id=\"h-strong-leadership-is-a-requirement-for-performance-and-okr-frameworks-to-be-sustainable\">Sterk leiderschap is een vereiste voor prestatie- en okr-kaders om duurzaam te zijn<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In de oudheid griften dichters en songwriters de prestaties van leiders in de hoofden van mensen. Momenteel delen sociale media en verschillende andere platforms de daden of verklaringen van leiders over de hele wereld. OKR-frameworks, hoewel uitstekende prestatiekatalysatoren, zijn op zichzelf niet voldoende om duurzame prestaties te garanderen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zowel de aanwezigheid van sterk leiderschap als de afwezigheid daarvan heeft verschillende gevolgen, die gevolgen zijn door iedereen in een of andere vorm ervaren en worden in het openbaar getoond, genoten of geleden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maar als het zo eenvoudig was om eerst te defini\u00ebren wat een leider is en vervolgens daadwerkelijk een leider te zijn, dan zou iedereen dat zijn. Over de hele wereld worden talloze pogingen ondernomen om meer leiders te cre\u00ebren, door middel van cursussen, programma&#039;s en mentorschap.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De leiderschapstheorie is relatief eenvoudig te begrijpen, maar de praktische toepassing van leiderschapsprincipes is geen eenvoudige zaak. Waarschijnlijk zal een meerderheid van de mensen in de zakenwereld het erover eens zijn dat sterk en effectief leiderschap een vereiste is voor duurzaam succes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leiderschap en duurzaam presteren<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Google schrijft zijn succes niet alleen toe aan OKR-frameworks, maar ook aan sterk leiderschap en een op waarden gebaseerde cultuur. Alle ge\u00efsoleerde pogingen om de prestaties te verbeteren, bijvoorbeeld door alleen te focussen op OKR&#039;s of andere prestatiekaders, zullen waarschijnlijk mislukken, aangezien deze methode onwetend is van het feit dat er veel elementen zijn voor duurzame prestaties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039; Een geweldig persoon trekt geweldige mensen aan en weet ze bij elkaar te houden &#039;<\/p>\n<cite>Johan Wolfgang von Goethe<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Terwijl we aan de reis beginnen om een toekomstige gewenste toestand te realiseren, doen zich verschillende obstakels voor, waarvan sommige externe krachten zijn, zoals plotselinge veranderingen in de markt, en sommige interne culturele kwesties van het bedrijf.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Binnen sommige kringen van de human resources-broederschap wordt het &#039;postcovid-tijdperk&#039; bestempeld als &#039;het grote ontslag&#039;, aangezien steeds meer mensen de impact van hun baan op de samenleving evalueren en hoe hun baan hun welzijn en geestelijke gezondheid be\u00efnvloedt.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wederkerigheid is een centraal punt geworden \u2013 Over het algemeen zullen mensen alleen om een bedrijf geven als het bedrijf echt om hen geeft. Het is totaal onrealistisch geworden om te verwachten dat mensen zich bekommeren om de visie en het doel van het bedrijf als het bedrijf zich niet bekommert om de persoonlijke visie en het persoonlijke doel van het individu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Decennia geleden waren sprekers en schrijvers gericht op publiek leiderschap en human resources al onvermurwbaar in hun verhandelingen over &#039;eerst proberen te begrijpen voordat ze begrepen willen worden en veel praten over &#039;zachte vaardigheden zoals communicatie en coaching om werknemers te ondersteunen bij hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling en loopbaantrajecten&#039;. . Je kunt perfect zijn in het stellen van doelen en het opstellen van perfecte OKR-kaders, maar de juiste communicatie en cultuur moeten aanwezig zijn ter ondersteuning van de prestaties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is gemakkelijk om over deze zaken te praten, het is een andere zaak om ervoor te zorgen dat het in de praktijk wordt toegepast. Ego&#039;s, angsten, uitdagingen, misverstanden, vooroordelen en rechten zijn slechts enkele van een lange lijst van hoge hindernissen die groot opdoemen voor het concept van duurzame prestatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In de context van het bovenstaande zou ik leiderschap willen defini\u00ebren als:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een praktische demonstratie van de wijsheid om mensen te prikkelen en te inspireren rond een gedeelde visie, doel en waardensysteem en om samen te bereiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duurzame prestaties gaan in grote lijnen over sterk dienend leiderschap, bedrijfscultuur en het managen van ambitieuze prestatiekaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welke Wolf ga jij het meest voeren?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Volgens Neuroscience heeft de gemiddelde mens ongeveer 50.000 gedachten per dag, waarvan 70% negatief zijn. Negatieve gedachten versterken ego&#039;s, angsten, uitdagingen, vooroordelen en rechten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Echte en sterke dienende leiders zijn over het algemeen optimisten. Een optimist zijn hoeft niet te betekenen dat je het negatieve moet ontkennen, je kiest er gewoon voor om je meer op het positieve te concentreren en de meest effectieve oplossingen voor het negatieve te vinden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Boeddhistische leraren hebben de menselijke geest vergeleken met een wilde aap die snel rent en doelloos van richting verandert. Dat is de toestand van de menselijke geest totdat deze wordt beheerst - en alleen jij kunt je eigen geest beheersen, niemand kan of zal het ooit voor je doen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laten we ter illustratie de ene &#039;wolf&#039; positief noemen en de andere negatief, en beide &#039;wolven&#039; leven in je geest. Deze twee wolven staan tegenover elkaar in een laatste gevecht. Wie zal er winnen? Het antwoord is simpel: degene die je het meest voedt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Echte dienende leiders voeden de &#039;positieve wolf&#039; het meest, maar ontkennen niet dat er een strijd gaande is tussen de twee wolven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De leiderschapsmentaliteit.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoe je wakker wordt, wordt grotendeels bepaald door hoe je de vorige nacht bent gaan slapen (met een positieve, rustige en ontspannen geest of met een onrustige en negatieve geest). Een groeiend aantal &#039;goeroes&#039; op het gebied van leiderschap, mindset en prestaties leren een ochtendritueel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ik raad te sterk een ochtendritueel aan om de geest te concentreren, maar een sterkere aanbeveling is om een avondritueel te hebben om kalmte, positiviteit en ontspanning te garanderen. Ochtendrituelen doen er niet zoveel toe als je wakker wordt met een overweldigde en negatieve geest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ik raad je ook aan om je rituelen af te stemmen op wat je echt leuk vindt en jezelf niet te dwingen om &#039;s ochtends of voordat je naar bed gaat dingen te doen die je haat. Ik bied hier alleen flexibele en vereenvoudigde richtlijnen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Laat je avond- en ochtendrituelen geen &#039;tijdslast&#039; worden. 10 \u2013 20 minuten is voldoende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Doe \u00e9\u00e9n ding dat je geest kalmeert, wat dat ook is, het kan meditatie, gebed, naar muziek luisteren, lezen, ademhalingsoefeningen, enz. zijn, gedurende een paar minuten &#039;s avonds voor het slapengaan en&#039; s ochtends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Doe &#039;s ochtends \u00e9\u00e9n ding dat de bloedcirculatie activeert, dit kan een paar push-ups zijn, een beetje yoga of een paar minuten boksen tegen een bokszak. Dit gaat niet over lichaamsbeweging voor meer conditie en afvallen, dit is puur om de &#039;feel good&#039;-hormonen in het lichaam te activeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Concentreer uw geest &#039;s ochtends, voordat u zich bezighoudt met uw normale gewoonten zoals het zetten van uw koffie of ontbijt. Ik moedig leiders die ik coach aan om ofwel diep te luisteren naar een opname van hun persoonlijke en bedrijfsvisie, doel, waarden, OKR-kaders en te visualiseren het zo duidelijk mogelijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sterke leiders hebben een groeimindset en strekken hun geest, vaardigheden en mensen uit naar prestatie. Vaak. De dienende leider ondersteunt en coacht hun mensen en voert geen bevel en controle uit over hun teamleden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wat moet ik doen om u zo goed mogelijk te ondersteunen? is een goede vraag om te stellen aan degenen die je coacht. Hoe kunnen we samenwerken om dit te bereiken? is een ander.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Betekent dit argument dat dienende leiders &#039;walkovers&#039; zijn en gemakkelijk te manipuleren? Nee, zeker niet - een echte dienende leider zal niet onderhandelen over het waardesysteem van het bedrijf en zal &#039;de tafel verlaten als respect niet langer gediend is&#039;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sterke leiders zijn onverzadigbare leerlingen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leiders stoppen nooit met leren, zelfs niet als ze falen, en weten dat de onvermoeibare toepassing van leren uiteindelijk zal resulteren in wijsheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daarin schuilt de uitdaging: leiders worden vaak voorgesteld als uitstekende redenaars, maar je leert niets als je spreekt, je leert alleen als je echt luistert. Het stellen van goed geformuleerde vragen leidt tot een antwoord, en het antwoord is een waardevolle bron van leermateriaal als u dat wenst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een visie, toekomstgerichte doelstellingen, waarden en doelgerichtheid zijn de &#039;gezonde obsessies&#039; van een dienend leider.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ware inspiratie komt van iets hogers dan het zelf. Een echte dienende leider heeft een visie, toekomstgerichte doelstellingen, waarden en doel hoog in het vaandel staan en legt zichzelf er als norm verantwoordelijk voor voordat iemand anders er zelfs
