class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Een paradigmaverschuiving van kiezen voor winst ten koste van mensen naar het cre\u00ebren van zowel winst als een betrokken en inspirerende werkcultuur is vereist voor een duurzame zakelijke toekomst. OKR-frameworks zijn uitstekende katalysatoren voor het managen van deze paradigmaverschuiving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Het enige doel van sommige bedrijven is winst. Deze mentaliteit bestaat ten koste van mensen en niet ten behoeve van mensen. Aan de andere kant is er alleen basislogica nodig om te begrijpen dat zonder behoorlijke en duurzame winsten uw vermogen om meer mensen aan te nemen en om de werkervaring en levens van uw huidige personeelsbestand te verbeteren ernstig in het gedrang komt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp; People vs Profit \u2013 Een evenwichtige aanpak.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het zijn tenslotte mensen die hun vaardigheden uitvoeren die winst genereren. Daarom moet het debat worden hernoemd van People vs Profit naar People and Profits om de focus te verleggen van het kiezen van het ene ten koste van het andere naar de integratie van beide elementen voor het algemeen belang van alle betrokkenen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diepgaand positief resultaat komt voort uit de paradigmaverschuiving van het geloof dat je de een boven de ander moet kiezen naar het inzicht dat winst, bevredigende carri\u00e8res en ondernemingen een ge\u00efntegreerde en duurzame ervaring kunnen zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mensen en winst - pragmatisme<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Praten en dromen over deze &#039;utopie&#039; van een bedrijf waar iedereen betrokken, gelukkig en eerlijk betaald is en het bedrijf een enorme en duurzame groei doormaakt, is heel eenvoudig. Het realiseren van deze droom is een andere zaak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We moeten rekening houden met inclusiviteit, diversiteit, loopbaantrajecten, mentaal welzijn, milieu-impact, veiligheid en meer binnen de context van kapitaalmechanismen, wettelijke kaders, externe marktkrachten en de volatiele mondiale omgeving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is gewoon normaal om een gevoel van overweldiging te voelen bij het nadenken over al het bovenstaande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mensen en winst \u2013 Een ecosysteem<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het paradigma van mensen en winst dat we onderzoeken, is een ge\u00efntegreerd ecosysteem. Sommige leiders zien &#039;\u00e9\u00e9n puzzelstukje als de puzzel&#039; en menen bijvoorbeeld dat business alleen draait om verkopen tegen hoge marges of volumineuze verkopen tegen lage marges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een enorme inspanning leveren om de juiste mensen aan te nemen (mensen met integriteit, de juiste houding, enz.), een cultuur cre\u00ebren waarin uw team(s) kan\/kunnen gedijen, nuttige veranderingsinitiatieven omarmen, dienend leiderschap, samenwerking en een systeem van gedeelde waarden bevorderen, ondersteunende coaching, uitmuntendheid van producten\/diensten, strategie en uitvoering zijn om er maar een paar te noemen, onderdeel van dit ecosysteem. Uw praktijkwaardesysteem kan fungeren als een effectief filter om de kwaliteit van alle ondernomen acties te beoordelen en ervoor te zorgen dat de acties in overeenstemming zijn met uw cultuur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uw bedrijfsvisie en doel (betekenis en impact) kunnen zowel inspirerend als katalysator zijn voor het genereren van winst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een doel kan zijn om uw klantenbestand uit te breiden, ter ondersteuning kan een voorbeeld van een belangrijk resultaat zijn om het aantal betaalde gebruikers te verhogen van 200.000 naar 800.000. Wanneer dit is bereikt, zullen de nettowinsten toenemen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer dit OKR-voorbeeld wordt toegepast binnen een positieve cultuur waar samenwerking wordt bevorderd, mensen worden verzorgd en gecoacht, gedeelde waarden worden verankerd en teamleden worden ge\u00efnspireerd door een opwindende toekomstvisie die wordt ondersteund door een oprecht doel, zal succes niet ten koste gaan van mensen, het zal gebeuren als gevolg van mensen en voor mensen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tegelijkertijd is een andere doelstelling binnen een OKR-framework dat binnen hetzelfde bedrijf dat meer mensgericht is, zou kunnen worden ingezet, het verbeteren van de onboarding-ervaring van nieuwe medewerkers. Door de onboarding-ervaring inspirerend en effectief te maken in termen van coaching en ondersteuning, kan een gemotiveerd personeelsbestand worden gecre\u00eberd dat uiteindelijk meer winst oplevert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het bovenstaande bewijst dat zelfs een meer &#039;winstgerichte&#039; doelstelling getemperd kan worden door en ge\u00efntegreerd kan worden met een &#039;mensgerichte&#039; cultuur en dat mensgerichtheid en winstgerichtheid elkaar niet uitsluiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lees dit tot nadenken stemmende Harvard Business
