stellen van doelen. Waarom? \u2013 Wanneer OKR\u2019s effectief worden ingezet, zijn ze toekomstgericht en inspirerend, gebaseerd op samenwerking en creativiteit. OKR\u2019s in de handen van leiders en managers wier hoofd perfect rijmt met hun hart leidt tot een magische prestatie.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ik ben gepassioneerd. Tot welke actie brengt jouw passie je? vraagt Bono.\u201d Als het hart geen perfecte rijm vindt met het hoofd, betekent je passie niets. {OKRs} biedt ons een omgeving voor risico en vertrouwen, wanneer falen geen federale overtreding is&#039;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<cite>Bono-U2<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ik ben opgegroeid met U2 en zag veel gepassioneerde teksten omgezet in ontzagwekkende optredens en recordbrekende albums. Po\u00ebtische frasen trouwden met emotioneel opwekkende gitaarriffs die tot het eeuwige spraken. Drum en baseer het fundamentele ritme als een middel om naar de maan en daarbuiten te reiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Passie is het eerste ingredi\u00ebnt dat in de beker van het stellen van doelen wordt gegoten, maar het is de moeite waard om te herhalen:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Als het hart geen perfecte rijm vindt met het hoofd, betekent je passie niets. Passie die blijft hangen als een verborgen gevoel, verergerd door emotionele gedachten, kan zich niet vertalen in betekenisvolle actie die de koers van organisaties verandert en de wereld verandert. Leiders en managers zijn beter als ze gepassioneerd en doelgericht zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Passie moet worden versterkt met structuur om te kunnen floreren. Intrinsiek aan deze structuur moet actie zijn, het soort actie dat uitmuntendheid voortdurend als maatstaf neemt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De structuur mag echter niet te rigide zijn \u2013 zoals Bill James uitriep:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Standaardisering leidt tot rigiditeit en rigiditeit zorgt ervoor dat dingen kapot gaan<\/p>\n<cite>Bill James<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dat spreekt rechtstreeks tot het delicate evenwicht tussen leiderschap (inspiratie) en management (controle). Te veel rigiditeit gedurende langere tijd, ten koste van creativiteit en samenwerking, demotiveert en vermoeit juist de mensen die je nodig hebt om op hun best te zijn.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aan de andere kant zorgen te veel inspiratie en te weinig regels (SOPS, veiligheidsmaatregelen, financi\u00eble controles) voor chaos en schade. Het is inderdaad een kunst om een gezond evenwicht te bereiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Respect voor mensen, oprechte zorg en het delen van waarden en dromen moeten verweven zijn in alle SOPS en andere regels, zodat het doordrenkt wordt met de juiste niveaus van energie om het in stand te houden. Leiders en managers zijn de bewakers van de doelgerichte cultuur van het bedrijf<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een raamwerk voor het stellen van doelen moet flexibel genoeg zijn om samenwerking mogelijk te maken, te kunnen schakelen wanneer dat nodig is, creatieve probleemoplossing te bieden en een positieve groeimindset te laten floreren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er moet een behoorlijke dosis passie en inspiratie door de structuur van het stellen van doelen stromen, zodat het een bron van energie en motivatie kan zijn die culmineert in duurzame prestaties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Omdat OKR-frameworks toekomstgericht en passie-gedreven zijn, gebaseerd op samenwerking en toch gestructureerd, maakt deze hybride van gewoonte en passie het tot de &#039;rockstar van het stellen van doelen&#039;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Waarom presteren sommige Rockstars decennia lang beter dan anderen, en waarom presteren sommige leiders en managers beter dan anderen? \u2013 wanneer de visie en het doel hoger zijn dan het zelf, wanneer waarden gepassioneerde, etherische gedachten gronden en deze transformeren in praktische magie, dan, en alleen dan kan 10x groei niet alleen een mogelijkheid zijn, maar een duurzame realiteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doelstellingen en belangrijkste resultaten beginnen met een sterk waarom (purpose). Dit zorgt voor impact en betekenisvol werk. Omdat doelstellingen toekomstgericht zijn, cre\u00ebert dit opwinding, vooral als het betekenisvol is en ver reikt. De belangrijkste resultaten zijn specifiek en voegen een element van focus toe. Om grootsheid te bereiken is een Lazer-achtige focus vereist en de belangrijkste resultaten zijn belangrijke aandachtspunten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR&#039;s kunnen individueel worden toegepast op zelfontwikkeling, ze kunnen worden toegepast op elke organisatie en zijn niet beperkt door de sector. OKR&#039;s zijn onbeperkt en hebben daarom het bewezen vermogen om te helpen bij 10x groeispurten (Google en verschillende andere casestudy&#039;s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Word een OKR-expert door onze reeks praktische OKR-cursussen te volgen:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/okrinstitute.org\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Net als elk ander prestatiehulpmiddel is het slechts zo goed als de persoon of het team dat het inzet. Leiderschapscapaciteiten zijn de allerbelangrijkste factor als het gaat om de uitvoering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bij een duurzaam bedrijf en\/of bedrijfsprestaties gaat het om een volledig ge\u00efntegreerd ecosysteem van elementen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bij consistente hoge prestaties is het zeer waarschijnlijk dat:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sterk leiderschap is aanwezig (inspiratie)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het management is goed (controles zijn aanwezig)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er wordt een passiegedreven streven naar uitmuntende producten gedeeld<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gedeelde en niet-onderhandelbare waarden worden praktisch toegepast&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Creativiteit en samenwerking worden bevorderd<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nuttige veranderingen worden omarmd en
