prestatiegerichte cultuur te bouwen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Vertrouwen is de basis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simon Sinek, die samenwerkte met Navy Seal-team zes, vertelde dat waarschijnlijk de best opgeleide, meest ervaren en best uitgeruste tactische en speciale oorlogseenheid ter wereld betrouwbaarheid belangrijker vindt dan vaardigheid. Vertrouwen als onderdeel van een praktisch waardesysteem blijkt essentieel te zijn voor prestaties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zijn boodschap was duidelijk: ongeacht het doel en het vaardigheidsniveau van degenen die gezamenlijk het doel nastreven, wanneer teamleden elkaar niet vertrouwen, zullen de prestaties van hetzelfde team eronder lijden en kunnen ze niet volgehouden worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ik geloof dat het eerlijk is om te zeggen dat we ons allemaal kunnen vinden in de boodschap van Simon Sineks, zowel op persoonlijk als op carri\u00e8re-gerelateerd niveau -<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als we iemand niet vertrouwen, zal de relatie in de problemen komen en zal het voorwaartse momentum traag zijn of niet bestaan. Als je jezelf niet kunt vertrouwen omdat je een bewezen staat van dienst hebt in het breken van beloften die je jezelf hebt gedaan, zal je zelfvertrouwen eronder lijden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evenzo, wanneer het vertrouwen binnen een team laag is, zal het vertrouwen in het bereiken van gezamenlijke doelen en doelstellingen hierdoor negatief worden be\u00efnvloed. Laag vertrouwen leidt tot lage betrouwbaarheidsniveaus - Duurzame prestaties en het cre\u00ebren van een krachtige cultuur worden zeer uitdagend, zo niet onmogelijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Communicatie en het cre\u00ebren van een hoogwaardige cultuur.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer een leider of de acties van het leiderschap niet in overeenstemming zijn met hun communicatie, wordt het fundament van vertrouwen geschud en kan onherstelbaar worden geschud als deze situatie aanhoudt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoewel de communicatie binnen teams aanzienlijk kan veranderen door verschillende situaties, zou de communicatie in een organisatie over het algemeen moeten zijn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-qubely-advancedlist qubely-block-6e3505\"><div class=\"qubely-block-advanced-list  qubely-alignment-left\"><ul class=\"qubely-list qubely-list-type-unordered qubely-list-bullet-check\"><li>Kristalhelder<\/li><li>ondersteunend<\/li><li>inspirerend<\/li><li>toekomst gericht<\/li><li>doorspekt met een doel<\/li><li>Resultaatgericht<\/li><li>zo praktisch mogelijk geori\u00ebnteerd<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De lakmoesproef van effectieve communicatie zijn meetbare resultaten en zo snel mogelijk ter zake komen. Langdurige vergaderingen die de aandachtsspanne van aanwezigen te boven gaan, moeten exponentieel worden verwijderd als onderdeel van uw bedrijfscultuur, als u duurzaam succes serieus wilt nemen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Empathie moet de gouden draad zijn die door elke effectieve communicatiestructuur stroomt. Onze teamleden moeten weten en voelen dat ze oprecht worden verzorgd. Empathie moet in balans zijn met vastberadenheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vastberadenheid betekent dat er bepaalde niet-onderhandelbare zaken zijn binnen een prestatiegerichte cultuur:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Om ervoor te zorgen dat het waardesysteem van uw bedrijf geloofwaardig is, mag u geen overtredingen begaan van de principes waar het bedrijf voor staat. (Deze acties moeten prioriteit krijgen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of deze acties en\/of taken op een kanban-bord of een ander visueel managementsysteem terechtkomen, hangt af van de voorkeur en wat echt werkt voor uw team. zolang de bovenstaande acties visueel worden weergegeven, gepland en aandacht krijgen volgens prioriteit, is de kans groot dat ze worden uitgevoerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze afstemming is alleen zowel sterk als duurzaam wanneer teamleden worden ge\u00efnspireerd door een collectief visie- en gedragsbepalend waardesysteem. Wanneer er geweld wordt uitgeoefend om ervoor te zorgen dat er een klacht wordt ingediend tegen het waardesysteem en de visie van het bedrijf, is afstemming waarschijnlijk niet
