(En wat te doen aan weerstand tegen verandering)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp; &nbsp; Je bent ge\u00efnspireerd. U heeft opwindende &#039;uitgebreide doelstellingen&#039; opgesteld en belangrijke resultaten voor het laatste kwartaal van het jaar ondersteund, maar ontdekt dat een groot deel van uw team tekenen vertoont van verzet tegen het implementatieproces.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je energie wordt systematisch leeggezogen als je er niet in slaagt om keer op keer de sterke en versterkte barri\u00e8re van weerstand tegen verandering te overwinnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hier komt de &#039;redder van de dag&#039;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het grootste gevaar in tijden van turbulentie is niet de turbulentie; het is om te handelen met de logica van gisteren<\/p>\n<cite>Peter drucker<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Het is natuurlijk&#039;, glimlacht de veranderleider-adviseur nadat hem het hele scenario en de neveneffecten van weerstand tegen verandering zijn uitgelegd.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dMensen zijn wezens van comfort en verandering is het tegenovergestelde, het heeft de neiging erg ongemakkelijk te zijn&#039;, legde hij uit. Gewoon je team vertellen dat ze hun gedrag moeten veranderen, heeft waarschijnlijk geen enkel effect.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meneer Consultant zag de frustratie op uw gezicht culmineren in een enorme en ernstige frons en hij besefte dat het tijd werd om u een uitweg te bieden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Betrokkenheid van belanghebbenden en weerstand tegen verandering<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hij veranderde zijn glimlach in een serieuze blik: &#039;Betrek alle belanghebbenden met zowel empathie als enthousiasme bij de implementatie van OKR&#039;s. Gebruik empathie aangezien verandering moeilijk is, benader ze tegelijkertijd met opwinding en leg duidelijk de impact uit op de samenleving, de persoonlijke impact op hen en de impact op het bedrijf wanneer de OKR&#039;s worden gerealiseerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ze moeten OKR&#039;s begrijpen en de afstemming op de bedrijfsvisie realiseren en enthousiast zijn over de positieve impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U weet al wie de luidste voorstanders zijn van de implementatie van OKR&#039;s. Maak van hen uw veranderingskampioenen en coach ze om de lunchgesprekken met anderen rond OKR&#039;s positief te veranderen. Zorg ervoor dat ze dit initiatief publiekelijk steunen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Identificeer onmiddellijk, voor zover mogelijk, degenen die zich verzetten en begin met individuele coachingcycli. Deze coaching moet plaatsvinden in een omgeving van empathie en samenwerking. Sta stevig op de visie, waarden en doelstellingen van het bedrijf.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vier de kleine overwinningen terwijl u begint met het uitvoeren van taken die zijn afgestemd op de belangrijkste resultaten en doelstellingen en mislukkingen omzet in leerervaringen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Houd wekelijkse check-ins en zorg ervoor dat de omgeving rond deze vergaderingen positief, zorgzaam en samenwerking bevorderend is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Algemene vormen van weerstand tegen verandering<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Passieve weerstand - Niet-vocale weerstand. Weerstand wordt geboden in de vorm van non-actie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actief verzet \u2013 Openlijk uitspreken tegen de uitvoering van initiatieven. Stakingen en demonstraties kunnen ook zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gewelddadig verzet \u2013 Agressief verzet. Dit kan verbaal en\/of fysiek geweld zijn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bestempel niet elk optreden van niet-handelen als luiheid. Het kan gewoon een demonstratie van passief verzet zijn. Als leider moet je mensen aan het woord laten. tegelijkertijd ben je de bewaker van de cultuur van het bedrijf als leider, dus als er klachten zijn, vraag het team dan onmiddellijk om positieve oplossingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Veelvoorkomende redenen voor weerstand tegen de implementatie van OKR&#039;s<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afgezien van de angst voor &#039;wat nieuw en ongemakkelijk is&#039;, kunnen teamleden zich verzetten tegen de implementatie van OKR&#039;s wanneer ze het gevoel hebben dat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Ze hadden geen inbreng bij het bepalen van de doelstellingen en belangrijkste resultaten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Ze hadden geen gelegenheid om hun zorgen te uiten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Ze waren niet goed ge\u00efnformeerd en begrijpen het doel van het introduceren van doelstellingen en belangrijkste resultaten niet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* er was geen mogelijkheid om samen te werken en ze kregen alleen te horen welke taken ze moesten uitvoeren<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* ze waren niet goed opgeleid in de implementatie van OKR&#039;s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* het is gewoon weer een &#039;rage&#039; en dat &#039;ook voorbij zal gaan&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lees het volgende informatieve artikel over hoe participatie en andere methoden weerstand tegen verandering in het algemeen kunnen bestrijden: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">https:\/\/hbr.org\/1969\/01\/how-to-deal-with-resistance-to-change<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stimuleer inspiratie, creativiteit en samenwerking tijdens alle OKR-cycli<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Informeer en train uw teams goed over de implementatie en duurzame praktijken van doelstellingen en kernresultatencycli. Formuleer vragen die samenwerking bevorderen tijdens check-ins en luister aandachtig naar feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inspireer het team door consistente herinneringen aan de impact van hun werk en vier teamoverwinningen en individuele verbeteringen in het openbaar. Zorg ervoor dat prestaties goed en eerlijk worden beloond en dat niet-prestaties worden gecoacht met een evenwichtige benadering van empathie en vastberadenheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
