In dit schrijven zal de focus liggen op de drie belangrijkste en meest impactvolle lessen die ik heb geleerd over doelstellingen en belangrijkste resultaten. Een sterk doel is de basis voor excellentie in OKR-implementatie. Dat en andere lessen zullen verder worden onderzocht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zowel de concepten van persoonlijke als zakelijke prestaties hebben me altijd gefascineerd. Ik heb me door de jaren heen volledig gerealiseerd dat er een heel ecosysteem is waarmee rekening moet worden gehouden bij het cre\u00ebren van een prestatiestrategie en dat geen enkel element van het ecosysteem op zichzelf duurzame prestaties veroorzaakt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is de synergetische toepassing van alle prestatie-elementen die zorgt voor duurzame en indrukwekkende resultaten. Het is een belangrijk stuk, maar het blijft een stuk dat bij anderen moet passen om ervoor te zorgen dat de foto zo perfect mogelijk is<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 belangrijke lessen over OKR&#039;s<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;Belangrijkste les 1: Begin op de juiste manier.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hypothetisch gesproken zou je &#039;s werelds beste OKR-coach in dienst kunnen nemen en nog steeds falen als OKRS wordt ingezet binnen een giftige cultuur. U kunt ook perfect scoren bij het vaststellen van de juiste OKR&#039;s, maar als er geen echte inspiratie en een sterk doel als basis is, is het onwaarschijnlijk dat uw bedrijf duurzaam presteert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over het algemeen zijn mensen resistent tegen verandering. Als je om verandering vraagt, vraag je mensen om buiten de grenzen van hun comfortzone te treden. Je be\u00efnvloedt ze om sommige van hun gewoonten te veranderen, wat erg moeilijk is, aangezien we gewoontedieren zijn.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een sterk doel als zeer goede en krachtige reden voor mensen om de veranderingsinspanning serieus te nemen, kan een solide basis zijn voor het succesvol introduceren van een OKR-raamwerk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer mensen niet erg duidelijk zijn over de reden waarom nieuwe prestatiekaders worden ge\u00efntroduceerd, zal het erg moeilijk voor hen zijn om zelfverzekerd actie te ondernemen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De eerste stap als het gaat om het betrekken van belanghebbenden moet het doel van de nieuwe doelstellingen en de belangrijkste resultaten zijn en dit op een inspirerende manier doen. Het doel of de doelen moeten gezamenlijk door het team worden gecre\u00eberd om buy-in te krijgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Belangrijkste les 2. Co-cre\u00eber en werk samen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is gewoon menselijk om je onder druk gezet te voelen en als tegenmaatregel om mensen te vertellen wat ze moeten doen zonder discussies te voeren om dingen sneller voor elkaar te krijgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het algemene probleem is dat mensen vertellen wat ze moeten doen in hoge mate contraproductief kan zijn \u2013&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Mensen hebben het gevoel dat ze geen stem hebben als ze simpelweg te horen krijgen wat ze moeten doen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Er is geen ruimte voor creativiteit als mensen gewoon orders krijgen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Mensen vermijden eigendom van en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor de idee\u00ebn van anderen die eenvoudigweg aan hen zijn doorgegeven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer creativiteit werd gestimuleerd en de inbreng van teamleden werd gewaardeerd, hadden ze het gevoel dat ze positief hadden bijgedragen aan een collectief en positief resultaat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bekijk de visie van Gallups over hoe performance management zou moeten evolueren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gallup.com\/workplace\/318029\/performance-management-evolve-survive-covid.aspx\">https:\/\/www.gallup.com\/workplace\/318029\/performance-management-evolve-survive-covid.aspx<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kernles 3. Mensen hebben de neiging om niet duurzaam samen te werken als ze daartoe gedwongen worden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uw team inspireren met een sterk gevoel van doelgerichtheid, een opwindende visie en een gevoel van verbondenheid door waarden te delen, culmineert in duurzame samenwerking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR&#039;s zijn toekomstgericht. Als de meerderheid van uw gedachten gericht is op het verleden en u de neiging heeft om vast te houden aan gedrag uit het verleden, zelfs als dit onproductief was, zal een succesvolle implementatie van OKR&#039;s hoogst onwaarschijnlijk, zo niet onmogelijk zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alle taken moeten worden afgestemd op de belangrijkste resultaten, de belangrijkste resultaten moeten op hun beurt worden afgestemd op de doelstellingen, en last but not least, de doelstellingen moeten worden afgestemd op de uiteindelijke visie van het bedrijf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Slechte afstemming veroorzaakt over het algemeen slechte prestaties en zorgt bovendien voor verwarring onder teamleden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kritische vragen die gesteld moeten worden om zoveel mogelijk afstemming te waarborgen, zijn:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Welke consistent uitgevoerde taken zullen ertoe leiden dat ons team de belangrijkste resultaten realiseert?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Als we onze gezamenlijk gecre\u00eberde belangrijkste resultaten realiseren, zou het dan een feit zijn dat we onze doelstelling hebben bereikt?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.
