class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoe u Leading en Lagging indicatoren toepast in drie eenvoudige stappen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zie een bedrijf als een auto. Wat je ook in de achteruitkijkspiegel ziet, het zijn achterblijvende indicatoren. Wat ons te wachten staat, zijn leidende indicatoren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bernard Marr<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. We kunnen alleen toepassen wat we begrijpen \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Het verschil begrijpen tussen leidende en achterblijvende indicatoren.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een belangrijk onderdeel van prestatiebeheer is het meten van de acties van teamleden met behulp van leidende en achterblijvende indicatoren. Ten eerste gaat succesvol presteren vooral over de uitvoering van de strategie. De focus van OKR-raamwerken ligt op leidende indicatoren en in het geval van KPI&#039;s vooral op achterblijvende indicatoren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gerichte acties die worden geprioriteerd op basis van de impact ervan in relatie tot de visie, doelstellingen en andere doelen van het bedrijf, resulteren meestal in consistente prestaties. Het meten van geprioriteerde acties moet een aandachtspunt zijn als het gaat om prestatiebeheer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over het algemeen gaat prestatiemeting in de eerste plaats over het instellen van de juiste doelstellingen en indicatoren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voorlopende indicatoren zijn ambitieus en toekomstgericht. Achterblijvende indicatoren observeren prestaties uit het verleden. Om een toekomstig doel te bereiken, moeten we leidende indicatoren formuleren ter ondersteuning daarvan en de voortgang in de richting van hetzelfde doel volgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A \u2013 Een voorbeeld van een achterblijvende indicator<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het beoordelen van het verkoopgemiddelde van een teamlid (gesloten deals als percentage van consultaties) is een achterblijvende indicator omdat het de prestaties in het verleden meet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B \u2013 Een voorbeeld van een leidende indicator<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verhoogde of verbeterde gebruikers-\/klanttevredenheid zoals gemeten door een enqu\u00eate en andere resultaten, zoals bijvoorbeeld het vereenvoudigen van de afrekenstappen voor online aankopen, zijn toekomstige verbeteringsgerichte indicatoren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uit het bovenstaande zou duidelijk moeten worden dat leidende indicatoren meer proactief, toekomstgericht, inspirerend en strategisch zijn.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Zowel OKR Frameworks als KPI&#039;s toepassen <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is goed om historische prestaties zoals verkopen te meten; tegelijkertijd is het goed om toekomstgerichte voortgang en verbeteringen bij te houden die ook tot betere verkoopcijfers zouden leiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een OKR-raamwerk kan worden gebruikt om een ongezonde KPI (achterblijvende indicator) te &#039;genezen&#039;, wat bewijst dat de interactie en integratie van een OKR-raamwerk en KPI&#039;s een vruchtbare oefening kan zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bekijk een tool voor prestatiebeheer zoals FlowyTeam die zowel OKR-frameworks als KPI&#039;s implementeert:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/flowyteam.com\/\">https:\/\/flowyteam.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&#039;Verander met kogels, niet met bommen&#039; \u2013 Te veel informatie en proberen om te veel indicatoren bij te houden kan overweldigend zijn. Plan de te gebruiken indicatoren zorgvuldig (volgens hun impact) en beperk ze.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als je bijvoorbeeld een doel hebt bepaald, maar de zaken ingewikkelder maakt door acht sleutelresultaten toe te wijzen aan dat ene doel, kan dit heel goed leiden tot &#039;analyseverlamming&#039;. Daarmee wordt het doel om zelfs maar een prestatiekader te hebben teniet gedaan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoe meer doelstellingen, belangrijkste resultaten en KPI&#039;s u hebt gecombineerd met takenlijsten, hoe kleiner de kans op uitvoering. Als het gaat om prestatiekaders, kunt u zich het beste concentreren op minder maar zeer impactvolle statistieken die u dichter bij het bereiken van uw ultieme bedrijfsvisie brengen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Zorg voor uitvoering van de strategie<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Geef prioriteit aan taken en acties die qua resultaat het meeste opleveren. Inspirerende communicatie, regelmatige check-ins en ondersteuning kunnen een grote bijdrage leveren aan de uitvoering. Zo wordt niet alleen de uitvoering gewaarborgd, maar ook de kwaliteit ervan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prioriteiten, afstemming en eenvoud zijn kritische elementen van de uitvoering waarmee rekening moet worden gehouden bij het maken van een actieplan. Het is een goede strategie om te overwegen om uitvoering altijd op te nemen in elk strategisch plan. Na afronding van de planningsfase, ook al zijn het kleine stappen, is het van cruciaal belang dat er onmiddellijk actie wordt ondernomen. Eventuele vertragingen veroorzaken niet alleen een verlies aan momentum, maar vergroten ook de dreiging dat ze helemaal niet worden uitgevoerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Indicatoren zijn immers alleen geldig als er iets te meten is.
