class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>De rol van waarden bij het bereiken van OKRS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer de strategische doelstellingen zijn bereikt, maar het waardesysteem van uw bedrijf in gevaar is gebracht, zijn de waarschijnlijke gevolgen kortetermijnwinsten. Toch zullen waarschijnlijk ernstige complicaties op de lange termijn volgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laten we ter wille van het argument zeggen dat het verkoopteam van een bedrijf een zeer hoge omzet en omzet behaalt. Tegelijkertijd hebben ze hun integriteit aangetast door een houding van &#039;winnen ten koste van alles&#039;. Ze kunnen in eerste instantie worden geprezen en zelfs beloond. Als hun onethische gedrag uiteindelijk aan het licht komt, worden zowel de individuele als de bedrijfsreputaties aangetast. Financi\u00eble verliezen volgen vaak op reputatieschade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CASESTUDY<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het volgende voorbeeld benadrukt het belang om OKRS te integreren met alle strategische doelstellingen van het bedrijf en met de individuele KPI&#039;s van alle teamleden. Als de waarde van \u00e9\u00e9n bedrijf bijvoorbeeld Integriteit is, moeten alle acties door deze waarde worden &#039;gefilterd&#039; en de lakmoesproef van al het gedrag zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jack Ma heeft ooit een van zijn topverkopers in het openbaar ontslagen wegens een aanhoudend gebrek aan integriteit. Waarden zouden vanaf het begin inderdaad niet onderhandelbaar moeten zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hier volgen zeer kritische factoren als het gaat om bedrijfswaardesystemen:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ze moeten gezamenlijk worden gecre\u00eberd door alle relevante belanghebbenden, wil het echt worden gerespecteerd<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Het bedrijfswaardesysteem moet een integraal onderdeel vormen van de onboarding-, training- en ontwikkelings- en beloningssystemen van het bedrijf.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>De waarden van het bedrijf moeten door alle vormen van communicatie stromen, zodat het volledig op een duurzame manier in de bedrijfscultuur kan worden ge\u00efntegreerd.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>De beste benadering om waarden in een bedrijfscultuur te verankeren is een pragmatische benadering. Waarden moeten duidelijk worden gedefinieerd en gedestilleerd in praktische acties binnen elke rol.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Waarden zouden zelfs onderdeel moeten zijn van functiebeschrijvingen en zouden ook in arbeidsovereenkomsten moeten worden opgenomen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer waarden louter door het management van het bedrijf worden doorgegeven, wordt het erg moeilijk voor teamleden om eigenaar te worden van waarden, aangezien ze niet zijn geraadpleegd over de kwestie, maar toch worden ze vaak beoordeeld op basis van dezelfde waarden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teamleden zijn van nature pas geneigd een waardesysteem serieus te nemen als ze betrokken waren bij het cre\u00ebren ervan, als ze voortdurend op een positieve manier aan de bedrijfswaarden worden herinnerd en als ze zich realiseren dat het niet-onderhandelbare gedragsnormen zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een pragmatische maar relatief unieke manier om naar een waardesysteem te kijken, is om het te bestempelen als gedragsnormen waaraan alle belanghebbenden verantwoording moeten afleggen. Deze gedragsnormen moeten worden afgestemd op de visie, doelen en doelstellingen van het bedrijf. Dat betekent simpelweg dat dit gedrag, wanneer het consequent wordt toegepast, tot een positief eindresultaat moet leiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>De toepassing van waardesystemen<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Waarden moeten deel uitmaken van collegiale evaluaties, feedbackloops, vergaderingen en beloningssystemen. Waarden kunnen tot op zekere hoogte een brug slaan tussen het stellen van doelen en het bereiken ervan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laten we zeggen dat &#039;continu leren&#039; een bedrijfswaarde is. Wanneer alle teamleden deze waarde volledig onderschrijven, voortdurend hun technische en niet-technische vaardigheden verfijnen en zelfs leren en zich aanpassen van mislukkingen, hebben ze duidelijke en positieve stappen gezet om de bedrijfsdoelstellingen te halen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"inherit-container-width wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"
