een vreugdevolle observatie om getuige te zijn van een team in &#039;flow&#039;, dat bijna moeiteloos op zijn best presteert. Sport- of zakenteams die consistent bijna perfect presteren, zijn zeldzaam, maar binnen een cultuur die prestaties echt ondersteunt, kunnen uitstekende prestaties de norm worden, op een paar zeldzame uitzonderingen na.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is een uitdaging om de doelstellingen en de belangrijkste resultaten te realiseren. Elk teamlid en elk team binnen een organisatie moet zijn potentieel ontsluiten, individueel en collectief om consistent op een hoog niveau van uitmuntendheid te presteren<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Individuen die hun vaardigheden combineren, hun potentieel ontsluiten, elkaar complimenteren en elkaar begrijpen, komen samen als een zeldzaam stukje bijna perfecte kunst dat een lust is voor elk stel ogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iedereen heeft potentieel, zoals Vince Lombardy uitriep: &quot;Potentieel betekent gewoon dat je het nog niet hebt gedaan&quot;. Continu leren, de bereidheid om te leren van mislukkingen, strategie en uitvoering, en onwankelbare toewijding aan een gedeeld doel, evenals andere factoren, worden gecombineerd en gevormd tot de &#039;sleutel&#039; die het potentieel van uw team ontsluit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doelstellingen en belangrijkste resultaten zijn ambitieuze doelen en niet eenvoudig te bereiken. Het leiderschap van elke organisatie doet er goed aan grondig te onderzoeken wat de potenti\u00eble prestaties van teams en individuen blokkeert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is eenvoudig om een visie te schrijven als &#039;We zullen wereldmarktleiders zijn in 2030&#039; en doelstellingen zoals het effectief betreden van nieuwe markten, het is een heel andere zaak om een team rond deze doelen te krijgen en ze te bereiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lees meer over het ontketenen van uw potentieel als individu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2008\/07\/reaching-your-potential\">https:\/\/hbr.org\/2008\/07\/reaching-your-potential<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-blocks-potential\">Wat blokkeert potentieel?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Beperkende overtuigingen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beperkende overtuigingen zoals ik ben niet bekwaam genoeg, &#039;Dit team is goed maar niet zo bekwaam als\u2026.., we zijn maar een klein bedrijf en kunnen niet concurreren, staan prestaties in de weg en beperken je prestatievermogen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of het nu gaat om individuele of collectieve overtuigingen die moeten worden aangepakt, zeer goede vragen om te stellen om de bron van deze overtuigingen te achterhalen, zijn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie heeft je dat verteld? Wie heeft je verteld dat je niet goed genoeg bent? Vaak bestaan er alleen beperkingen in onze eigen geest, omdat het &#039;de innerlijke criticus&#039; is die ons vertelt dat we niet goed genoeg zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als leiders kunnen we het ons niet veroorloven om overtuigingen binnen een team te laten etteren. Het is aan ons om het gedrag van vertrouwen te modelleren, dienovereenkomstig te spreken en onze teams te coachen om beperkende overtuigingen te doorbreken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>recht&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer de overtuiging is gevestigd dat in het algemeen iedereen ons iets verschuldigd is en we recht hebben op alles wat ons is gegeven, en recht hebben op dingen die ons niet zijn gegeven, cre\u00ebren we conflicten en wachten we op anderen om te presteren voordat we het doen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een gevoel van rechten blokkeert prestaties en belemmert samenwerking. De wereld is ons niets verschuldigd, maar wat we anderen verschuldigd zijn, is de allerbeste vorm van onszelf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>schenking<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sommigen geloven dat wanneer een titel aan hen wordt verleend, ze die moeten verdienen en al over alle vereiste kwaliteiten beschikken die nodig zijn voor de titel en daarom de titel niet hoeven te verdienen en er betekenis aan moeten geven door hard en slim te werken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer een individu aan schenking &#039;lijdt&#039;, heeft het geloof het ongelukkige neveneffect dat hij of zij denkt dat hij of zij kan doen wat hij\/zij wil, aangezien de titel als het ware &#039;boven de wet&#039; staat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een gevoel van schenking zorgt ervoor dat mensen &#039;op hun lauweren rusten&#039;, wat een grote negatieve invloed heeft op de prestaties<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>arrogantie (ego)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er is niets mis met een hoog niveau van zelfvertrouwen hebben, in plaats daarvan is het een vereiste voor duurzaam succes, maar geloven dat je beter bent dan alle anderen en geen fouten kunt maken, betekent dat je zelfvertrouwen is veranderd in arrogantie en op een bepaald moment een negatieve invloed zal hebben op je prestaties .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat ontketent potentieel?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Machtiging<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Als we naar de volgende eeuw kijken, zullen leiders degenen zijn die anderen in hun kracht zetten&#039;<\/p>\n<cite>Bill Poorten<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Empowerment is het cre\u00ebren van een omgeving of cultuur waarin anderen op de eenvoudigst mogelijke manier duurzaam succes kunnen behalen. Het is niet om werk voor anderen te doen, maar om het cre\u00ebren van een collaboratieve, creatieve en door teamwerk gedreven omgeving die wordt ondersteund door de benodigde middelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anderen empoweren is ook het bieden van de ondersteuning, coaching en mentoring die nodig zijn om te bereiken. Empowerment gaat ook over &#039;uit de weg gaan&#039;, dat wil zeggen micromanagement zoveel mogelijk vermijden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het gezamenlijk cre\u00ebren van doelstellingen, belangrijkste resultaten en ondersteunende taken, waarbij ieders inbreng wordt verkregen en gewaardeerd, is bijvoorbeeld een krachtige oefening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Inzet<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het tegenovergestelde van toewijding is de staat van apathie. Apathie betekent eenvoudigweg dat het individu er niet echt om geeft en alleen zal proberen net genoeg te doen om niet ontslagen te worden. Een essentieel onderdeel van de mate van betrokkenheid van teamleden is hun betrokkenheid bij de organisatie en haar doelstellingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is een individuele beslissing in welke mate een individu zich zal inzetten. Deze beslissing wordt echter be\u00efnvloed door verschillende factoren waarover de leiding van een organisatie controle heeft, zoals, maar niet beperkt tot:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-qubely-advancedlist qubely-block-4ec96e\"><div class=\"qubely-block-advanced-list  qubely-alignment-left\"><ul class=\"qubely-list qubely-list-type-unordered qubely-list-bullet-check-circle-outline\"><li>De helderheid en geest van communicatie binnen de organisatie<\/li><li>Duidelijkheid van doelen, doelstellingen en belangrijkste resultaten, KPI&#039;s en taken<\/li><li>Beloning en erkenning<\/li><li>Kwaliteit van coaching en ondersteuning<\/li><li>Een heldere en inspirerende visie en doel<\/li><li>Een systeem van gedeelde waarden dat duidelijke en positieve gedragsnormen cre\u00ebert<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Doel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het collectieve doel van een bedrijf in de schoonheidsindustrie kan zijn om mensen (de consument) zich zelfverzekerd en mooi te laten voelen en meer van het leven te laten genieten. Als dit doel oprecht is, vaak wordt besproken, en een groot percentage van de werknemers van het bedrijf dit doel in hun hart draagt, zal het de energieniveaus van teamleden verhogen om te presteren als:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een gevoel van doelgerichtheid geeft betekenis aan het werk en maakt het effectiever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vertrouwen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is essentieel dat teamleden zelfverzekerd zijn, maar ook vertrouwen hebben in elkaar en in de organisatie. Wanneer zelftwijfel de overhand heeft, worden de prestaties drastisch be\u00efnvloed en wordt het steeds moeilijker om de doelstellingen en belangrijkste resultaten van het bedrijf te bereiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teamleden moeten worden begeleid naar een hoog niveau van zelfvertrouwen en worden gecoacht wanneer het laag is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is onze plicht als leiders om impactvolle bedrijven te cre\u00ebren en om impactvol te zijn, moeten we het potentieel van onze teamleden ontketenen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
