Teamleden die puur voor het verdienen van een salaris naar hun werk gaan, zijn vaak gedemotiveerd en ondernemen traag of geen actie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer echte leiders en sterke managers teamleden betrekken, doen ze er goed aan te onthouden dat het niveau van inspiratie van hun medeteamleden hun verantwoordelijkheid is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&quot;Je team laten verlangen naar de verre en eindeloze zee&quot; betekent de meeslepende en inspirerende visie van het bedrijf aan teamleden &quot;verkopen&quot; en ervoor te zorgen dat ze zich er volledig voor inzetten. Karakter is het tegenovergestelde van imago \u2013 imago is wat we willen dat mensen van ons denken; karakter is wie we werkelijk zijn. Wanneer leiders handelen met moed, vastberadenheid, competentie en integriteit, bevorderen ze het vertrouwen tussen teamleden. Wanneer deze acties consistent zijn, kan volledig vertrouwen worden gewekt bij alle belanghebbenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer strategische doelstellingen aan het team worden gepresenteerd, &#039;filteren&#039; ze de informatie door hun niveau van vertrouwen in het leiderschap, door hun emoties, overtuigingen en angsten. Het is proactief leiderschap om ervoor te zorgen dat al het bovenstaande consequent wordt aangepakt door middel van leiderschapsgedrag, coaching en integere communicatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Met halve inspanningen of halfslachtige toezeggingen kan heel weinig worden bereikt. Leiders moeten het levende voorbeeld zijn van hun volledige toewijding aan het bereiken van OKR&#039;s en andere relevante macro- of microdoelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apathie (onverschillig) is het tegenovergestelde van commitment en alleen actief bezig zijn zorgt ook niet voor excellente prestaties. Alleen echte toewijding waarbij alle middelen worden ingezet voor hun maximale positieve kracht om OKR&#039;s te bereiken, genereert een hoge mate van zekerheid van duurzame prestaties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-executive-summary\"><strong>Managementsamenvatting<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ge\u00efnspireerd en doelgericht werken vormt een krachtige combinatie voor het bereiken van uitstekende OKR-resultaten. Uitstekend managementleiderschap is een essenti\u00eble vereiste om de bovengenoemde resultaten te bereiken. Competentie, karakter en toewijding zijn belangrijke karaktereigenschappen van een effectieve manager-leider die consequent moeten worden toegepast als middel om duurzame resultaten te
