemak te doen, en dat is belangrijk - als je deze verklaring echt als schoonmaker gelooft en je neemt het serieus, zal het je werkervaring transformeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aan de andere kant, als je de beperkende overtuigingen toestaat van: &#039;Ik ben maar een schoonmaker, of ik ben hier alleen de receptioniste, of ik ben maar een groentje hier om je geest te kwellen, zul je je werkervaring doordringen met negatieve emoties en limieten. je vermogen om te groeien.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een gevoel van doelgerichtheid geeft werk met meer energie en betekenis en zorgt ervoor dat OKR&#039;s meer impact hebben wanneer we een doel opnemen in onze prestatiekaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Welke impact heeft ons werk op anderen? En welke collectieve positieve bijdragen leveren we als team aan deze wereld? Dit zijn enkele vragen die steeds nadrukkelijker worden naarmate mensen uit de as van alledaags werk willen opstaan om zich te laten inspireren door de impact en het verschil dat ze maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voorbeelden van bedrijfsdoeleinden<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Southwest \u2013 Luchtvaartmaatschappijen: breng mensen in contact met wat belangrijk is in hun leven door vriendelijke, betrouwbare en goedkope vliegreizen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om uw baan binnen een vernieuwd paradigma te bekijken, om het niet te beperken tot het zijn van stewardess, piloot of ingenieur, en om te zien welke bijdrage uw rol levert aan het grotere geheel van het verbinden van mensen met wat belangrijk is in hun leven is een belangrijke en krachtige mentaliteitsverandering,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze getransformeerde mentaliteit van doelgericht werken is een bron van energie voor prestatie en kan het veel impactvoller maken. Het dienen van anderen en het dienen van een groter doel dan jezelf zijn belangrijke ingredi\u00ebnten voor het bereiken van &#039;stretch goals&#039; zoals OKR&#039;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starbucks viert niet alleen koffie, maar ook verbinding en streeft ernaar om impact te maken in buurten. Het begint bij de medewerkers, die geen medewerkers maar partners heten. Zodra niet alleen in een collectief doel wordt geloofd, maar ook wordt gedeeld in actie, wordt u meer dan werknemers, u wordt een familie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ik ben er sterk van overtuigd dat bedrijven moeten investeren in het defini\u00ebren van een sterk bedrijfsdoel en ook partners moeten helpen hun persoonlijke doel(en) te defini\u00ebren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als het gaat om OKR&#039;s en doel, gebruik ik de uitdrukking: &#039;Purpose infused OKR&#039;s&#039; \u2013 ik beveel aan dat het doel en het waardesysteem van het bedrijf met trots worden ge\u00efntegreerd in OKR-kaders om betekenis en impact te garanderen. Deze aanpak is tot op zekere hoogte ook een tegengif voor de weerstand tegen de implementatie van OKR&#039;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Op deze manier implementeer je niet alleen algemene kaders voor het stellen van doelen, maar cre\u00eber je een betere toekomst door je unieke doel en cultuur toe te passen op een effectief kader voor het stellen van doelen, zoals OKR&#039;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Waarom doen we dit? En welke impact heeft dit? \u2013 Leiders zouden er goed aan doen om intensief over deze vragen na te denken terwijl ze aan de reis beginnen om de bedrijfsdoelstellingen te bereiken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is bewezen dat de mentaliteit van &#039;winnen ten koste van alles&#039; niet alleen individuen schaadt, maar ook bedrijven en samenlevingen. Natuurlijk is winst maken essentieel, niet alleen om te overleven, maar ook om te gedijen en om anderen te helpen gedijen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Winst maken ten koste van waarden, impact, doel en andere principes is niet duurzaam en laat een spoor van schade achter dat meestal onherstelbaar is. niet-onderhandelbare principes zijn effectieve &#039;filters&#039; om zowel de duurzaamheid als de intentie van de winsten die we maken te testen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De bovenstaande informatie vertegenwoordigt duidelijke prikkels om uw waardesysteem en andere principes te integreren in uw OKR-kaders<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vaak kan een zeer bekwame, intelligente en individuele sterspeler de teaminspanning verpesten door ego\u00efstisch te zijn en alleen zijn of haar individuele doel(en) te dienen. Het ware doel is iets dat hoger is dan het zelf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leiderschap en doel.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Waar leidt je passie toe dat je gaat doen? \u2013 vraagt Bono. Passie zonder actie zal slechts een vlam zijn die uiteindelijk dooft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doelgerichte OKR&#039;s zonder een actieplan dat daadwerkelijk wordt uitgevoerd, zijn waardeloos. &#039;Kies je strijd heel zorgvuldig, doe wat er echt toe doet en doe dat met passie en openheid. Openheid om te leren en aan te passen zodat het grotere geheel kan worden bereikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Echte dienende leiders zijn die zeldzame individuen of groepen leiders die de brug vormen tussen strategie en actie. Ze bouwen die brug met de materialen Visie, doel, waarden en inspiratie. Ze gaan moedig voorwaarts en ondernemen actie als voorbeeld voor anderen en ten dienste van anderen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Wees de verandering die je in deze wereld wilt zien&#039;<\/p>\n<cite>Gandhi<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over het algemeen vermijden mensen verandering. Waarom? simpelweg omdat het ongemakkelijk is en verandering het onbekende vertegenwoordigt. Gandhi&#039;s citaat is een oproep tot actie voor degenen die dienende leiders willen zijn, de verandering begint bij jou - Hoe kun je met een zuiver geweten om verandering van anderen vragen als je niet bereid bent te veranderen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wat moet er veranderen in je leven, welke gewoontes dienen jou en anderen niet? Bouw vertrouwen op door dat met moedige actie te veranderen en dan heb je het recht verdiend om verandering van anderen te vragen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In wezen zijn alle doelstellingen en belangrijkste resultaten representatief voor veranderingsprogramma&#039;s, aangezien het een vertrek vertegenwoordigt van de huidige status naar een toekomst die momenteel niet bekend is. We moeten deze veranderingsinitiatieven met een doel leiden en ons team stimuleren als een familie die &#039;dit doel of deze doelen ademt&#039;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Angsten, twijfels en onzekerheden kunnen krachtige emoties zijn en nadelig zijn voor duurzame prestaties. We worden allemaal geplaagd door deze emoties en het is gewoon menselijk om momenten van paniek te ervaren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strenge doelen weerspiegeld in verreikende doelstellingen en belangrijke resultaten kunnen ontmoedigend zijn. Het kan ook heel inspirerend zijn, maar dat hangt grotendeels af van de manier waarop het leiderschap deze doelstellingen realiseert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leiders die doelbewust en doelgericht naar doelstellingen kijken en de wijsheid die ze hebben opgedaan door jarenlang hun sterke principes in de praktijk toe te passen, zullen weten dat &#039;bergen kunnen worden
