resultaten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naar <a href=\"https:\/\/acquirent.com\/blog-article\/how-to-multiply-your-sales-in-a-short-time\/\"><strong>de omzet vermenigvuldigen<\/strong><\/a> op een duurzame manier en behaal de omzet van uw bedrijf. Doelstellingen en belangrijkste resultaten gaan over meer dan alleen het verbeteren van uw product en het trainen van uw verkoopteam in de modernste verkoopmethoden. Verkoopkampioenen hebben een gunstige omgeving voor prestaties nodig en de juiste doelstellingen en belangrijkste resultaten kunnen hen daarin voorzien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het opbouwen van relaties en een solide en duurzame after-sales service-ervaring moeten deel uitmaken van &#039;het verkoopprestatie-ecosysteem&#039;, omdat ze consistente resultaten mogelijk maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verkoop- en marketing-OKR&#039;s kunnen het silo-effect tussen de marketing- en verkoopafdeling effectief doorbreken. Het is de moeite waard om het klantenserviceteam te betrekken bij het cre\u00ebren van een synergetische en samenwerkende &#039;taskforce&#039; om de doelstelling van een duurzame omzetstijging te verwezenlijken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nadat ik verkoopteams in verschillende landen en talloze sectoren had gecoacht, vond ik het erg nuttig om de verkoop-, marketing- en klantenserviceteams gezamenlijk een training te geven die ik &#039;communicatie met een ROI (return on investment)&#039; noem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een <a href=\"https:\/\/acquire.io\/blog\/increase-automotive-sales\">geval van de auto-industrie<\/a> studie.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Doelstelling: De verkoopprestaties van de showrooms verhogen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een eenvoudig begin om de verkoopprestaties in een autoshowroom te verbeteren zou zijn om de hele &#039;waardeketen&#039; van de ervaring van potenti\u00eble klanten uit elkaar te halen, het &#039;touchpoint&#039; van elke klant te identificeren en te isoleren, en dit te optimaliseren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De waardeketen begint wanneer de potenti\u00eble koper het marketingmateriaal van de autofabrikanten ervaart. Wanneer de prospect belt om de eerste vraag te stellen, ontstaat de eerste persoonlijke interactie, en de interactie van de receptionist met de prospect telt en doet er toe. Hun aanpak kan de taak om de auto daadwerkelijk te verkopen eenvoudiger of juist steeds lastiger maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De look en feel van de showrooms, de kwaliteit van de koffie in de wachtkamers, de wifi-snelheid en het leesmateriaal dat beschikbaar is tijdens het wachten, en andere touchpoints vormen de context voor het succes of falen van de verkoopster of man. Al deze elementen brengen op subtiele of directe wijze een boodschap over aan de potenti\u00eble koper en be\u00efnvloeden tot op zekere hoogte hun aankoopbeslissing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Doel gekoppeld aan verkoopdoelstellingen en belangrijkste resultaten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gary verkoopt geen auto&#039;s; in zijn hoofd en hart verkoopt hij veilige en plezierige reiservaringen naar bestemmingen voor gezinnen. Hij gelooft dit; hij &#039;voelt&#039; dit. Gary zal waarschijnlijk beter presteren dan degenen die auto&#039;s verkopen puur om in zijn levensonderhoud te voorzien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Koppel zoveel mogelijk taken die zijn toegewezen aan verkoopgerichte kernresultaten aan een goed gedefinieerd en inspirerend doel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Veranker het bedrijfswaardensysteem in het verkoopproces<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Voorbeeld: Integriteit als kernwaarde<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Winnen en verkopen \u2018ten koste van alles\u2019, vooral als het gaat om het overschrijden van waarden, loopt normaal gesproken niet goed af. Maak de waarden van het verkoopproces ononderhandelbaar en neem ze zelfs op in de functiebeschrijvingen van de teams. Verkoopteamleden moeten ook worden gecoacht in hoe ze moeten handelen volgens het waardensysteem van het bedrijf<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Communicatie met een ROI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Echte verkoopkampioenen respecteren elke prospect door te communiceren op basis van zijn of haar persoonlijkheid en een goede verstandhouding op te bouwen. Zorg voor hen als mensen en hun behoeften. Uitstekende verkopers zijn meesters in het stellen van vragen. Als je spreekt, leer je niets, maar als je diep luistert, leer je boekdelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minimaliseer uitspraken, maar als u ze doet, zorg er dan voor dat ze als verkoper meetellen \u2013 vooral door uw uitspraken direct af te stemmen op de vastgestelde behoeften en wensen van de prospect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het benadrukken van de productvoordelen in relatie tot de directe positieve impact op het leven van de prospect, in plaats van een lijst met kenmerken op te noemen, is een tactiek die waarschijnlijk een hoger rendement op de investering zal opleveren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verkoop OKR-voorbeelden<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR&#039;s zijn een protocol voor het stellen van gezamenlijke doelen. (wat impliceert dat energieke en geanimeerde individuen beter verkopen). Zijn antwoord was eenvoudig maar had toch een diepgaand effect op mij: &#039;energie in de verkoop is geen handelswaar om te verkopen, maar het is onze plicht om positieve energie aan onze klanten te geven als een geschenk om hun ervaring te verbeteren&#039;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In \u00e9\u00e9n zin verwijderde deze wijze man de nadruk op energiek zijn, puur om beter te
