class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&quot;Er zijn een paar leiders die ervoor kiezen om te inspireren in plaats van te manipuleren om mensen te motiveren.&quot;<\/p>\n<cite>Simon Sinek<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">David liep door de beveiliging van de wafelfabriek. &#039;Weer een saaie dag, hetzelfde doen op dezelfde manier, dacht en zuchtte hij terwijl hij klokte voor werkdag nummer 2091. Het salaris is in ieder geval ok\u00e9 - hij probeerde een positieve gedachte tussen het bombardement van negativiteit in te brengen .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">David probeerde de productiemanager te ontwijken terwijl hij hamerde op een van de driemaandelijkse doelstellingen om het aantal afwijzingen van kwaliteit te verminderen, maar hij had pech, hij liep eigenlijk een verrassende &#039;stand-up&#039;-bijeenkomst binnen die dezelfde productiemanager had geregeld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er was iets anders, de productiemanager had een grote glimlach op zijn gezicht en zijn ogen straalden van energie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#039;Ja, zoals verwacht zal ik u herinneren aan onze kritieke doelstellingen voor dit kwartaal en de ondersteunende belangrijkste resultaten, maar er is iets dat ik moet delen\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ik heb lang en diep nagedacht over waarom we meer inspanning van jullie als team vragen. Een ding waar ik altijd erg trots op ben geweest, is het aantal banen dat we cre\u00ebren in deze gemeenschap. Het gaat dieper dan dat, voor elke baan die we cre\u00ebren, voeden en versterken we een gezin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Betekenis geven aan werk<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We hebben momenteel meer dan elfduizend werknemers in alle ploegen, wat betekent dat dit bedrijf elfduizend gezinnen in deze gemeenschap voedt. Dat gaat verder dan alleen het betalen van salarissen, dat is echte micro-economische impact, dat is echte maatschappelijke impact. Dit is een cruciaal doel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dat is het echte doel van ons werk, we voeden gezinnen, we sturen kinderen naar school. Daarom kom ik naar mijn werk, daarom draag ik liefde in mijn hart voor wat ik doe. Dat geeft me de energie om doelstellingen en belangrijke resultaten na te streven, want als we ze realiseren, voeden we meer gezinnen terwijl we onze klanten tevreden houden\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Davids natuurlijke en aanvankelijke instinct was om een mentaal schild van negativiteit te cre\u00ebren - &quot;Alleen woorden om ons te manipuleren, geef me gewoon mijn salaris&quot;, was het mentale gebabbel dat door zijn hoofd ging. Toch was het vandaag anders, de woorden van de productieleiders waren oprecht, en het klopte nu David erover nadacht, dit bedrijf voedt elfduizend gezinnen, en ja, dat is iets om trots op te zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De productiemanager dempte zijn stem terwijl de met emoties beladen woorden over zijn tong rolden - &#039;Dus we verminderen niet alleen de kwaliteitsafwijzingen om kosten te besparen. NEE! We verminderen kwaliteitsafwijzingen zodat de elfduizend gezinnen die we voeden trots kunnen zijn op waar we voor staan. Kwaliteit is een familieprincipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Met die woorden steeg de energie in de kamer op een tastbare manier. Een gevoel van doelgerichtheid werd collectief gevoeld. Om teams te inspireren en een positieve groeicultuur aan te moedigen en te koesteren, is een sterk doel, visie en gedeeld waardesysteem nodig als basis om teamleden weg te houden van negativiteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stretchdoelen zoals OKR-kaders zijn per definitie moeilijk te bereiken en de moeilijkheidsgraad neemt toe wanneer teamleden negatief en gedemotiveerd raken. Het sterkste tegengif tegen negativiteit is doelgericht werken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Samen met het opbouwen van vaardigheden en een leercultuur vormt doelgericht werken een krachtige combinatie voor het bereiken van doelstellingen en belangrijke resultaten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het hebben van een sterke toekomstvisie, ondersteund door doelgerichte
