class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doelstellingen en sleutelresultaten (OKR&#039;s) en evenwichtige scorekaarten (BSC) zijn de systemen van de leidinggevende voor het karakteriseren en volgen van doelstellingen. BSC verscheen halverwege de jaren negentig op het toneel van essenti\u00eble bestuursstructuren, jaren en jaren nadat Andy Grove Intel hielp oprichten en het geavanceerde OKR-framework op de markt bracht. John Doerr, de leerling van Grove, zou later het OKR-framework overnemen, verspreiden en promoten in Silicon Valley en in het verleden met \u2018Measure What Matters\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zowel OKR&#039;s als BSC zijn raamwerken om verandering te stimuleren. De twee proberen over te brengen wat een groep of vereniging probeert te bereiken, passen dat afdelingswerk aan het systeem aan en meten alle essenti\u00eble vorderingen die nog in de lucht hangen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bovendien zijn ze allebei afhankelijk van inspiratie als methode om de vereniging te laten slagen. Zowel OKR&#039;s als BSC zijn raamwerken om verandering te stimuleren. De twee proberen over te brengen wat een groep of vereniging probeert te bereiken, passen dat afdelingswerk aan het systeem aan en meten alle essenti\u00eble vorderingen die nog in de lucht hangen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Differentiatie tussen doelstellingen en belangrijkste resultaten met Balanced ScoreCard:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR (Objectives and Key Results) en BSC (Balance Scorecard) zijn hulpmiddelen om organisaties te helpen de verwachte doelen of doelstellingen te bereiken; het enige verschil is de aanpak. Het BSC-proces vertrekt vanuit de visie en missie, wordt vervolgens een langetermijndoel dat kwantitatief moet worden bereikt, wordt vervolgens teruggebracht tot een kortetermijndoel (meestal een jaar) en wordt bepaald in vier perspectieven van de Balanced Scorecard. Dit jaarlijkse doel wordt de KPI-doelstelling (Key Performance Indicator) van het bedrijf. Vervolgens wordt het teruggebracht tot KPI voor de divisies en afdelingen daaronder, tot op individueel niveau. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ten eerste verschillen OKR en BSC in hun visie op de tijdshorizon. Bij het ontwerpen van het Balanced Scorecard-systeem in een organisatie kijkt onze horizon minimaal een jaar in de toekomst. Terwijl we OKR zijn, concentreren we ons over het algemeen op werkprioriteiten voor de komende drie maanden (1 kwartaal). Zij hebben vier perspectieven van de Balanced Scorecard beschreven. Dit jaarlijkse doel wordt de KPI-doelstelling (Key Performance Indicator) van het bedrijf. Vervolgens wordt het teruggebracht tot KPI voor de divisies en afdelingen daaronder, tot op individueel niveau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>*Plaats links naar een artikel dat over KPI gaat*<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ondertussen kijkt OKR naar welke doelen of targets het bedrijf de komende 90 dagen (drie maanden) wil bereiken. We bepalen de plannen (doelstellingen) en beslissen vervolgens hoe we deze gaan meten als we deze doelen bereiken. In OKR wordt dit Key Results genoemd, wat de omvang (statistieken) van de doelstellingen is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OKR is erg populair geworden, vooral bij startups, omdat de kortetermijnfocus van drie maanden past bij de dynamische en snel veranderende omgeving van vandaag. Mensen zeggen dat het tijdperk van VUCA (volatiliteit, onzekerheid, complexiteit en ambigu\u00efteit) is aangebroken. Deze OKR helpt bedrijven wendbaarder te worden of wendbaarder te worden in het omgaan met veranderingen die om hen heen plaatsvinden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voor- en nadelen van het combineren van zowel OKR als BSC<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>De positieve voordelen van het gebruik van OKR&#039;s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>OKR is een basis-up- en zijwaartse interactie. Over het algemeen loopt het proces van het stellen van doelen over vanaf de top, waarbij het initiatief doelen stelt voor supervisors en beheerders die doelen stellen voor hun groepen. Met OKR&#039;s hebben individuen meer mogelijkheden om hun cijfers en resultaten te plannen die bijdragen aan de algemene doelstellingen van de vereniging. Wanneer elke werknemer wordt geassocieerd met de meest gebruikelijke manier om doelen en kritische resultaten te stellen, zijn ze aanzienlijk meer betrokken en hebben ze meer verantwoordelijkheid voor de doeleinden.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Er zijn nadelen aan het gebruik van OKR&#039;s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Het richt zich op OKR&#039;s. Toch zijn er ook een aantal valkuilen waar u rekening mee moet houden: Het algemene verband tussen OKR&#039;s is niet vanzelfsprekend. OKR&#039;s moeten eenvoudig zijn, waarbij de OKR&#039;s van iedereen zichtbaar zijn voor ieder ander individu. Dat is perfect, maar toch is het niet gegarandeerd dat er een verband bestaat tussen verschillende doelen en hoe het ene doel voor het andere kan zorgen. OKR&#039;s zijn gewoonlijk slechts een duidelijk overzicht. Dit vereist echter heel graag een techniekkaartbenadering. Een visuele gids met doelen toont in een korte blik het verband tussen doelen \u2013 en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich in dezelfde richting beweegt.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>De voor- en nadelen van het gebruik van BSC zijn:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Het geeft vertegenwoordigers duidelijke doelstellingen om te onthouden terwijl ze maatregelen nemen. Helpt werknemers bij het onderscheiden van belangrijke doelstellingen. Geeft vertegenwoordigers des te meer kans om de essenti\u00eble componenten te begrijpen waaraan gewerkt moet worden. Het stelt vertegenwoordigers in staat om te begrijpen wat doelstellingen voor elkaar betekenen. Ondertussen heeft BSC aan de andere kant een kritische onderneming nodig. BSC is een langetermijnovereenkomst, in tegenstelling tot een tijdelijke regeling. Een organisatie moet effectief en voortdurend omgaan met haar raamwerk, waar tijd en geld mee gepaard gaan. Alle vertegenwoordigers moeten begrijpen hoe het raamwerk functioneert, wat de voorbereidingskosten zou kunnen verhogen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kunnen BSC en OKR samen worden gebruikt om brede doelen te bereiken?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In de jaren negentig konden we de informatie beheren, de macht in kaart brengen en elk kwartaal personeelszaken aankondigen op kantoorniveau. Het opbeurende nieuws was dat Balanced Scorecard-klanten de typische associatie fundamenteel te slim af waren door precies dat te doen. OKR&#039;s hebben vergelijkbare normen overgenomen die we in de Balanced Scorecard hebben gecre\u00eberd en gemoderniseerd. We kunnen nu rapporteren op groeps- en individueel niveau. Wij beschikken over de informatie- en verwerkingscapaciteit om deze rapporten op korte termijn te produceren. Bovendien kunnen we onmiskenbaar behendiger zijn \u2013 wat essentieel is in onze moderne tijden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De overeenkomsten tussen beide raamwerken (OKR en BSC)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een strategiekaart (Strategy Maps) is een diagram dat illustreert hoe een organisatie waarde cre\u00ebert door strategische doelstellingen expliciet te koppelen met betrekking tot oorzaak-en-gevolgrelaties, welke groep cre\u00ebert in de vier perspectieven van de Balanced Scorecard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Financi\u00eble vooruitzichten (financieel)<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In dit geval kan wat de must-organisatie op financieel gebied bereikt, de vorm hebben van inkomsten, kosten en winsten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li><strong>Klantperspectief (Klant)<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit punt bevat wat een organisatie voor haar klanten moet doen, bijvoorbeeld in de vorm van klanttevredenheid over de dienstverlening van de organisatie of het bedrijf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\"><li><strong>Intern perspectief (intern bedrijfsproces)<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit perspectief heeft betrekking op de interne processen van de organisatie om succes te behalen vanuit financieel perspectief en klantperspectief.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\"><li><strong>Leer- en groeiperspectieven<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In dit geval heeft het betrekking op welke onderdelen een organisatie in bezit moet hebben om de activiteiten die in het Interne Perspectief liggen te kunnen uitvoeren zodat ook het financi\u00eble perspectief en het klantperspectief tot stand kunnen komen. Bedrijven die het Balanced Scorecard-framework gebruiken, kunnen merken dat de introductie van OKR de snelheid van hun activiteiten zal verhogen en de manier zal verbeteren waarop werknemers de strategische doelen die in de Balanced Scorecard en Strategiekaarten worden vermeld, omzetten in resultaten (Resultaten). De link tussen BSC en OKR zal een proces bieden waarmee doelen kunnen worden bereikt door het systeem en de bestaande strategie te volgen door de toepassing van de strategiekaarten van het mediaframework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meer uitweiden over het gebruik van beide raamwerken over een brede reikwijdte<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het tweede verschil tussen OKR en BSC ligt in hun alomvattende karakter. De volledige reikwijdte en functie van een organisatie zijn hier aanwezig. De BSC biedt dus een meer holistisch perspectief \u2013 zelfs de horizon van het verleden, het heden en de toekomst. De historie van bijvoorbeeld financi\u00eble prestaties en klanttevredenheid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De uitleg van BSC Perspectief<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zo zijn de dagelijkse handelingen in het werkproces effici\u00ebnt en effectief. Bovendien is de toekomst bijvoorbeeld een leer- en groeiperspectief om human resources, cultuur en technologie voor te bereiden om te anticiperen op de langetermijnbehoeften van de organisatie.
