Deze problemen beginnen het aanvankelijke hoge niveau van opwinding weg te nemen en veranderen de teamdynamiek. In eerste instantie heeft uw team vertrouwen in OKR Performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De tijd leert dat er uitdagingen zijn op het gebied van productcertificering die de introductie ervan op de markt vertragen. Marketingkosten en gerelateerde uitgaven stapelen zich op voordat er \u00e9\u00e9n producteenheid is verkocht. De opwinding begint af te nemen nu het besef begint door te dringen dat de inkomsten van de waargenomen commissies niet alleen worden uitgesteld maar ook bedreigd. Als gevolg hiervan komen de OKR-prestaties van het team in een neerwaartse spiraal terecht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opwinding is altijd goed, maar als deze niet wordt ondersteund door een serieuze toewijding aan de visie, waarden en OKR&#039;s van het bedrijf, zal deze beginnen te verdwijnen zodra zich uitdagingen voordoen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opwinding is nooit genoeg; onthoud altijd dat oprechte en sterke betrokkenheidsniveaus in combinatie met opwinding een krachtige combinatie vormen bij het bereiken van OKR&#039;s, doelen en KPI&#039;s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cre\u00eber enthousiasme door innovatie en voortdurende verbetering en stimuleer altijd een afgestemde betrokkenheid door de betrokkenheid van belanghebbenden, een sterk en gedeeld waardensysteem en een inspirerende visie en doel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U kunt hier meer lezen over de exponenti\u00eble waarde van toezeggingen die zijn gedaan en nagekomen door management en teamleden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2003\/06\/managing-by-commitments\">https:\/\/hbr.org\/2003\/06\/managing-by-commitments<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Een gebrek aan prioriteiten leidt tot een gebrek aan focus.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actie overtreft filosofie als het gaat om het behalen van succes, maar daar zitten kleine lettertjes in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Geprioriteerde en zorgvuldig afgewogen actie zal waarschijnlijk tot duurzaam succes leiden. Actie louter omwille van de actie zal niet volstaan en zal uiteindelijk leiden tot verlies van focus en urgentie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vier oprecht de &#039;kleine overwinningen op weg naar het verwezenlijken van uw OKR&#039;s en visie en beloon specifiek acties die het hoogste investeringsrendement opleveren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het Pareto-principe is van toepassing: het is gebruikelijk dat slechts 20% van de ondernomen acties 80% van de resultaten oplevert. Het is de plicht van het leiderschap om erachter te komen welke acties precies de meeste resultaten opleveren en daar een sterke focus op te leggen. Door het Pareto-principe effectief te gebruiken, kunnen de OKR-prestaties enorm worden verbeterd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Foutopsporing in plaats van oplossingsgericht denken<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Volgens de neurowetenschappen heeft de gemiddelde mens meer dan 70.000 gedachten per dag, waarvan meer dan 70% negatief zijn. Als gevolg hiervan is het een natuurlijke menselijke neiging om zich te concentreren op het vinden van fouten, wat niet noodzakelijkerwijs altijd slecht is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zolang uw bedrijfscultuur van dien aard is dat teamleden zowel worden aangemoedigd als be\u00efnvloed om met oplossingen te komen en deze succesvol te implementeren, is het opsporen van fouten eigenlijk een positief element.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het opsporen van fouten zonder de onmiddellijke toepassing van mogelijke oplossingen cre\u00ebert een negatieve spiraal en veroorzaakt op termijn onherstelbare schade aan de bedrijfscultuur. Sta eenvoudigweg niet toe dat teamleden negatieve tirades uiten zonder met oplossingen te komen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer oplossingen die door teamleden zijn aangedragen, worden ge\u00efmplementeerd en tot succes leiden, beloon ze dan rijkelijk voor hun &#039;resultaatgerichte creativiteit&#039;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Managementsamenvatting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er doen zich uitdagingen voor bij het overwegen van consistente en uitstekende prestaties als het gaat om het behalen van OKR&#039;s en andere maatstaven. Er kunnen talloze \u2018rode vlaggen\u2019 verschijnen, maar de belangrijkste die moeten worden aangepakt zijn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Veel enthousiasme, maar weinig toewijding<\/li><li>Een gebrek aan prioriteitstelling<\/li><li>Foutopsporing in isolatie<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"inherit-container-width wp-block-group is-layout-constrained
